It was my first time in Hanoi, and since I only had 2 full days, I decided to book this historical day tour—and it was definitely worth it. I really appreciated how the organizer kept sending reminders through WhatsApp. Thanks to Ms. Quyen for always checking in and making sure everything was clear. I was picked up at the Old Quarter by the driver together with our guide, Thuy. She was very nice, spoke good English, and explained everything clearly. It was also interesting hearing stories and learning new things, not just about Vietnam but other countries as well. One of the highlights for me was the Vietnamese lunch—it was really good and something I’ll remember from this trip. After the tour, they dropped me back at my hotel, which made everything very convenient. Overall, this was a smooth, well-organized, and enjoyable experience. Highly recommended 👍

The tour guide Mr. Son (Mountain in Vietnami) is an excellent guide with lot of knowledge. The bus used is very cramped, seats are not comfortable, it is painful to travel for full day on such bus. Compnay mhst chang bus with more open space and seats. The food arranged was excellent.

Ha Long Bay was an amazing site, probably unique in the world. Kimi, the tour guide did a good job. He was clearly experienced, knowledgeable and well drilled into the routines. The pick/ drop off went without a hitch, as was the rest of the day. Overall, I have had a favourable experience.

My full-day Hanoi city tour booked through Kaylee SST Travel was excellent. The city highlights were an eye-opener to Hanoi's rich history and provided a great knowledge of the city. Our guide, Thuy, was witty, polite, and gave very clear explanations at every stop. She is excellent at her job. The lunch provided was good, making this a great value-for-money, full-day tour.

I immensely enjoyed the tour and I do not use that adjective lightly, as my emotional expression bandwidth is usually reserved for trains, flags of fictional nations, and the periodic table. Our tour guide demonstrated a level of organization and attentiveness that I can only describe as algorithmic perfection. He not only possessed encyclopedic knowledge of every landmark we visited with commentary so precise it could rival the annotations in a peer-reviewed travel journal but also maintained group integrity with near-military efficiency. At every point, he ensured no participant drifted into the chaotic vortex of unstructured tourism (i.e., getting lost). If anyone strayed even a few meters away, he deployed instant corrective action calling them and providing exact coordinates like a human GPS with emotional intelligence. The piece de resistance, however, occurred when one participant claimed they’d join in the afternoon. Our guide accurately remembered, adjusted his logistics matrix accordingly, and even when that person cancelled, he recalibrated the schedule seamlessly, ensuring we still concluded precisely on time as if he were manipulating the space-time continuum purely through competence. From the punctual pickup to the flawless execution and safe hotel drop-offs, the experience was a masterclass in professional precision. If there were a Nobel Prize for tour management, I would nominate him without hesitation or better yet, insist on a commemorative plaque in his honor at every stop. If there were a Vietnamese Grand Order of Exemplary Tour Management and Group Coordination, I would nominate him without a moment’s hesitation. In fact, I would personally lobby for its immediate creation complete with a medal featuring a map of Vietnam surrounded by perfectly aligned tour buses and the motto Precision, Punctuality, and People Management. In short, this wasn’t just a tour. It was a meticulously orchestrated symphony of logistics, timing, and human herding and our guide was the maestro.

The tour was great! Our tour guide, Mr. Son, was very funny and shared a lot of interesting information with us, even though he had to speak both English and Vietnamese. The driver was good too, but the traffic in Hanoi wasn’t great — it took quite a long time to pick up other customers and move around. The food was okay, but I would recommend arranging more local dishes like Bún chả Hà Nội or Chả cá Thăng Long for a better experience.

Totally worth booking for this day trip. We didnt have to stress about travelling from one location to anther and also about the entry fee. Everything's included in their payment. Our guide #kaylee was amazing. He made sure we enjoyed and at the same time the Vietnam history, culture was understood. I would definitely recommend the tour guide.

The tour was good and we received good insights on Vietnam history. it is good for first time visitors. Duration at each location was about 5-10 minutes but at a souvenir shop it was 30-35 mins. Lunch was very good

This tour was great for learning about the history of Vietnam. I didn't know much about President Ho Chi Minh and while I had heard about the "Hanoi Hilton", I'm afraid to say that I didn't know much about it either. There was so much to see and learn during this tour and I enjoyed it all.

Hi! I had a fantastic time on the tour. Our guide, Tuan, is extremely knowledgeable about the history of all the destinations in our itinerary. Although there were moments when we couldn't quite catch what he was saying, he was always willing to repeat it for us. He made sure to answer all our questions and kept the atmosphere lively, especially when he noticed we were getting tired. He even took us to a lovely place for lunch. The highlight of the itinerary for me was the Hoa Lo Prison Museum. The bus ride was comfortable as we explored various places, and we felt safe thanks to the driver's expertise in navigating us to our destinations.
