With ARRIVAL flight, customer will have assistance for Visa procedure, Immigrations, Customs clearance, baggage claim and accompany to the car. With DEPARTURE flight, customer will have assistance at Check-in counter, Immigrations, Customs clearance, Security Checkpoint and guidance to the boarding gate area.
Clear communication. Already text to communicate the evening on meeting point and arrival time at the airport. The person was already there at check in counter waiting. Very smooth and quick process. Worth booking that extra if you don't want to be the long queue.
My plane arrived late at night after two long flights so I new I would not be at my sharpest mentally. I thought if $40 will save me enough time to justify the cost I would be at my hotel much quicker, and also avoid confusion and stress. The service wasn't cheap, but the guide met me with my name on a board, whisked me to the VIP line with no one ahead of me, and within 5 minutes I was at the baggage carousel. The guide (at my request) waited with me then helped me secure an honest taxi to my hotel in downtown Hanoi. I gave him a generous tip. I believe money buys convenience and money expedites things. Yes, it surely did this time. It was expensive, and in fact it was right at the top of what I would pay, but it was worth it. I'd do it again.

Great help got us through customs and immigration quickly and got us to our cab to our hotel. Keep ur boarding pass to Vietnam it helps them check u in faster. Also if ur thinking that arriving at 1030 pm won't be much of a line think again use fasttrack.
Easy pick up point when we landed at Hanoi International Airport. Went straight to Immigation with our guide & out to pick up baggage carousel in 5 mins. No queue or waiting.
VIP Fast Track service representatives were a no-show, so we ended up going through the normal immigration line. It only took about 10-15 minutes to get through the normal immigration line, so the fast track service would have been a waste of money had they showed up. We ended up requesting a refund.

Our plane was late at arriving in, got a WhatsApp message from the agent meeting us. Walked off our plane & walked down about 200m within the airport building & met agent with our names on a sign, who we then followed to the Immigration desk (another 300m). We went into special line, other foreign passengers in queues to the right (noting this day a Sunday 10.45am it wasn't busy, other passengers got thru fast too), no queue in our line we got straight up to the desk, lovely Vietnamese Immigration worker served us, didn't need to show printed visas only passports, all fine & thru in like 2 mins. Then headed downstairs to baggage claim, our agent handed us over to another agent (a nice younger man), who then kindly assisted us with collecting our luggage & then at bag screening (spoke in Vietnamese to baggage screening), and our bags not screened, thru to the arrivals hall where he helped us find our private transfer to our hotel. This guy did not leave us till we found our transfer person, he was very helpful, polite & well presented. Honestly this "fast track" service was professional, worked extremely well & agents we had where very good. It's a seamless process & well worth the money (even tho no queues this day), to help with your luggage and transfer was awesome!! Thank you.
100% worth it. I was a little unsure at first because there weren’t many reviews. We purchased both the arrival and departure service. We wound up with the same guide for both. He was a total professional. He walked us through every step of the process and accelerated our arrival and departure time to the maximum extent. Of course, we could only go as fast as our luggage would arrive, but he was right there to walk us through customs and to find our driver once our luggage arrived.
Straight through emigration (bypassing long queues) and then a dedicated security check. We were in the lounge within 30 minutes of arriving at the airport. Well worth the money.

The most easiest and streamlined service. Met us prior to lining up for customs. We were taken into a line which was empty and we were processed immediately. a lengthy wait for the bags then assisted to the front where we had a ride awaiting. Beat money spent.
I had read in many places that it takes a long time to go through immigration at the Hanoi airport, so I purchased this service. We were met and ushered to a special immigration line. It turns out that 11:30PM is a slow time at the airport and our line was no faster than the regular line. The guy was great and stayed with us until our tour company picked us up. I would highly recommend it if you are landing at a busy time.
Met us at customs area. Clearly labeled sign with our names. Rep spoke good English. Helped us through customs. Went through in 15 mins. Avoided an hour plus wait.

We had a good experience with this service, after we found him ! I was expecting to be met at the gate by the plane on arrival as implied by the description. However, you disembark as normal and proceed to the immigration area everyone has to pass by and we were met there . The actual service was great , very helpful, quick and certainly saved us time both by bypassing the queues ahead of passport control and also for finding our taxi into town . Without a guide who knows the geography of the airport you could easily waist a lot of time searching for where to go .

The regular lines were extremely long and it was a relief to not have to go through lines. The whole process took 10 min and we were through. He waited with us for our luggage and found our driver. Perfect

As a first time visitor to Vietnam, I was looking more for a little guidance for arriving to Hanoi and avoiding the dramas of immigration and finding my pre booked taxi. All I can say is this; checked my watch upon leaving the aircraft, was met by the rep ( name forgotten, sorry), walked to an empty immigration booth whilst at least two loads of passengers queued, collected luggage and was departing the airport with 12 minutes. Will definitely use this service in the future.
Absolutely worth the money. We were through customs in 10 minutes, no dramas what so ever. Highly recommend. The longest wait was waiting for our suit cases.
This service was well worth the cost. I got into Hanoi at 10:30pm and Hung met me right as I walked off the plane. He guided me past the long customs lines to an expedited one where I was through in minutes. He met me at the other side of customs and took me right out to my waiting car. After 20+ hours of travel, I was very appreciative to have someone guide me through the process.
Why would anybody pay $30+ for what should be a normal service. Arrive / depart Saigon or Hanoi and immigration 🐕 are purposely working extremely slow to try and get you to purchase SkyBoss or some other useless service for no other reason that they are lazy and greedy.

Fast service. Someone contacts you and picks you up when you arrive at the airport. This is available for arrival and departure but makes sense for departure. You have a priority queue for security and immigration (either a special empty line or you get the jump ahead of the queue.) paired with my airline status for priority checkin i was in the lounge within 15 mins. Recommended.
Great service! I had a problem with my visa and felt better that I had Anh with me to ensure I got it fixed before getting through customs, skipping the long lines. Thank you Anh for your help! I will be using this service again in the future.
