Hanoi Airport Fast Track Immigration Service

Quick, friendly staf. No line. We were throuw the control in 10 minute after get out the plane

Very speedy and professional service. Highly recommend.

Excellent Fast Track service at Hanoi Airport. Professional, friendly, and very efficient. They saved us a lot of time and made the arrival process smooth and hassle-free. Highly recommended!

This experience is overpriced. We were also asked to wait before joining fast track line. This was inconsistent with the notion of fast track.

Absolutely brilliant very comforting helpful and fast. Saved us (family of 6) ample amount of time . Highly recommended

Great communication prior to travelling with really clear instructions on where to meet our host. As promised, we easily found our contact. ~ the sign made it simple & and easy to spot. We subsequently passed through immigration with ease.

Even though we arrived at a quieter time immigration was still very busy, this fast track had us through in 5 minutes instead for 40. It can be a lot worse.

Met us right at the immigration hall. Breezed us past the lines. Depending upon your timing wait may be up to 30 min but the regular wait will be much longer. Highly recommend after a long flight to Hanoi

We were through in 5 minutes. It was amazing!

Must-do for busy travel season in Vietnam. We were met with our representative right at the arrival hall. Clearly marked signage with our name. We were then quickly led to a separate line. The whole process of getting off the plane to clearing customs was no more than 10mins. The longest part was waiting for our luggage to arrive. But that had nothing to do with the fast track service. After we got our bad, we were let to our private transfer to our hotel. Whole process was smooth and efficient. I would highly recommend for any visitors to Vietnam.

We were very impressed with the the assistance today. We were met at the designated position. My name was prominently displayed and I found the rep very easily. The time saved using the service was great. The lines for the general immigration was large and we went through much quicker and without any issues. I would definitely use the service again and am very happy to recommend it.

I highly recommend this service. We are a family of 4 with young children and we were through immigration instantly. It was so easy and so fast. We are very grateful.

Could not have been better. We saw our name poster and got through within 10 min. We also got help finding our driver.

This is the only way to easily clear customs and get a taxi to hotel. They are fantastic and I’ll always use them (multiple times/year). Great customer service, very reliable, very easy to to work with. Pay the money and use them, we love the Dragon King’s services!

Professional and excellent customer service

best option if you are traveling with kids or seniors. You do not have to wait in line for a long time. Also works best for anyone who has less time. Hanoi immigration wait times may not be as long as in HCMH, but it is worth trying for anyone who wants/needs a shorter wait.

Saved lots of time and hassle. We arrived early and the guy was there to meet us. It was a very smooth process.

Simple and pleasant way to enter Vietnam .. in my case Hanoi. As a first time visitor and solo traveler, not knowing what to expect, I felt more confident knowing I would be escorted through the entry procedures. One less thing to stress about after a long haul flight. Worth it. My escort, Phan Mai made my arrival fun and unique .. she took special care of me and I appreciate her attention to details. After a long haul, very nice having her look after me. Thanks Pham Mai, I won’t ever forget you!

The Fast Track service for flight VN778 from Melbourne to Hanoi was efficient and professional. The staff met us promptly at immigration and assisted us through the process quickly, avoiding long queues. Everything went smoothly after a long flight. Highly recommended.

Requested English speaking and she was not. The only thing she did say partially is that she had 2 jobs. She was on her cell phone entire time and had zero communication with us. She did not assist with bags and we just followed her around not knowing what was happening.

I used the Fast Track Arrival service for my flight QR976, which landed at 12:20 PM. As soon as I reached the immigration hall, a staff member was already there holding a sign with my name. The airport was extremely crowded at that time, and the regular immigration line was very long with many passengers waiting. Thanks to the Fast Track service, I was guided straight to the priority lane, which helped me save almost one hour compared to the normal queue. Everything was smooth and efficient, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I really appreciate this service and highly recommend it to anyone arriving during busy hours.

Express passage at security. We were expected by a customs officer who took us to the diplomatic passport line. We got through security in 2 minutes!

Everything went extremely smoothly. I was contacted again via WhatsApp 12 hours beforehand, I was informed about the process again, and then a nice gentleman was already waiting at the airport with a sign and my name on it to escort us.
