Halong Bay 2 Days 1 Night Cruise

We had a great experience on Amanda premier cruise. We have two older teenagers who also really enjoyed the excursions. The food was lovely and catered for all. It was very well organised and information given promptly so we all knew what was happening at what time. Very efficient. The staff were super helpful and friendly and also helped us trace a lost bag that was left on the transfer bus and got it back to us the next day. Fantastic service

From start to finish a fantastic trip. We booked our itinerary on the fly so our trip could be fluid. Bus pick up was smooth with a great host and safe driver. We stupidly left a rucksack on the bus and only realised once we were on our cruise. The staff went above and beyond to find it and it was there waiting for us on our return to the port. The cruise itself was brilliant. Great food great staff and fantastic activities. I would highly recommend this company we were traveling with our two sons and they had a blast. 5 stars all the way, if I could give more I would.

Me and my family of 4 went for 2 days and 1 night the escort there from Hanoi was amazing plenty of stops and sufficient air conditioning, when we arrived I was pleased to hear that our bags would be taken on the boat for us, when we arrived on board we were seated for lunch and had a run down of the excursion including what we will be doing times and much more from our cruise manager “Tom cruise” he was a brilliant host making jokes and creating an overall great welcoming experience. The trips to the surprise cave, pearl farm, kayaking , and titop island were all planned well giving us plenty of time to explore and take in the beautiful scenery.

We had an excellent time on the 2 night cruise. Our cabin was clean, comfortable and had great aircon. The food was very good and staff were very friendly. We felt really well looked after.

A very good experience. Booked on the Hera Grand but, due to operational issues, I was transferred to Amanda Premier with an upgrade. Very happy with the whole trip. I advise the 2N/3D package, rather than the 1 night trip, since you get to visit places away from the more touristy zone. Swimming alone among the karst scenery and exploring 10,000 year-old caves away from the crowds was special. The Amanda Premier cruise ship was good- friendly and helpful staff. Overall, well worth it.

It was Soo good. Me and my wife enjoy the trip. We are newly married couple and we booked honeymoon package at the Amanda Premier Cruise. They gave super good services and the honeymoon deco was speechless. Highly recommended. Prices are reasonable too. 2 days 1 night is good enough for us.

Tom Cruise was the best, but all staff are brilliant from checking in to checking

Loved every bit of it. Tbh we have stayed at other cruises in other part of the world but this one worth spending the night with your loved ones. The scenic beauty was something so serene and thank you for going the extra mile to preserve the beauty of the place by trying to avoid any plastic substance to the bay.

All went smoothly was perfect for rainy weather

All of the staff were super helpful and lovely. When i wanted to stay on the boat because it was rainy no one was pushy. Being on the water, coming from the desert, was really refreshing.

We had a great stay on this cruise and felt it offered excellent value for money. The inclusion of four meals was a major plus, and the accommodations were clean and comfortable throughout. Our itinerary was well-organized; we visited Sung Sot Cave, Ti Top Island, and the floating Pearl Factory by tender boat. It was fantastic to have multiple activity choices to suit different paces.The highlight of the service was the Cruise Manager, Tom, who was highly engaging and informative. Though there were minor English language barriers with a few crew members, their warm, helpful, and friendly attitudes more than made up for it. I would definitely recommend this cruise to anyone visiting Halong Bay.

I recommend that the cruise should check every guests if they don’t want to participate the activities before the activity start rather than just announce the time and go on. We heard the announcement that the tender boat is near,but there is no second Announcement that the boat is arrived,so we missed the first activity,which is so upsetting.

The CP value is pretty average, but it's still good.

We had an amazing 2-day, 1-night Ha Long Bay experience with Amanda Premier Cruise. Everything was very well organized and exactly as planned and advertised. A special thanks to our tour guide, Ozil, who was friendly, helpful, and professional throughout the trip. The food was amazing, the room was excellent, and all the staff provided great service from start to finish. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and worth every dollar we paid. Highly recommended!

Wait at the dock for over an hour. Then crammed onto a tug boat wirh no air con for over an hour ! Driver on out 3 hour transfer stopped for a pipe. We estimated we spent about 9 hours travelling which is NOT in the description. Majority of the 'cruise' is stationary. Not in description. 2 DAYS and 1 NIGHT. you maybe have 16 hrs in the bay. There was no squid caught. There was no karaoke. The cookimh class was making a vegetable wrap. Utter rubbish....took hours to get to the ship and 5 mins to get us off. Funny that. The operator was rude and unhelpful. The staff on the ship were lovely shame they work for this abhorrent company. Do not book. Get yourself a trip from someone else!!!!

Disappointing guide service compared to other cruise teams ​While other cruise guides were actively helping their guests get into kayaks, our guide just told us to go and board by ourselves. Because of this lack of assistance, another cruise group that arrived after us finished kayaking before we even got to start. ​The same thing happened at the cave. Other guides walked through the cave with their groups to explain everything inside, but our guide just gave a brief explanation at the entrance and didn't follow us in. I felt very neglected compared to other teams.

We went to visit for my husbands birthday and it was my gift for him. Week before the travel the cruise ship was changed 2x from the original amanda cruise to amanda pearl and we were sent to amanda premier. Bee, messaged us regarding changes and was very accommodating with our requests. Despite the changes, everything went well during the cruise. The cruise manager, Tom and his crew were great. The room was designed with rose petals for my husband’s birthday and a cake during set menu dinner. We also rested so well that we missed a lot of activities 😅 Will recommend!
