We booked our transfer from Hanoi Airport to Intercontinental Landmark72 months ahead. Danny keeps excellent records and he is on top of his schedule. He messaged exactly 24 hours before to confirm everything and tracked our arrival. Transfer was seamless and easy. Highly recommended.

The communication was prompt and clear On where to meet. We had to wait about 5 minutes for the driver to arrive. He was fine but his car was rather dirty outside and he was texting on his phone a decent amount while driving. But still way better than haggling with the taxis at the airport.

The pick up at the airport was smooth. Our flight was delayed and queue at immigration was long, but driver waited. We also had pickup from hotel to airport and driver was on time. The interior of the cars were clean and neat. Drivers can speak English and are polite.

The driver came from a carpark not in waiting area. He wll call you on your phone via WhatsApp. Make sure you have wifi. We had to ask the airport information booth to help. Once she connected us to airport wifi the driver could contact us. Poor guy it didn't help that our luggage took 1 hr + to come out. The service from Danny ws good. Got us to our holtel as promised 👍

We booked Danny Phan Travel to and from our hotel in Hanoi and the service was great. We were met at the airport within 5min of exiting the terminal. We were transported to our hotel in a very clean SUV, smelled brand new. We felt safe and comfortable the entire 40-45 minute drive. The same for our trip back to the airport. We were 10 minutes late, the driver called the room and waited for us outside. The car was new as well. Clean and professional. I would highly recommend Danny phan travel.

Got the job done for a fraction of the price the hotel charged for airport transfers. Great communication over text before the pick up, clean cars (but not fancy like the vip limos that have reclining captains chairs), on time pick up. I’d recommend it to a friend.

During our four weeks in Vietnam, we used Danny's transfer services around 10 times in Hanoi, back and forth to the airport, to Ninh Binh and back and to Cat Ba Town and back. He's very quick to respond to email and on WhatsApp. His cars are modern, clean and he always checks that you've found his driver or are in the car. Only once did we have a hiccup when one driver had the wrong name when meeting my daughter at the airport but because he's always up to speed it was quickly sorted out. His drivers have limited English but they're all very courteous and Google Translate works just fine. A funny story.. On our trip back from Cat Ba (the transfer from Cat Ba town and ferry tickets organised for us by Danny), we met our driver at the exit from the ferry for the journey back to Hanoi. This particular driver spoke very good English so I started talking as you do.. 'So you work for Danny Phan then?' - Reply: I am Danny!!! So it was nice to finally meet him on our 8th or 9th journey! When back in Hanoi we'll definitely be using his services again as he's very reliable and competitively priced.
