Our guide, Tin, spoke English very well. He knows a lot about Hanoi and took us to great sightseeing spots and places to eat and buy stuff. He was attentive and nice.

Our family, including 12 + 15 year old kids enjoyed the tour. The driver and tour guide Linh were very helpful and accommodating. Our tour guide Ms.Linh was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about Vietnamese culture and it's history which made the tour more engaging. Details of the tour were also well communicated by whatsapp. It was a hot day for us and there were parts where we switched off, but in general, it was a good engaging tour.

We had an excellent evening tour with Darcy and driver Nicco. Darcy was an exceptional guide with an interest in sharing her knowledge of her people's history and culture. Highlights were chopstick lessons over dinner and the coffee while visiting Train Street. Nicco made us feel very safe in the jeep while navigating the chaotic traffic of Hanoi

Linh is a great guide. She gave perspective to o the history of Vietnam in a way that helps an outsider understand the current culture of Vietnam. Adding a meal and cafe to the tour further helped me connect to the everyday experience of Hanoi. Also the small group of 3 personalizes the tour much more for me.

We had the best day! There were 8 of us so had 2 cars. We were able to adapt the day to our needs and sights we wanted to see and made it in time to see the train go past which was a bucket list thing to see. Highly recommend!
We had a wonderful family experience through Cyclo. Giap really took care of us and made us feel welcome in Vietnam. Darcy was fantastic for a night time jeep tour through Hanoi, showing us local sights and even taking us for Bun Cha and ice cream. I can't recommend Cyclo enough.
This was a really fun night with Darcy and our jeep drivers. Getting amongst the traffic in Hanoi is always a bit of a buzz. Our Bun Cha dinner was amazing. So tasty. The B52 museum and train street were also a fun time. I would probably have a face mask handy in case the traffic is heavy. Definitely recommend this tour.

From the planning stages of our 2 week trip Steve was very easy to deal with. We gave him a basic run down of what we wanted and he tailored a personal itinerary to suit our needs. After a some communication we came up with the perfect itinerary. All personal transfers, internal flights, small tours and free days all sorted. Not to mention spectacular accommodation. I could not recommend him enough and will definitely use his services again when we return.
Fabulous jeep tour with Nick our guide and our brilliant driver who negotiated the crazy traffic in Hanoi. We visited Train Street for coffee and a train passing by, then we went to the Pagoda on West lake, then tried our first egg coffee, we visited the B-52 museum and finally went for lunch at a local restaurant called Pho Ha full of locals and had chicken Pho which was delish. Finally back to our hotel for 12:30. Great experience - thank you to Nick and our driver

We took a jeep tour around the city of Hanoi! It was a fun trip filled with interesting places and foods to try! My favorite part was visiting train street and trying egg coffee! The egg coffee was really delicious and I recommend trying it iced! Our driver and tour guide Tracy were great and kept us very informed and entertained! Overall it was a lovely day trip to spend with my family and friends!
