The trip was very organized and on time. The scenery was beautiful and the staffs were accommodating. Sam, our tour guide is very friendly and helpful. He made us appreciate the history of vietnam esp. ha long bay.

The day cruise with Hercules Premium was a good experience, with limited crowd density. There was good variety in food and drinks. The timing of the cruise ensures pick-up from Hanoi at a convenient time and ending at around sunset. Sam was a great tour guide.

It was a really good experience. Good service. Guide was also really helpful. You can either select kayaking or bamboo boating which goes near by area or take speedboating(extra charge vnd 250.000 pp)

Even though I joined the tour solo from Hanoi, the guide made me feel completely comfortable and safe. He provided all the necessary information at just the right times. Pickup was smooth and punctual. Limousine bus was very comfortable. The cruise itself looked newly renovated. The food was fresh and more than enough! In my opinion, a great guide makes up 50% of the tour experience, and our guide, Sam, was cheerful, knowledgeable, and kind. Thank you for this experience!

Sam is a very good guide, he's very attentive to questions and any other problems at hand and make sure to give solutions. The tour itself is okay, on tip top island, prepare breathable shirt. You'll sweat on the way up.

I enjoyed the tour very much! The cruise was a new cruise with good air conditioning. Food was above average and filled my tummy well. The whole trip was smooth including the pick up and transiting to the boat. The 3 activities included in the tour with Ti Top Island, board riding and cave adventure were good as well. Sam was our tour guide and he did an amazing job, diligent with time and keep us all happy in the tour. Recommended if you wanna go for a Ha Long bay day trip !

the tour guide is very friendly and apprachable, he will answer all your questions about the places. the cruise also is a comfortable experience. the trip is so worth it, bring extra clothes as they vaguely say to bring one.

the Hang Luon tunnel is amazing, it is the greatest wonders that God created. ❤️ it was a good day and enjoyable for everything

time is manageable and the places are great. The tour guide has detailed information about all the checkpoints. Lunch was the buffet which cater all people from different nationality.

It was a fun experience.The staff was helpful and very punctual while visiting the spots. There was no problem in pick up and dropoff from our hotel location.

Overall a great package for Ha Long Bay, where we went to 3 different spots and even had a stopover at a Pearl Farm. The cruise itself was great. Buffet was served and the staff were attentive.
