This Hanoi car service is the best. Thet met my friend and me off separate flights early in the morning and earlier than booked because they'd checked arrival times. We booked them to take us back to the airport for an internal flight and at the end of our stay and they picked us up on return from Da Nang. For all 4 trips they were punctual, a very fair price and with good safe drivers. Thoroughly recommended.

Booked this through the Rex Hanoi Hotel. Perfect after such a long journey - 24hrs. Driver was on time and exactly where messaged said he'd be. He was very polite and helpful. The drive was very comfortable too. We felt very safe. Would definitely recommend this. We're using them again to return to airport.

Absolutely useless. They only had one task. To greet us with a sign. No driver no car waiting. We waited 15 mins top sort this out and still no show. Forced to take a normal taxi and received a phone call when half way to the old quarter. Agent on the phone was abusive and rude. Avoid like the plague!!! Refused to refund also.

We booked our taxi but we had a really serious problem at the airport so I told the company I had to cancel it. Despite this they have been carry available and kind and they told us just to let them know when we would have been done with whatever we had to do. Whenever I texted them they picked up within 15 minutes. Super suggested!!

Very friendly team, one that met me at the airport with a sign and the driver who arrived quickly thereafter with a bottle of water for the half an hour drive. Received a friendly text with all my details (which I received after I switched my phone on at the hotel, but didn’t need as my contact was there waiting) and a follow up text to check my journey had been good. I booked a private transfer from Henry Nguyen (who runs this service). His communication was fast, efficient and precise and I got into Hanoi without any hassle. Decided to book a return trip to the airport with Henry and shared the ride with a friend who was on the same flight. Again, all done efficiently and effectively. Would hire from him again when I next go to Hanoi. He also offers full day (8 hour) hire with English-speaking driver who can take you to all the key places of interest, buy tickets and wait. Didn't get a chance to try this as we ran out of time.

I was advised a couple of days before arrival where our driver would be meeting us once we land - which was very useful. We did end up being late, however our driver was still waiting for us. One star less as we did get dropped off at the wrong hotel, but it was not very far from where we were staying.
