Hera cruise was so fun. The staff was really nice and attentive. We had tai chi on the top deck with Alex in the morning and it was beautiful. I would highly recommend.! Beautiful old fashioned boat as well.

Wonderful 2-Day, 1-Night Hera Boutique Cruise Experience with Amazing Manager NAM! We had a wonderful experience aboard Hera Classic Boutique Cruise! During our 2-day, 1-night trip, we enjoyed four delicious meals, comfortable accommodation, and excellent service from the staff, especially our amazing manager, NAM! NAM was incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout the trip. He managed the itinerary flexibly according to the weather conditions and made sure all our needs were taken care of. All 4 meals were satisfying, with a good variety of dishes that could appeal to different tastes and preferences. The itinerary was also very well organized, with a perfect balance between sightseeing activities and relaxation. We never felt rushed and had plenty of time to enjoy the beautiful scenery of Ha Long Bay. Overall, it was a truly enjoyable and memorable experience. The crew manager Mr. Nam is a very kind and accommodating host. There are plenty of joyous things to do on the cruise itself from sunset party, cooking classes, tai chi, squid fishing. The 2D1N cruise is packed with activities like kayaking, pearl farm visit and ti top island visit with other add-ons like speedboat tour of remote areas during sunset for picturesque shots of one of the most unique and beautiful sights.

Since we boarded the experience was super nice! The manager Nam was super enthusiastic, happy, really good communication skills. With my fiancé we really enjoying this cruise, the boat super clean and nice, the food more than amazing! Thanks so much for this lovely experience! We definitely highly recommend

This was an incredible experience, the ship was classic, clean and very well appointed. The overnight gave us ample time to visit beautiful Ha Long Bay and it's beautiful Islands, beaches and also a wonderful cave. The meals provided were both delicious and ample. Alex was a great and thoughtful host.

We have Alex as our guide and he’s very friendly, accommodating and did an excellent job hosting the tour. The tour is so organise and we got to meet lovely people and the food is excellent .

We had an amazing trip in HaLong bay with our guide Nam. The room was very comfortable, the crew caring, the view incredible. We did a lot of activities (the rhythm is intense but worth it). The food was good too. We recommend it ! 👌 Thanks again to all the crew

It was such an amazing experience! The whole trip was wonderful. From the pick-up to the end of the cruise everything was great! Mr. Nam (in Vietnam 😉) was the BEST cruise manager! He was so calm and patient, and very knowledgeable about the local history of Ha Long Bay, he lots of fun facts for us! Jerry and his team was also very helpful and we enjoyed their fashion show very much!

Amazing experience with our trip manager which’s name is Nam, I’d definitely recommend to book the hera cruise classic boutique, doing this with my mother we did lots of activities and excursions on the first day but the 2nd day was really worth it so book 3 days 2 nights if you don’t want to be rushed also because the 2nd dinner you get a different set menu from the other one. All the staff on the boat is really friendly and welcoming. Views were stunning with a very nice balcony.

Great locations, nice crew (shoutout Nam!), comfortable and aesthetically pleasing rooms. Spent one night on the cruise and it was comfy. Some minor stains on the sheets, but I didn’t bother asking for a replacement since it was one night and I just slept on the other side. There were ~20 cabins on the boat, but it didn’t feel too crowded. Lots of space in the common areas. The view points can get a bit crowded on the islands with other tours. Some issues at checkout with drinks that I didn’t have being added onto my tab and then the cashier miscounted the change (but was remedied immediately and was apologetic). Note that the speedboat ride is cash only! The team was super helpful in making an exchange for me when I didn’t have enough VND/USD/AUD. Lots of couples and families with children on board, but I enjoyed it as a solo traveller to unwind.
