This tour was short but memorable. Hue our tour guide was very helpful and shared many stories not only about the tour, but about her personal experiences that showcased Vietnamese life and culture. I had a memorable time her!
The Incense Village was absolutely amazing! The hat-making experience was beautiful, and a special mention to Lily, our tour guide, who was so friendly, welcoming and wonderful throughout the experience. She truly made the visit even more memorable! ❤
It’s just photo spot of incense factory where you get the info about how incense sticks are made so if you got time go for it. Tour guide Lilly was good.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Amazing Experience with Kien! 🇻🇳❤️ Kien is an outstanding tour guide who goes above and beyond to make the experience memorable. He is friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and truly passionate about his work. What impressed me most is his genuine love and pride for Vietnam. The way he speaks about his country's culture, development, progress, and future is truly inspiring. He doesn't just show you places; he helps you understand and appreciate Vietnam on a deeper level. If you’re visiting Vietnam, I highly recommend booking your tour with Kien! You’ll get much more than a tour — you’ll get a wonderful experience with someone who genuinely loves his country and sharing it with the world. Thank you, Kien, and wishing you continued success! 🙌❤️

This was an excellent experience from start to finish. Lily (Huě) proved to be a true professional; she made the tour comfortable and respectful while providing insightful commentary on Vietnam’s history from a local viewpoint, tracing cultural developments from North to South to maintain our interest. We also visited the factory where the workers carry out the demanding tasks and where the raw materials are obtained. I would definitely recommend this half-day excursion.
