Our private tour through Ha Giang and Cao Bang was without a doubt one of the most beautiful and memorable parts of our entire holiday. We visited so many breathtaking places, saw incredible landscapes, and made memories that we will cherish forever. Everything was very well organized from start to finish, and we truly felt that everything was taken care of. What made this trip especially special for us was our driver and guide, Phuc. He really made the difference! Phuc was incredibly caring, patient, and friendly. He told us so much about the places and sights we visited and was always happy to answer all of our questions. We were travelling with our 5-year-old son, and thanks to Phuc’s kindness and patience, the trip was enjoyable for him as well. He made sure we were all comfortable and able to enjoy the experience at our own pace. We would highly recommend this private tour to anyone visiting this beautiful part of Vietnam. It was my first time travelling, the experience was amazing, the riders were really nice, we had such a great time with them. Being in a small group (6pp) was the best idea as activities run smoothly. We arrived the first night where you leave all your stuff that you will not bring to the loop, which also makes everything easier. 3 days riding were good choice. After the trip you go back to puck your stuff. It was really nice that they also pick you to some local waterfalls, not only the crowded ones, which makes the experience even better! Overall experience was incredible, thanks to the group for being so kind and welcoming!

It was sooo amazing! I mean, the views were incredible, the most beautiful I’ve ever seen, but I’m especially grateful for our small group and the drivers, who made this experience unforgettable! They were such kind and wonderful people. Even though our communication was limited, I really appreciated the effort they put into connecting with us and the positive energy they brought every day. At every stop they took us to, we got to enjoy it without the crowds. While other groups spent time at a hostel, we were taken to a local restaurant and had so much fun! I actually preferred spending time with them rather than with the other travelers because it felt like a much more authentic experience. A huge thank you to my driver, Tan, who even brought me a pillow, an absolute lifesaver!

I recently wrapped up a tour of the Ha Giang Loop, and it was hands down one of the best experiences I’ve had. The scenery speaks for itself—absolutely breathtaking—but what really made the trip smooth was the tour operator's service. Everything was well-organized from start to finish. The transportation was comfortable, the itineraries were well-paced, and the accommodations they picked for us each night were clean and cozy. Our tour guide was fantastic—very professional, knowledgeable, and always made sure everyone in the group was safe and having a good time. The food included in the tour was also a great highlight; we got to try a lot of delicious local dishes. Overall, the service was highly reliable and definitely worth the money. Best experience and value all thanks to the best tour guides Peter and Tien! They were so accomodating, respectful and professional. It was rainy season and raining some days but they kept us safe and we still had the best ride through the cao bang loop. We did 4 days 3 nights and the home stays were nice too!

We're older couple, close to our 60s and not a typical crowd for this tour. Generally we had good experience but there were some small issywe had to resolve. We don't know if our agent didn't provide the correct information or the operator tried to cut corners. However, the operator was quick to resolve most issues so overall we were happy. To start with, we booked a private tour in a car with and English speaking guide and were placed in a car with two other (nice) ladies with a driver who couldn't speak a full sentence in English (but drove excellent). Once we complained the company was quick to send an English speaking guide and move the other passengers to their own car. Once the guide (Marco) arrived everything changed for the better. Marco is a genuine, funny, and sweet guy. He knew a lot about the people, history and plants of the area. He made the vibe in the car great, and we really bonded over these 3 days together. Without him our review would have been much lower. We also had a problem with our accomodation. The company tried to make us stay at their partner's hotel which (for people our age) wasn't clean and comfortable as we needed. Again, we were upgraded quickly to better hotels for both nights. We still had to eat 3 meals (dinner, breakfast, and lunch) at the partner's restaurant. It was OK but no thing to write home about. I don't know enough about the other options in the area. We weren't asked what we wanted but we did get a lot of food and with a lot of variety. The area itself is going through a huge transformation since it was discovered by tourist. If you imagine pastoral fields surrounded by mountains, think again. The views are still impressive and the local ethnic groups are unique but the narrow roads are crowded with motorcycles, there's trash everywhere, and the rivers are contaminated with industrial pollution from China. Being in a car on these narrow winding road for so many hours a day make you feel like you spent a day on a rollercoaster (and I sail quite a lot and don't get sea sick easily). Overall, it was a good experience but I won't necessarily recommend it for everyone. The vast majority of people we saw are in their early twenties and I guess for them it's a different ballgame. For older people, and somewhat spoiled, this was challenging

That was an amazing time we spent there with my girflriend and the group. The easy riders were super kind and we felt very safe. Everything was perfect :)

Our family of 2 adults and 2 kids of 7 àd 9 years old went for a 6 days 5 nights tours from Ha Giang to Ba Be with our guide Quan. We had a great time, the car was very good (recent toyota), hotels/homestay were confortable and perfect for our family and the food was really great (even too much 😅 now it is time for diet !). Our guide Quan was really great and nice. We had really a great time, great value for money!

Today we finished a 3-night, 4-day Hà Giang Loop trip with the best and most professional guide Hoc. We got to see amazing and beautiful landscapes, met local residents and got to know a little about the local culture and customs, and everything was possible thanks to the professional guide, Hoc, who presented and explained everything in a professional and clear manner and with a lot of humor. We highly recommend using Hoc's best services. Finally, we would like to thank Hoc wholeheartedly for the excellent experience that we got to experience mainly and only mainly thanks to him.

We just returned from the loop. Hay is a wonderful guide. Hay took care of us throughout the journey. He is responsible, polite, and familiar with all the places, people and local customs. A very modest and pleasant person. Looking back, there are two things that should be improved: 1. Both of the hotels in the villages. (The hotel in ja giang was excellent). 2. Thete were not enough opportunities to hike on foot in the magnificent landscape.

We were a group of 2 couples. The loop is wonderful with spectaular views. Our guide named Hay, was excellent, took us to special scenic places as well as unique villages were locals live and work at. Overall a wonderful experience. The accomodation along the way are quite basic, however given the remote areas, i can understand that.

It was a great experience with Rock Hostel! The EasyDrivers are very friendly and drive safely. We traveled in a small group, which made for a much more relaxed vibe. Definitely recommend this tour operator!

AMAZING experience!!!! We were traveling with a friend, expecting quite nothing, and we’ve been breathtaking by our 4 days, 3 nights of the Ha Giang Loop! First of all, my driver (our leader) Học, was so funny, super nice, super careful, and all the drivers in general were super nice (and really good karaoke singer 🤭) We had an amazing time, could share a lot even if they were not all speaking English (google translate helped us!), we had the first 2 days with 7 others people and finish the 2 last day just by 3 people, which were 2 mood we loved to discover. Whatever, the tour they did us was not too touristic, just some stops and 1 waterfall, but the rest was really authentic! They even offer us some flowers for Vietnam Women’s Day 🥹 I recommend 100%!!!!!! Thank you so much!!!!

What an amazing trip and experience! Huân, my driver, and Thuc our leader, did a great job showing us an experience of a lifetime and keeping us safe through the Ha Giang Loop. There was many things to maneuver and they skillfully handled everything from landslides to the elements. This will be an experience I remember for a long time.

We had an amazing experience on the 3-day 2-night Ha Giang Loop tour! The scenery was absolutely breathtaking, every turn offered incredible mountain views and beautiful villages. The food was delicious! Our group was very small with only four people & drivers which made the experience much more personal and relaxing. At many scenic spots we were the only ones there which felt truly special as we could enjoy the views without other tourists around. The accommodations were very comfortable and clean with a welcoming atmosphere at each stop. Our tour guide was fantastic – knowledgeable, fun and made sure everyone felt safe and well taken care of throughout the trip. Riding on the back of the bike felt safe the entire time, even on the challenging mountain roads. We were also provided with full-body raincoats, which came in handy when the weather changed making the ride so much more comfortable. Another thing we appreciated was that the tour did not focus on drinking but for those who wanted they offered some “happy water” to try. Overall, it was an unforgettable adventure that we highly recommend to anyone visiting Ha Giang!

Ha Giang loop was an awesome experience. We were led by Marco and my driver was Po. They were both terrific and did amazing jobs. Not only did they ride well, they also gave a great explanations on the culture of the people that live there.

Thuc is the best driver in the world, his driving is magnificent and he is super attentive at all times, helping me and worrying about me, as well as super fun and cheerful. The experience in general has been wonderful, one of the best of my life, super recommended. In addition, the homestay were very nice and comfortable, the food spectacular, and the activities super fun.

Our guide Nhan as well as the easy riders Quynh and Po were super fun and very helpful. The landscape we saw during the tour was breathtaking. Nhan also explained a lot about the lifestyle from the local farmers in the mountain.
