Lovely day, experience was fantastic and memorable. My husband and I really enjoyed this amazing day unbelievable site seeing and fantastic service from such lovely staff who were so helpful and welcoming especially our guide.. Lucky Luke ! We were the lucky ones.

Had the most fantastic day! From pick up to drop off, could not fault it. The staff were absolutely wonderful. Special mention to Luke our tour guide, so kind and friendly and went above and beyond to make our day special. Also special mention to Mr Pitir who kept us well hydrated and entertained. Would definitely come back and sail with heritage cruises again and recommended them to all our family and friends.

The guide, Luke, was very pleasant, very funny and very helpful in any way! He did everything to make sure we knew exactly where to go and when to go and made the trip easy and safe.

Fantastic day, second time exploring beautiful Ha Long Bay with this company. We were very well looked after again by all of the staff on board, especially our tour guide Luke, he was the best.

As a solo women traveller at 60yrs age, this was an amazing tour, safe, lush, warm and welcoming. My guide was Luke, genuine, friendly and warm, and funny. The bus is very fancy, the seats recline and there is also foot rests. The tour was out of this world, oyster farms, Ha long bay, speed boat ride, bamboo boat, beach, hiking, caves, lunch (try the jellyfish salad it is amazing) and afternoon tea and knowledge of everything excellent.

It was a family trip to Vietnam, and this particular tour was definitely the highlight of the holidays. Our guide Mike was very empathetic to our health issues and brought a smile to our faces all day with his sense of humour. The lunch on the boat was good and the whole tour ran very smoothly and in time. Phenomenal scenery! A great day out!

It was great to take this trip. The day cruise in Halong was wonderful and stops were interesting and diverse. Climbing up to the top of a hill, walking across a cave within a mountain and a thrilling speedboat ride in one day was really fun. Costs of excursion and extras were reasonable. Only drawback was inability to fully cater to our diet needs, that I must say were out of normal. A special word of appreciation for our tour guide Mike, who was enthusiastic, funny and informative.

My family appreciated how he sets boundaries and clear expectations so as to value everyone’s time and be able to fully explore what Halong bay tour has to offer through Heritage company. The Stellar Cruise itself felt brand new (only 3 months old!), clean, and very comfortable. The trip was packed with picturesque views and breathtaking scenery at every turn. We had the best experience with Luke from Heritage Cruise, truly one of the best tourist guides we’ve ever had! He took such great care of our family throughout the trip, helped us take beautiful photos, arranged the speedboat, and most importantly, arranged a private bamboo boat experience for us at Ha Long Bay. The best moment was when all five of us got to take a family photo on the bamboo boat. The brother who rowed the bamboo boat was so friendly and sporting — he even helped us take photos while we were on the boat! The only suggestion we would have is to allow a little more time at Titop Island. The time there felt quite short, especially for those who wanted to hike up to the viewpoint and enjoy the scenery. If possible, having a bit more time at Titop Island would make the experience even better. Overall, we had a wonderful and memorable experience. Thank you so much, Luke, for taking such good care of our family and making our Ha Long Bay trip so special. We truly appreciate your excellent service and would highly recommend Luke to anyone visiting Ha Long Bay! ❤️

This was everything I wanted out of Ha Long Bay and more! A little bit of a hiccup during the AM pickup that was rectified with ease due to the tour operators responsiveness. The bus is very nice. Great AC, power plugs. Did not feel too long, plenty of bathroom breaks. Luca was an excellent guide. Lunch was yummy, good variety. Alcoholic drinks were STRONG. Ha long bay is obviously incredible.

Overall Mike is doing a good job with the schedule as per plan. The buffet lunch was nice except the staffs were rushing to keep the food after 30 min ( we supposed to have an hour to enjoy the lunch).

Mike was the best very knowledgeable and funny made the trip very enjoyable all the boat staff were so lovely and professional and a great feed
