Halong Fantasea Cruise - 2 Days 1 Night

We had an amazing trip and it was great value for money to explore Ha Long Bay. Our tour guide Popeye was very helpful and informative, and the rest of the Fantasea staff working on the boat were wonderful too. We enjoyed the food and the entertainment (karaoke night) immensely.

Popeye is very well known about the locality. He explained each and every details about the places we visited and patiently waited for each person to reach the destiny . He helped us to enjoy the place as much as possible without rushing the moments. Travelled through our entire journey with good smile throughout.

Lovely experience over the 2 days 1 night! Popeye was a great tour guide with lots of information. Just prepare for busy/touristy places. Would also recommend buying water in the port rather than the really expensive service station on the bus they stop at.

Popeye was a great tour guide and I would recommend taking this cruise if you’re looking for a value friendly option. I was pleasantly surprised by everything. I only did 1 night/2days but the 2nights/3days would have been great too. Do not buy water at the half time stop on the bus there - complete rip off and there is a small shop when you reach Ha Long Bay you can run into.

We booked a two day one night trip through TIC - Tourist Information Center We really enjoyed all of it. The boat looked a bit old when we arrived but once on board it was great. All activities were very enjoyable, our guide was very good. Beautiful scenery and great activities. I was the only person to catch a squid…. Even better! 😂

I enjoyed the 2D1N trip with Fantasea. The boat was not too big, cozy and clean. The water here is very calm so no worries about seasickness. You get lunch, dinner and breakfast included, but not drinks. I think for the price what you get was fair, and I feel like I got a good cursory view of Halong Bay and the sights that this beautiful place has to offer. Shoutout to our tour guide Popeye for guiding us and giving interesting information and making it a smooth and fun experience. Highlight was definitely the visit to the large cave, which is a bit crowded but for good reason: it's stunning.
