Give yourself plenty of time if you’re going to the airport. The driver was aware of the traffic situation and able to get us to our destination on time and safely.

We were not met by our driver and had to search around before waiting for a bit to be put in what seemed like a random, not very clean taxi, but we did get to our destination and the man at the curb finding a ride for us was helpful.

Great driver. We drove from the Old Town section on Hanoi to the airport in under an hour during the afternoon rush hour. He knew all the side streets to avoid most backups.

Good service, arrived on time and the driver was great despite my husband having to run back to the room since he left his phone.

We arrived at the meeting point, checked in with the coordinator, and then had to wait another 20+ minutes for the car. Would’ve been faster and cheaper to just use Grab.

Everything was good. Communication as soon as I booked. Communication the day of travel that they would be be 5 minutes late which was fine.

When we landed and left by the customs exit door the driver was supposed to be there waiting for us as a lot of other drivers were but ours was not and we had to waste about a half hour looking for him. I called up the tour operator's office and no one picked up the phone. It would have been much more easier to take a taxi as many were there waiting at the airport.

This was my second time using this private airport transfer I Hanoi and it was just great! My driver was waiting for me at the meeting point even a little ahead of the pick up time. Very courteous driver. 100% recommendable!

This company does a great job. Make sure you confirm your address in Hanoi. It's a huge city. They got us to the airport on time despite my mistake of putting in the wrong address for the driver. They went above and beyond to fix the problem I created. We are thankful for their good service!

He texted me via WhatsApp to let me know exactly where he was, so finding our transfer upon arrival was seamless. He was attentive, helpful, and courteous. I booked airport transfers first and then after chatting in Whatsapp with the manager Hoang I decided to add 2 private sightseeing tours - Nahn Bihn and Hanoi city. Excellent service- cars were always on time, polite drivers, clean big cars and knowledgeable and friendly guides. We saw everything we wanted and restaurants choice for lunches was good. During Hanoi tour we were able to visit Ho Chi Mihn Mausoleum and watch train on Train Street. Highly recommended tour operator.

Getting a prepaid transfer gave me great piece of mind that someone was picking me up at a reasonably fixed cost with no worry of being taken for a ride to increase meter fare. Went straight from airport to hotel with no worries. Only feedback is the driver waits for you just outside the terminal door to outside versus the greeting area.

Very easy to contact via WhatsApp. I contacted driver at the Phu Quoc airport hours before landing in Hanoi. He had a sign clearly marking my name upon arrival in Hanoi. This is usually the main stressor as you never know if you'll get scammed. This made it super easy and no problem! Booked him for transfer from hotel to airport.
