Hanoi - Mai Chau One-way Private Transfers (Free Hotel Pic-kup)

Do not trust the drivers. Our private transfer was used as a freight run (side hustle). Detoured and picked up packages - mishandled our luggage- awful experience

Our transfer to Mai Chau was very good. Our driver was on time to pick us up from our hotel. He was very accommodating for our lunch stop. His driving was very professional.

Tuan did his best to get us safely back to Hanoi from Mai Chau! Unfortunately during the ride, the police did a random check point- but he remained cool, calm and collected throughout the experience. He was on time and tried his best to keep us safe on the mountain passes. He also stopped to allow us to see one of the viewpoints along the way. Great ride, would recommend!

Phoung did a great job navigating the crazy streets of Hanoi during our early afternoon ride. We were thankful for his skill through the chaos of the mountains to Mai Chau. The AC worked great and the vehicle appeared to be in well maintained conditions! Would recommend!

I needed to leave Mai Chau for the Hanoi airport at 5:30am and the driver was prompt. I was also glad Hanoi VIP Transfer confirmed the trip a day or two ahead of time and provided contact information for the driver. The driver was prompt and we drove to the airport (about three hours) without any issues. The driver was very courteous.

We had two long transfers with Hanoi VIP transfers. Both transfers were well organised, punctual and especially the second driver was very friendly and driving very carefully and thouroughly. Although not speaking any word of English we got along very well with google translator. The communication with Hanoi VIP transfer was very efficient by WhatsApp. So everything was perfect thank you very much!

Car was spacious. The driver was on time to pick us u from airport. Communication was via Whatsapp with customer service staff.

Good service and good communication for the organisation of the transfer. Everything went well, as it should.

Car was on time, very clean, spacious, the driver was friendly and helpful. Safe driving on some tricky roads, and we got to our destination very quickly. The driver also stopped at nice places for bathroom breaks and snacks. Booked 3 more transfers with this company because of our experience!
