What an absolutely amazing experience! Every turn along the road brought something new to marvel at — breathtaking scenery, vibrant shades of green, beautiful landscapes, glimpses of local life and delicious food. Wow. Just wow. This is a must do trip in your life time and the Thung and his team at loop trails made it even better if that’s possible. The way they looked after us at every moment was second to none. There safety when riding was exceptional. At no point did I feel unsafe. Don’t bother looking at other tour companies. Loop trails is the best hands down.

The 4 day tour in a jeep was so well organised, the scenery was breathtaking and I loved swimming by the waterfall. Our driver was so safe and our tour guide Boo was so friendly and knowledgeable and made sure we had the very best time. It was a trip I’ll never forget. 😊

We did the Ha Giang Loop with Loops Trails and had the most amazing experience! Our tour guide Toan, along with Du and Duc, were absolutely fantastic. They went above and beyond to tailor the experience to exactly what we wanted and gave us so many amazing recommendations along the way. The accommodation was great, and the whole trip was so easy and hassle-free to organise. Everything was taken care of for us, which made the experience so enjoyable and stress-free.

We were very impressed with this tour. The agency realized early on that we were interested to go beyond the tourist crowds and experience an authentic slice of Northern Vietnam. The itinerary was very comprehensive with a good mix of natural scenery, historical sites, and cultural immersion. They were particularly good about booking us in unique accommodations, with each night being completely different from the other nights. We really had the feeling that our guide Song went above and beyond to bring us to places that we'd have never been able to see on our own. Our only criticism is that we would have liked more control over the itinerary options. Perhaps we could have been given a bit more choice for the itinerary of each day. Overall however we were very happy and would strongly recommend this agency for anyone looking for cultural immersion in the Hagiang and Cao Bang regions beyond the popular photo spots.

What a experience! Always do the 4D3N tour as it offers all the special sights without rushing through this scenic landscape! Also do it "clockwise" so you have the highlights towards the end of the tour. You will feel your muscles though especially your butt at the end of day 4. Thanks to Dūng and Binh for organising and driving us safely through the narrow streets !

If I could give this tour a 10 out of 5, I would!!! We have done hundreds of tours and this was easily one of the top two or three we’ve ever done. The beauty of the Ha Giang Loop rivals that of anywhere else we’ve been in our many travels. When you add to that the fact that Sean, our guide, was better than any we’ve had in recent memory and this trip becomes the trip of a lifetime!!! Aside from the unbelievable views, we learned so much about the culture, the history, the people and so much more. Sean spoke excellent English and was a pleasure to get to know. We had amazing meals and enjoyed the beautiful home stays along the way. The jeep tour was the perfect way for a family of four to experience the Loop. (We are from the USA.) The tour always felt safe, allowed us to talk a lot within the group extensively and to get all kinds of information from Sean when we had questions, and it was always comfortable both in the sun and in the rain. Sean was very flexible and we were able to adjust our itinerary when the need arose. Sean took us to all of the best viewpoints, even amazing places hidden down seemingly random side trails, but everything we saw was beautiful! We were thoroughly impressed by the attention to detail and the flawless execution by Loop Trails on this very logistically challenging 4 day 3 night tour. Incredible experience. The guides made us feel extremely safe, and brought us to the best spots. We really got a view of the local Vietnamese culture and had the best time the entire time.

Thanh and Tuan took us on an amazing journey - we felt so taken care of during our family adventure. It was fun riding in the jeep taking in the views, stopping for delicious food and passing through gorgeous mountain villages. The pace felt just right, Tuan is a calm and expert driver and Thanh is bubbly, energetic and kind. Dong Van was an unexpected but delightful highlight. If you want something that feels a bit adventurous but still family friendly, I'd highly recommend the jeep tour.

Toàn and Thanh were great. It was the best three days/two nights on the loop. They took great care of my sister and I! It was lots of fun. We felt very safe the entire time. It was the best experience we could have asked for!

The Loop trails ha giang loop trail tour was incredible! Our drivers and guide were all amazing. Everything was taken care of. Our accomodations and all of the food we had was very good. Highly recommend. One note I wish I knew before going is if you are on the fence about whether to do a motorbike or the jeep go with the motorbike! While still amazing, unless you are hard fast wanting to go with the jeep the motorbike is definitely the way to go. The drivers are safe and will do everything they can to make you feel more comfortable if you are nervous about the bike.

I had an incredible time! We did the Jeep tour with Tony, Su and Tuang. They always made sure we were safe and that we knew what was up next. They encouraged us to take things as we were comfortable and were always an uplifting presence. The views were breathtaking and the food was great. The logistics went smoothly and we were always taken care of. Tony went above and beyond to tell us about the places we were in and facilitate a fun time.

To say I had the most incredible 4 days of my life would be an understatement! Our drivers, Đức and Thanh, were not only phenomenal drivers but the most lovely people (and so funny!). They made sure we were always safe, hydrated, and comfortable. They took care of everything for us so all we had to do was sit back and enjoy the breathtaking views (the entire time I was riding with my jaw on the floor). They took us on excursions each day such as waterfalls to swim in (and a boat tour!), and they taught us about the history and culture as well as words in Vietnamese. We ate the best food (every meal was insane) and stayed in the most beautiful places every night. My friend and I are walking away from this week with our hearts full. This was a truly priceless experience.

We did the Ha Giang Loop by jeep with a driver and guide, and it was absolutely amazing. The views were breathtaking from start to finish. Our driver was very kind, careful, and professional. He adapted perfectly to our pace — whenever we wanted to go slower and enjoy the scenery or move a bit faster, he was totally flexible and easygoing. We always felt safe and comfortable. Our guide, Sean, was fantastic. His English was very good, he had deep knowledge of the route and the local area, and whenever there were road issues or changes, he always knew the best detours and alternatives. He was super friendly, patient, and flexible with our style of traveling — whether we wanted longer stops to enjoy the views or shorter stops to keep moving, he adjusted everything smoothly. We did the 4 day / 3 night Ha Giang Loop with Loop Trails in a jeep with two others on motorbikes, and it was genuinely the experience of a lifetime. From the very beginning, everything felt personal and authentic. Our group was only four people, which ended up being absolutely perfect. We had full control over the pace of the day, could stop whenever we wanted for photos or breaks, and never felt rushed or stuck in a huge tourist convoy. In the evenings we met other groups at the homestays, so we still got the social side of the Loop, but during the day it felt private and special. Our jeep driver was incredible - safe and professional. Tuan even provided us with a speaker to play our own music. We always felt completely comfortable on the roads, which meant we could properly relax and enjoy the scenery. And honestly, we LOVED the jeep experience. We didn’t feel it changed our experience at all - we went with the motorbikes most of the way. The food throughout the trip was also amazing. Every meal felt authentic, fresh, and generous - we were never left hungry once. I really liked that our drivers and guide sat with us during meals and we really connected with them which is exactly the experience we were looking for. The homestays were fantastic too, especially Bong Bang and Trang’s Homestay. Trang welcomed us like a mother and made us feel completely at home. Son was amazing. He shared so much with us about the areas we visited, the food we ate and the history. We were able to connect with the locals and made this feel much more of a cultural trip to experience the Ha Giang region. If you’re after something authentic then Loop Trails is the one for you. What stood out most about Loop Trails though was the people. These are genuinely kind-hearted people who truly care about making your experience memorable and keeping you safe with relevant safety measures and cautious driving and provided waterproofs during downpour! I know I’ve only done the Ha Giang Loop once and only with one company and everyone will tell you theirs was the best, but I can confidently say I’d choose them again in a heartbeat. Best experience ever ha giang loop is a must do when visiting Vietnam, we had a small group which was perfect as we weren’t waiting on anyone during the day and we could take our time at the stops, at night we stayed with other bigger groups in pretty cool hostels all with great views giving a perfect balance, of party during the night (you had the choice) and chill easy going during the day. Food during the loop was unreal, loads of choices and catered for all needs, there was always plenty food. Most importantly The drivers were truly amazing and luckily we now get to call them friends. They went above and beyond my expectations and it was my birthday during the loop they suprised me with a birthday cake, truly felt welcomed and loved. Was sad to say goodbye but left with memories that I will keep for a lifetime, shoutout to Hiếu and Su #1 drivers on the loop kept us safe, great vibes all the time, went out of there way to take us to cool spots.
