Hanoi - Mu Cang Chai One Way Private Transfer (Hotel Pickup)

I was booking via Tripadvisor for the 1st time, ca. 1 month before. Mixed feeling if everything goes well, but it did. E-Mails and E-Tickets were quickly sent, few days before you get a friendly reminder too. I booked an Airport Hanoi Pickup to MucangChai, On the arrival day i received via Whatsapp the exact location of the driver and the waiting point, all in time. The driver was really friendly, professional and careful with traffic. I would recommend translatorapp in general, it helps and makes little things very easy. It was an almost 6hrs drive, with a little food/drink break arrived safely at my destination, the area and the people are amazing, i can 100% recommend the service, and Vietnam/MuCangChai in general, Thank you!

Had a great experience going from Hanoi to Mu Cang Chai. We had a very nice SUV car and very experienced driver (he told us that he was driving this road for more than 20 years). We actually arrived after 5 hours which one hour shorter than initially mentioned so that was great. The driver didn’t speak any English which would have been nice so he could explain some stuff. It is a more expensive way to travel to MCC but for us definitely worth the money! Lastly, the contact with the organisation was very convenient as he responded super quick to WhatsApp. I would def recommend this.

This area (Dong Van Karst Plateau UNESCO Global Geopark) in Ha Giang Province is little traveled - yet, but it is truly remarkable. I hired a car a driver from Hanoi VIP Transfer - my driver Mr Bach was clam, safe and non-drinker. Very much recommend him and Mr Han (Richard) at Hanoi VIP Transfer was careful to listen and follow my requirements - in that I was primarily interested in the natural scenery of this incredible region. The roads in the region are mostly good as they have only been built in the last 5 years or so, but some places are challenging. This region is remote and special, but well worth the effort to discover!
