Went with #ELBIEE OPERATOR, They reached out 2 days before the tour date, keep on checking every day till the tour ended, and make sure I reached my hotel in hanoi back. Love it❤️
I am back in Manila and still in high spirits about my trip to Sapa the best 2D1N tour experience. I’m satisfied with the affordable price, nice staff, and the view from my balcony is top-notch. Experienced the thrilling rainbow slide, sat in the chair outside the Moana cafe while watching the sunset an absolute best. Lastly, the Fansipan experienced one of the best feelings reaching the highest peak. Again thank you for the pleasant experience and for showing us Sapa, Vietnam 🇻🇳 😊
That was my first time in Vietnam, so was it in SaPa. Kaylee have been really nice to me. My tour guide took care of me during this trip. I really enjoyed the trekking by the way!
Excellent really enjoyed the trip and the hospitality staff was good.
Well organised tour trip with great communication. The tour operators and partner hosts were very warm and welcoming. Picked me up from my hotel in the old quarter and to each checkpoint with ease.
Great trip to Sa Pa , well organised and great communication . Lucky with the weather ! Loved Fansipan . Happy we took the time for this trip
Wonderful days, great organisation From the pick-up in Hanoi to the return, it was a wonderful experience. The organisation was great, and everyone went out of their way to ensure that the travellers had a wonderful time. There was a great deal of flexibility in the activities, even when the weather conditions varied. The trekking tour I went on was very interesting and provided fascinating insights into the local culture and great views of the magnificent landscape. The hotel I stayed in and the food left nothing to be desired; I felt completely at home in Sa Pa.
Sapa tour with Fansipan was very nice. They do a great job organizing the tour, the food at the hotel is very good and the limousine from Hanoi to Sapa is very comfortable, it didn’t even feel like a 6 hour journey.
Sapa is pretty, and the area is probably beautiful in summer, but I would not advise this trip is worth it any time outside of peak summer. Even then, think hard if the travel is worth while for the activity, and don’t expect a real trek. Pros - limosine was nice and the trip was broken up with rest stops. Staff were lovely. Food was tasty and room was large. The dragons jaw trip on day 2 was fun. Cons - we travelled a total of 14 hours (delayed by landslide!) for 3 hours of activity - this is not a trek and not worth it. Hotel was cold and noisy at night. Nothing is growing or in bloom in winter, and with heavy fog, winter trips are underwhelming. We were implicitly advised by locals not to bother with fansipan due to the heavy fog at the time, only to then later be disappointed we didn’t visit after hearing it was clear. We never had an option to visit the village waterfall, despite it being advertised.
Pricing are reasonable. It's really ezy to purchase. Purchase Fanispan ticket from the hotel which save my time as pricing are almost the same. Plan at least 3 days in SAPA.
Very nice trekking. The guides were very enthusiastic local people and explained a lot about he local life. Very interesting. The group was nice and not too big, which makes it a nice experience. In two days I have a very good impression of Sapa and the local life here, unless the wheather was not always very good. Recommend!
This tour was SO well organized and didn’t feel rushed at all. We got to see everything we wanted to and had a great time. The guides are so helpful and accommodating. Would highly recommend.
For me, this was two long van rides with a little trekking on the first day and the trip to the top of Fansipan on the second morning. The pickup process was one of the worst I've ever seen, with the driver refusing to pick me up in the obviously best spot both out of traffic and next to my hotel door and instead wanting to drag my suitcase over five lanes of uneven pavement to a "parking spot" where a local cabbie was incredibly irate because my driver had blocked the exit from the train station! The return home began just as badly with a walk uphill from the hotel because they had apparently waited until after the stated pickup time and the street in front of the hotel turns to a one-way after a certain hour. The trek on day one was wonderful as was the trip to Fansipan. Despite the hotel not appearing to be special, the food was good and the bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in. I'm very grateful that I was able to book this on such short notice after having to cancel another tour (which should have begun the night before) when no one showed up. However, they have a little work to do, especially on the transportation side.
From the moment I booked this tour in Australia through Get Your Guide, Alice from the tour company was in touch with me on WhatsApp. How fabulous! Alice was in touch every step of the way, explaining our trip, our options etc. we had an amazing local guide Mamaya in Sapa when we walked to the village. She is an Incredible woman. On our 2nd day, the rain came and the cloud was low so we asked to not do Fansipan. It was not a problem and we were offered to walk with the group guided by Mamaya up Ham Rong instead. Stunning views over Sapa, we got to make a til tok with Mamaya (our first not hers) 😂 Great time had - I would recommend staying 3 days / 2 nights. It was a long way to go for 2 days / 1 nights but that wa our choice nothing to do wirh the company.
Taking my first solo trip and in my golden years at that, I must admit I was apprehensive at first. My fears were allayed because I would get prompt responses from my tour operator whenever I communicated with them. It was an unforgettable trip and I plan to go back next year, no longer a solo traveller as I intend to have my family also experience amazing Sapa.
I’m glad that I choose the D-Car for my family very first visit to SaPa, it is quite comfortable for the 5hrs+ drive from Hanoi to SaPa, and the hotel counter is very nice, and the foods are enjoyable, the tour guide Chai is a great person, patiently waiting for everyone when walking the the CatCat Village, and told us some about their culture, we really enjoy this trip there.
Thank you for the amazing tour! The views were outstanding! The stuff was helpful, the hotel had a beautiful view, service was good as well.
Great trip, amazing panorama. The Guide was really Nice and it was well organized. I recommend thé Sapa tour with this organisation
We enjoy the trip. Good arrangement. Food in the hotel (unique hotel) is good also. Hotel location is near from city center.
The tour operator Mikey and the tour guide arranged the trip so smoothly and enjoyable. Scenery of Sapa was so fascinating. We took many nice photos with many good memories.
Well organised sapa trip from Hanoi. D car was on time and the seats were spacious and drove us safely to sapa. The hotel in sapa are beautiful with amazing views . Overall the price is cheap for the transfer, hotel and some meals inclusive .
I had an incredible experience—truly unforgettable. The trip was exceptionally well-organized, with prompt communication throughout; every detail was clearly communicated and handled seamlessly. I was especially captivated by the breathtaking views in Sapa. A special highlight was our guide, Bang, who led us through the villages with insight and care. Her guidance added so much depth to the journey.
Recommended! Good service, good car (but if you got in the front seat with the driver, better ask to be in the back, because its a bit uncomfortable with the seat, in the front seat with the driver) Hotel was good, the food is okay And of course choose the Fansipan trip for the 2nd day!
Our tour from Hanoi to Sapa with DCAR was an unforgettable journey. The luxury limousine provided ultimate comfort, with spacious seats and smooth travel through breathtaking mountain landscapes. We enjoyed every moment, from the scenic drive to exploring Sapa’s stunning rice terraces and vibrant ethnic markets. The fresh mountain air, misty valleys, and authentic local cuisine made the experience even more special. Visiting Village and Fansipan Peak added adventure, while the warm hospitality of the locals left a lasting impression. DCAR’s professional service and seamless travel made this trip truly enjoyable. We can’t wait to return!
I like the tour, the guide is very helpfull and i like the food too.. thanks to Mickey 😁. Thankyou for the experience.. Sapa is good
It was awesome to see and travel towards the north of Vietnam. Knowing some ethnic group of this country. Most of all the experience of hiking towards the highest point in Indochina, an experience that is worth remembering
It was good experience travelling Sapa with this travel agency. Good Hotel provided with breakfast and lunch. Tour guide was good in English and able to communicate well. Highly recommended trip advisor. Even when we change the itinerary, they able to arrange within short time.
Amazing trip, totally worth it. Organising the trip was very easy. Great communication with the organisers through WhatsApp. The scenery in Sa Pa is breathtaking. Please go to Sa Pa
I had so much fun experiences with the ittinerary they made, also they have good coordination between one to another PIC in different venue and day. Really pro. Thanks SST tour to make my trip easier.
One of the best tours I ever been to in my life, BIG THANKS to Dolphin she was really helpful and made sure we were satisfied and always following up with us in case we needed further assistance, Thank you Vietnam thank youu Dolphin!!
Fantastic trip. Our organiser Mikey was in contact with us before the day of collection to make sure we knew exactly what was happening. The pick up from our hotel in Hanoi was prompt and the vehicle was very comfortable. We had numerous rest stops and once we arrived in Sapa, we were given clear instructions by the friendly staff so we knew what was happening and when. The meals included were very generous and filling and the hotel was nice and comfortable. The activities were interesting with the highlight being a sunny day on top of Fansipan mountain (cable car tickets not included in price but they kindly purchased them for us to save timeand dropped us off at the station and picked up afterwards) well organised and brilliant trip. Thanks Mikey, Daniel.
Great tour. Well organised and great way to see Sapa. Would recommend. Company often checked on me to make sure I was okay. I really appreciated it.
I took 2 nights and 3 days tour from Hanoi to Sapa. Am glad i had took it. On the first day, picked up from my Hotel to Sapa. Had 2 stop over for a short break. Had lunch in the hotel and checked in. After an hour had a trip to the village with the tour guide. Chai(tour guide) was very helpful and friendly. I learned so many things bout their tribe. The following day, from morning till afternoon was in Fansipan. Though it was foggy, i generally like the trip and being on the highest mountain in Indochina. In the afternoon we went to Cat Cat village as was surprise how beautiful it was created for the tourist.
I am very satisfied with this tour. The service is satisfactory. The hotel and staff are very helpful. Thank you so much☺️
I absolutely recommend this tour for anybody considering a trip to SAPA. The tour is very well coordinated between the tour agency and the hotel staff in SAPA. The pick up was punctual and the D CAR limo was comfortable for the 6 hours ride back and fro.The hike around Lao Chai was conducted by a knowledgeable villager and the hike at Fansipan is free and easy. The meals at SAPA unique hotel was tasty and the room is clean with a great view!!!! Overall deserving of 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
It was my first experience going to vietnam alone and thanks to this travel agent it makes my trip easy. Their hospitality towards customer is top notch , i feel safe and welcome. I definitely will use their services again in my next trip.
The views is okay. The tour admin is excellent and provides information in helpful and timely manner. The hotel and the food is so so
Had a great experience with this trip. The local agent is very helpful and thoughtful. Will highly recommend klook’s tour
Absolutely fantastic, everything is included. Complimentary pick up from Hanoi in a very comfortable limo bus for the 6 hour trip. Our hotel in Sapa was lovely, spacious and clean and the your includes 4 meals, like 6 dishes each which exceeded our expectations. The trek on day 1 is a 3 hour hike accross the mountains and paddy fields, we were fully guided and local villagers helped us navigate the paths. It really gives you a taste of rural Vietnamese life in the mountains and the scenery is indescribably incredible, something out of a postcard. On day 2, we were led to the heavily touristy cat cat village and waterfall, again it was beautiful Highly recommended, 5 stars. A definite 'must do' if you visit Vietnam
The schedule is well arranged, the early morning driver to the hotel transfer, the driving technology is very good, and it is also comfortable, there is absolutely no problem with stumbling. The middle will stop two stops to let us go down to rest, to the bathroom, but if the travel time is more compact, it is recommended to sit half a night bed will be better, save a night stay, once you can have a whole day to travel. Hotel Samsung stay independent hotel, from the bus to Fansian station, restaurants and main attractions are close, the hotel staff is friendly, the food is also delicious, the view of the room is beautiful, recommended ~ ~ The arranged old-fashioned village and cat village, the guide is very detailed explanation and guide to let us get a good understanding of the village, the village tour time will be longer, about 1 1/2-2 hours, it is recommended to wear comfortable shoes and go to the toilet before leaving. Sapa landscape is really beautiful, very chill, highly recommended -
Kat Kat village was like a Hmong theme park. It was crowded and a little difficult for me. The next day I really enjoyed trekking in Yilinhoe. The guide explained it carefully and it was easy for those of us who are not good at English to understand. Calls from Kayleigh were also polite. The hotel staff and driver were very kind. It was a good trip.
A very nice organization for this stay thank you #Kaylee
Very nice experience! 3 star hotel very well placed and huge room with a beautiful view - very good organization - trekking with our guide through the rice fields landscapes to the village of Lao chai: very nice walk and beautiful landscapes. The next day ascent on site of the fansipan despite a big fog the site is fabulous , the gardens, the zen cocoons at the bottom of the site are really amazing. After 30 minutes of climbing cable car the site is fabulous with Buddha pagodas and other monuments to do absolutely The transport in limousine because very comfortable, which is important for 5 hours drive ... we regretted not staying 1 more night
