Great service. The only negative thing was, I arrived before my driver. I arrived at the stated time and waited about 20 minutes for my driver. Other than that, it was good.
Driver was a no show after informing flight delay and new flight # claims they didn't receive. Had to take a grab.
The driver was not waiting when we arrived and then took another 30 minutes to find him and get into the car.
If your flight is delayed : It has been my experience a couple of times that it has been difficult to find designated driver and even had to ring another pick up when our flights in vietnam were delayed over an hour the car wasnt at the pickup point to pick us up so we had to pay for another car when our first ride had already been paid for on line. In future i will not book and just get driver outside airport. Easier.
We booked a private sedan transfer from Noi Bai International Airport to our hotel, and the experience was very smooth. Mr. Tho was punctual and waiting for us on arrival, which made everything easy after a long flight. He was friendly, helpful, and handled everything professionally. The car was clean and comfortable, and the drive into Hanoi was relaxed and efficient. Communication was clear throughout, which gave us extra peace of mind. Overall, a reliable and hassle-free transfer service—definitely a great option when arriving in Hanoi.
It was very easy to schedule this transportation, communicate with the driver and locate him after picking up our luggage at baggage claim. When our flight was delayed by 3 hours due to a mechanical issue, the driver was still there and ready to drive us when we arrived.
No prior communication on pick up and no driver to meet at the airport. No support when calling or messaging until after I had arranged alternative transportation.
I booked a pick up for 5 people could only take 4 no help from company to send another vehicle to airport my daughter and her boyfriend had to get a grab which was another expense I also had a return transfer booked with them which I cancelled because of poor service and incorrect information
They never showed up to pick us up! She had to get another cab and pay again. This is not what we expect from Viator!
We arrived at Hanoi airport on time. However, due to multiple flight arrivals it took us 1 1/2 hours to clear immigration and then collect our bags, once out of the airport our driver was a no show and we had to arrange a taxi to our hotel.
Very good experience. The driver was very professional and car was very clean. The ride was good and we arrived on time without any issues. The driver helped load and unload the luggage and was very helpful.

Prepaid for a noon pickup, but no car by 12:30. Couldn’t contact local company via WhatsApp, but a local woman assisted and got through to them. Had no record of reservation! They did send a driver who had some difficulty locating our hotel. The ride was rather harrowing but we arrived without incident. Not a satisfactory shuttle experience in general.
Some confusion with meeting as the driver had the wrong name - but he contacted us on whatsapp and we were able to find each other. (airport has wifi). The rest of the trip was smooth and we would book again.
Easy to find the driver, but not to communicate with him. The vehicle, an SUV, was dirty outside and a bit shabby inside. But if you’re tired, and you want to avoid the aggressive cabbies at the airport, it’s a reasonable solution.

At the exit from the baggage area, you have organized groups imitating Grab. Very clever wearing green shirts,hats,ect. They even have imitation Grab apps. When the driver (leader) hands you off to another person you should realize you've been scammed.

Trustable Transport company. Offering reasonable transport fees round trip Airport to Hotel at old quater Hanoi. Whatapps contact is very effiency and immediately response when issue encounter. Driver is very helpful with luggage, courtesy and clean car.

Non English speaking driver although ticket said there would be. No name board held up so we refused to jump into a car that was not clear to be Hanoi Transfer. Many hagglers around the exit terminal. No answer to my 2 phone calls. Eventually we were picked up by the driver who held up the name sign.
Apparently the provider tried to contact us about pickup details while we were still in the air and was upset that we didn't respond. We had to call them on arrival to get someone to the airport. Not impressed.
The provider made no attempt to communicate prior to the designated pick up time and ultimately was a no-show.

This taxi service company was very accommodating. Due to unforeseen circumstances my friends and I missed our scheduled pick up time and everything was sorted out as soon as we contacted the company via WhatsApp. Another taxi was arranged and we were dropped off at our hotel. The taxi driver was also very kind and drove safely in the heavy traffic. I'd definitely book this company if I'm visiting Hanoi again.
Driver never showed up or contacted me. No follow up after booking for airport transfer. I ended up booking a ride through grab.
As i dont have a lot time to catch the shared shuttle departure time i asked if they can wait for me a bit and they said they cant wait even a bit they depart sharp and then they were late for 40 minutes and they did not let me know this in advance and kept me stressed
It's a stupid and minor complaint but when I booked this service it was solely to have somebody standing outside holding a piece of paper with my wife's name on it. It has been her silly fantasy of hers for a long time. It may have saved time to have the driver pull up and for us get in the vehicle but then you fail to differentiate yourself from a Grab. A Grab to or from the airport is about 300,000D which is less expensive than your service. The wait time ended up being identical to what it would have been had I hired a Grab the moment my plane landed. I realize it's a stupid complaint but my wife was disappointed. I got her excited about something that you failed to deliver.
