Several small details make it great! - Saigon-style milk coffee. A tad sweeter than Hanoian with 3 secret drops. After class, feel free to stay to enjoy and compare your creations on our balcony or open front sidewalk area and compare your various creations as you plan your next adventure and if you need any of the making materials for take-home, we carry everything and can set you right up pronto.

Evelyn was absolutely fantastic running our egg coffee class! She made the whole experience feel relaxed, fun, and really easy to follow. This is the coolest vietnamese coffee work shop in Hanoi. Lena is lovely and friendly instructor. Her English is very good. Our class was full of joy. I would like to reccomend everyone to come and enjoy yourself crafted coffee with premium quality of ingredients and time.

LOVED IT! Lena was excellent and so so patient! We were a group of 8 and she took her time to explain the recipes step by step and even gave a history lesson of the coffee itself. We went directly to the café to book the class and for 300,000 VND per person we got to learn four different coffees: coffee with condensed milk from a phin, salt coffee, egg coffee and coconut coffee! 100% recommend!! Especially if you can book it with Lena!
I really enjoyed this class, instructed by Lena who was very knowledgeable and friendly. :) We learned all about Vietnams coffee history, and even learned a bit about the language and how to say cheers! Very excited to try these new skills at home.

We booked last minute class but they were really nice and accommodated us regardless. Our instructor Lucy was so sweet and she taught us history of coffees we make and we get to create nice designs! Overall it was very nice experience and had so much fun!
We were introduced to all the equipment wnd utensils needed to make all the coffees. All shown how to use in such an easy to follow manner. The teacher was very friendly and informative. The coffees came out delicious and I cant wait to make them at home!!
