We had an amazing experience on this tour with SST Travel!The day was packed with authentic local experiences. The riverboat cruise along the canals was so relaxing, and sipping fresh coconut water right on the water was a great touch. We also got to taste a delicious assortment of fresh tropical fruits the dragon fruit, pineapple with chili salt, and longan were fresh and flavorful!The highlight was definitely the traditional lunch. Served family-style in clay pots, the food was delicious and felt very authentic. The itinerary was well-paced, organized, and offered great value for money. The experience overall was good and I would recommend. Our tour guide Chai in Sa Pa was amazing, it was great to hang out with a local and learn so much about their culture. The hotel was nice too. The organisation once in Sapa was quite chaotic. I booked through SST and was in contact with Elbiee who was fantastic, but it seems we were then passed to a 3rd party and ended up with quite a few different people contacting us regarding pick ups, itinerary etc and often there was conflicting information and a lot of waiting around. The journey there was horrible, felt like I was in Mario Cart, but the journey back was with a different driver and much smoother. Cat Cat is very touristy, Fansipan was good but cloudy so kinda wasn’t worth climbing all the way to the top, the exploring of villages is stunning but be prepared to be hustled the whole way. Would I change anything? No. This is just a very honest review.

Great trip value for money. Almost clock work on logistics and backup alternatives for any eventuality due to weather conditions. Hotel arranged was clean, staff were friendly and helpful, and the boss was very engaging with the guests. The tour organiser Alice, never seen, but always online in WhatsApp was super efficient in responses and updates.

Book through klook for a sapa experience and met alice through it. She was nice and helped guide us and had a wonderful experience. Sadly didnt get to experience the fansipan peak but we went the glass bridge instead and it was still beautiful. Would recommend!

Very good trip. The staff was very professional. Vehicle, lunch and visit to attractions were well organised. We chose 4 star accommodation. The hotel was up on a hill. Nice view yet needed to walk up slope to go back after dinner on our own.

Mikey was very helpful with the booking and contacted us the night before the tour started to confirm transport and accommodation arrangements. This tour includes a daily set lunch at Sapa Unique Hotel, as well as two tours to Cat Cat Village and other lesser-known villages. We even got to walk through the rice terraces, which was really a bonus and the best way to experience Sapa. The trip up Fansipan was very scenic, even though it was quite cloudy at the top.

The itinerary of the trip was compact, and gave up enough time to walk off track, with amazing views, while allowing free time for us to explore on our own. This trip with the tour guide is pretty amazing. Everything was well arranged and on time. The trekking was not easy but the tour guide ensured that everyone is safe and the views is once in a lifetime. Just a side note, perhaps the communication can be abit better with regards to the arrangement of the transport and what time to pick up during the Fansipan tour day. Other than that everything was great right down to the tour and there was no hard selling at all.

I booked a 3-day tour in Sapa with 4 star hotel. It was an amazing tour! Mickey gave all the information in time and he was so helpful. Ada and Mama Jo was so kind and friendly and showed us all the beauties of Sa Pa. We got to see Cat Cat village, Lao Chai, Fansipan and Ham Rong as well. We went on a hike with local people to their village (Lao Chai) and they were very friendly and talkative. Some of than can speak English very well. We always had so delicious lunch, the quantity was more than enough (and it was included in the trip price as well). We stayed at a 4 star hotel and they transfered us to every scheduled program and back to the hotel. It was a well organized trip. I recommend it to everyone.

This was the highlight of my trip in Vietnam! Long winding road to Sapa, staying at KK Hotel, visiting Hmong villages and above all, Fansipan. So tiring because so many going up and down the stairs but worth it. The days i arrived,it was foggy but I was lucky to have a nice sunny weather, although very windy, at the Fansipan and Hmong villages the next day. I wish the lunch was yummier. Booking through SST, the booking process was quick and easy. Ths SST team was quick to help me when i encountered problem during the trip. And when a problem arise on their behalf, they also apologized. From my experience with SST, i wish they could confirm my booking and arrange the pick up by latest at noon instead of in the evening. I often get worried that my booking wouldn't be confirmed or i were already asleep when they text me. But overall, Sapa was an unforgettabke experience.

Overall all perfect, Liked the food, the programme, and the stay. Seems perfect. Specially our agent, Mikey, he helped a lots, which saved my time and value for money.

I have booked the SAPA package tour with my friend 3D/2N included airport private pick up and delivery. The SAPA trip is included Hotel 3star (SAPA unique Hotel i got 3rd floor with Beautiful scenery), we also got Breakfast and Lunch, but remember the lunch is not included drinks maybe only water ( I didn't hear from the waitress😅 so i have paid for juice and ice yakult milk). 1 thing i couldn't forget is the very nice weather 9°C-17°C. I also have booked Ha long bay 1day trip using APP Traveloka which is cooperated with SST Travel during eid mubarok holiday 31mar-07mar2025. They are very friendly especially MIE who manage my SAPA trip and Maddie for Ha long bay trip. The drivers is very on schedule, if only the driver can speak english😆😁 that would be perfect xixi. Affordable price and everything on schedule. There are few places that i still not visited yet, next time i will come back and use SST Travel again for my trip to Ninhbinh, Hoi an, Danang, Hochiminh! Yes... the trek from Hanoi to Sapa was tiring given it's a 6 hour-ish journey on the road. Mikey the tour operator from SST Travel was amazing in terms of providing clear and concise communications packed with useful information over WhatsApp before and after the trip to make sure every participant in the group was well looked after. I won't hesitate to recommend them any time. (Have been with them multiple times on other local excursions in the past. Not a single bad experience ever.) Perhaps in hindsight, I'd advise those visiting to bring an extra pair of shoes as it might get muddy in parts of the tour.

It was a great experience, the person in charge and the guide were lovely and very friendly. The service is also very attentive and there is no rush. And give us a lot of information, which I appreciate.

Everything is good😊 One of the most memorable parts of my visit was the chance to meet the local hill tribes. The people here, with their vibrant clothing and warm smiles, welcomed us into their homes and shared stories of their daily lives and traditions. It was an eye-opening experience that gave me a deep appreciation for their way of life, which is so closely tied to the land and nature.

I had booked my sapa trip through agoda.The trip organizer mikey from sst travel immediately reached out yo me after my booking.The pickup from my hotel in old quarter hanoi was smooth,and the van provided for the trip was very comfortable.We arrived at sapa at 130pm and my accomodation in sapa unique hotel was value for money.The staff at hotel provided me with a good lunch and our first activity to cat cat village started at 230pm.the trip to sapa requires good level if fitness and we enjoyed trek to cat cat village,where i saw waterfall and local dance.The hotel arranged tickets for visit to fansipan peak next day.Fortunately the weather was good in fansipan and my trip was memorable.After returning from fansipan i was late but the hotel was considerate,they arranged a lunch for me in no time,and i went to lao chai village for a trek to view rice fields.The next day i visited hanrong mountain with local guide to capture amazing views of sapa peak.The hike to hamrong mountains was difficult but worthwhile.On return trip we were given similar dcar limosuine and mr mikey was kind enough to accomodate my drop location change at last minute,and drop me first in hanoi.

The Sapa tour was really nice and well organised. I was contacted by Mikey who was quite helpful. Hotel had a nice view and in a good location. Pick up Van had really nice chairs and made enough breaks along the way. Activities were all covered and our local guide was really nice and funny. I recommend the tour.

I booked a 3d/2n trip to Sapa. From the beginning of the trip, everything was well planned and communicated in advance. We were taken to sapa in a luxury van and provides stay according to the hotel options selected. Food, tour guides, travel in sapa was included part of the package, which provided a great experience. In sapa, we visited rice fields, villages, amusement parks and gardens. My tour guide chu was absolutely fantastic and sapa unique hotel provided a comfortable stay with good food. I left my wallet in hanoi during the trip, the company understood my situation and provided relief by arranging cash as a part of the trip. This timely help saved me from the worst situation. I would like to thank each one and all for organising this great trip. Overall, it's the best company to take you to sapa and provide a well rounded, save, comfortable tour.

The Sapa tour was very well organised. The itinerary was packed with activities so that you could get the most out of Sapa in a short amount of time. Sapa is a must go to place if you are in Vietnam. The town hasn’t gone too touristy (yet) so use that opportunity to experience real and authentic Vietnam. Paige really does deserve a praise, she contacted me the night before the trip to make sure I knew what time I would be picked up and the license plate of the bus- so I would get on the right one. On the way home I had to change my drop off and they were kind enough to accommodate.

My husband and I joined this 3D2N Sapa trekking tour. I was initially very nervous to be traveling from the US. Paige was our tour coordinator and she put me at ease. She answered all the questions that we had. My husband got sick the day before our tour. He was unfit to travel. But we had already passed our cancellation window. Paige worked very hard trying to accommodate our need. At the end, we decided into proceed with the tour. Paige was very kind to arrange an upgraded room with a wonderful view in our hotel to allow my husband to rest in the hotel. Paige also made special arrangements to drop us off at the Hanoi airport instead of the okd quarters. The local tour operator Viet and Da are wonderful. The guide Mamaya was also very nice. We truly enjoyed our tour and sincerely appreciate everything that Paige has done to make it a memorable experience forbus. I would recommend this tour operator.

Took a tour from Hanoi to SaPa, experienced the mountain area with splendid views. The tour was arranged very nicely with all our needs are taken care of. I must admit some of walking tours, you need to be fit. All co ordination of the logistics was done timely by Paige.

There were some hiccups with the transport and hotel arrangements but she stepped in at the earliest and helped smoothen out everything while we enjoyed our tour. She is a total star and our tour wouldn’t have been such a good experience without her help and interventions. 100% recommended booking a tour with this agency if you get her as your coordinator!

Her home’s three-day and two-night Trips reached 9/10 points thanks to the family’s time hanging alongside the hot-flung fish pot in the chill of a thousand, and the kids experienced the fansipan cable car ride with a sky view that was exciting, though a bit tired of walking in the Sand Sand and the dust-packed central street, but in general it was a very engaging and memorable memory for the whole family.

We were contacted the day before our departure by SST Travel (Khanh) who gave us all the useful information and asked us to confirm the items in his possession. Given the very variable weather, the various excursions/activities have been carefully (re)planned so that we can enjoy the best possible experience. I recommend the professionalism and flexibility of the guides!

We spent three superb days in Sapa. The DCAR trip went pretty well overall. Hotel Bamboo was beautiful. We were able to visit the village of Cat Cat, Peak Fansipan, a local village and Dragon Mountain. Our local guide - Mamamuya, who was of a local ethnicity was extraordinary, she really made the tour special and magical. The meals served at the Unique Hotel were very good and hearty. The activities were adapted to the weather, so we could make the most of every moment. Khanh, the trip coordinator gave clear and precise instructions and facilitated communication, well done to him.

The tour content and the hotel were very good. We had free time at night. Even if you don't understand English, you enjoyed it I wanted to be part of it again.

We found the organization of the tours very good, even the hotel was very large and clean. The trip to Sapa was unfortunately very uncomfortable, which is why we deduct one point. Mikey was very friendly though and gave us immediate feedback with any questions.
