It was a wonderful experience for me and my family. We had a wonderful time exploring various place in and around Hanoi with our guide Ms Melody made. It was a shared tour and she took good care of us and smoothly cover the day tour.

The tour was very informative and we have the best tour guide Phoung, he’s so hardworking and made sure we’re okay at all times.

Phuong was amazing ! He sang for us as well ! Very informative and he gave us lots of history.

The highlights were definitely climbing the 500 steps up Mua Cave for the breathtaking panoramic views, followed by a peaceful boat ride in Tam Coc, where the locals paddle with their feet. The lunch was delicious with plenty of local options. It was a perfect blend of culture, history, and adventure, and far exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend this tour!"

My wife and I went to Ninh Binh and Tam CoC and had a great experience. If you can, ask for Arthur to be your guide! The shuttle bus was great, they provide water and a safe trip to all of the sites. Arthur was very knowledgeable about the history of Ninh Binh and the current state of affairs in the area.

Minh was exceptional guide. Very patient and great storyteller! Highly recommend. Great day!!! Did bicycle riding, went on rowing the boat through 4 caves. Hike at end of the day. Just wish the weather was not so rainy but overall still had a great time !

Great package, we got a discount because we booked both hoi ahn and nihn bihn together. Overall trip was great, we had plenty of time for every activity. Although I would have preferred more time for exploring city on cycle (we only got 30mins) but other than that it was really amazing with great views. The limousine bus was also decent and had good leg space. Jenny our tour guide was very kind and helpful throughout the trip.

Extremely pleasant and memorable experience! Our tour guide Ben was hilarious - referencing lyrics from some of the current songs when introducing various places - our kids were all cracking up. Love his enthusiasm and ability to crack a joke in stressed situation (when tour bus couldn't find parking, or tourists were a bit late getting back). He was realistic about each activity, and let us know it's OK if we don't want to participate (but make sure you didn't already pay for the entry ticket!). For this experience booking itself, just note that the "activity provider"/"Tour Operator" is different to the "tour guide" (which is Ben in our case). So it's important to leave your WhatsApp or anything that they can contact you on, and you will get a message 1-2 day beforehand from the Tour Operator to confirm. Then, on the night before the tour, another message from the "tour guide" from a different phone number to double-confirm. It was confusing for us at first, but everything went smoothly. Also, another note is - Hanoi traffic can be extremely hectic in the morning, especially after 7am. If you are outside the Old Quarter and has to taxi in, please try to reach Old Quarter before 7am. We left our hotel about 7:09am - 3km from Old Quarter - and spent 1hr to get in. Eventually, we joined at the last pick-up stop.

Had a wonderful experience in this 1 day tour of Ninh Binh. Our guide Mr Ben (The Man) was very funny and knowledgeable. He managed the entire tour well and gave us a good history lesson too. The cycle ride through the country side was the highlight of our tour. The scenes were breathtaking. Food arrangement was fabulous. Overall a wonderful experience.
