Our driver was 20 minutes late. Luckily admin was very responsive and assured us of the changes. We arrive to Ha Long Bay on time. Car was clean and driver was nice. He ensured us that we can stop anywhere along the route. We made 2 stops for snacks and bathroom break and still have plenty of time to check in to our cruise ship at Ha Long Bay. Overall, we would use this service again.
It was a great experience while travelling rates are good very resonable and also drivers which are send are very polite and genuine in nature safety is also good best part they are always on time no late van and cars are very nyc Infact the luxury van in which we enjoyed a good sitting
Driver was very good with communication even after the airlines changed our flight by 2 hours. Very easy pickup and a good driver
Easy and convenient trip to Hanoi and back! Good service and communication throughout the experience and nice clean cars.
Overall we were satisfied, but the experience and safety could be improved if driver was keeping the recommended distance behind other cars (half of km/h in meters) and not honking so frequently.
We have traveled from Hanoi to Ha Long. Our flight was late but the driver was waiting for us. All ok! - quick response - Good communication - Good price - Nice car I can recommend
The transfer process went smoothly and efficiently. Everything was well organized, and communication throughout the process was clear and responsive. I really appreciated the professionalism and quick coordination
Very easy to book via WhatsApp and the communication was very responsive and helpful the whole way through. Perfect way to get from Hanoi to Ha Long after arriving so early into Hanoi from the Sapa night train. Definitely worth the extra money compared to a limousine bus to get the personal pickup and convenience.
Excellent service. They always respond quickly and are very organized. Pleasant drivers and very comfortable vehicles. Throughout our stay in vietnam we used their service and it was always perfect.
Tried to get hold of this company to fix up a booking. With no response. At all. No reply to email or message. Could not make changes online.. lost my money.
Great driver and comfortable ride! Will use again for our next trip. Driver was on time and safe the entire way. We felt confident in the service
It was very easy to book a private transfer from Hanoi to Halong. We just messaged the operator via WhatsApp and got a reply a few seconds after that. And Richard was very kind and quick to answer our messages and he arranged car for us. We got our car in time (15 minutes after). The driver was friendly and very helpful.
I hand a great ride from Hanoi to Halong Ver fast and easy booking. We called the local operator and they arranged car for us. Our car arrived on time. The clean car and driver was punctual even came earlier and waiting at hotel lobby. We arrived safe and pay cash to driver. Really recommended

Booked a two-way transfer from Hanoi to Halong. Timely pick up from Hanoi and offers drop offs at the Noi Bai Intl Airport. Car was very clean, driver was friendly and tried their best to communicate using Google Translate. Would recommend using their service.
Great communication. The drivers were sharp on time for all the transfers. Booked a couple of them for our stay in Vietnam and were always professional and efficient
Clean car. On time. Quick response and always contactable. Overall I would say the service was excellent. I would recommend my friends.
Quick reply, precise pick up time, smooth ride. Driver asked if i wish to make a stop or we can continue to destinaton point on the half way to halong.
Our driver waited for us with my name sign at Noi Bai Airport. He was helpful to put my lugguage to the car. We had 2 hours and 15 minutes drive to my hotel in Halong on a good express way. The car was clean, good condition. Very nice ride
We visited Ha Long Bay at Vietnam on Nov 2022. On the last day of our trip we wanted to return from Ha Long Bay to Hanoi via Private Taxi. Over Google we found good reviews about Hanoi VIP Transfer. When we tried to book on TripAdvisor It needed at least 2 day before for booking. However, Mr Richard was helpful and we called him almost 9.45 pm in the late evening and he quickly replied and shared all necessary details on WhatsApp. Richard’s English was good and understood our requirements well and sent us payment link (for advance payment 15%) and arranged a big car (ISUZU) for us. At last when we reached Hanoi we had shortage of cash so Richard helped us by sending payment link again. The driver sent by him was very polite. This is how our journey was very relaxed. I recommend to take services of Hanoi VIP Transfer.
We needed a ride to Hanoi the same day and were able to book it via WhatsApp. All smooth and good , driver was on time. Clean and modern car. Very Friendly communication too. thank you guys

I found this transfer company online and booked last minutes with a good offer. It is very easy and convenient for booking. The staff helped us to reserve the car even I could not pay deposit while facing technical issues. Our driver still on time, waiting for me at airport with signboard. Really happy with service and I recommend this transfer company.
The transfer was nice, I must advise this company for everyone. I have been travelling with 4 y.o. child and the driver was very flexible and helpful. So from Halong bay we go with good driver (with very good car 😉) through Ha noi city center! Contact by e.g. Whatsapp was perfect!
Excellent service, good driver & reasonable costs. The driver very punctual in arriving at our hotel.
Great service - very professional. Responsive staff and well priced private transfers from and to Hanoi
