The tour was amazing! Hai Dang and our driver did really well and was pleasantly helpful. Hai Dang explained and gave plenty of great information about Hanoi and Ninh Binh. The admission fees are all included, except for the electric car in Bai Dinh. The stops were all amazing in their own way especially the Mua Cave. It would have been nice to have a bit more time in Mua cave as getting to both tops of the mountain takes time so there’s not much time left for the lotus lake. All in it was great and a very peaceful and adventurous experience especially with an awesome tour guide like Hai Dang!

We had a nice tour with Tom to Ninh Binh, Trang An and Bai Dinh Pagoda. Tom was great Tour Guider. She was very helpful and kind during the whole tour. Atmosphere was really great and funny. Trang An is so beautiful place to visit. You can't miss it. I would recommend this trip to everyone!

Had a great time visiting these locations. Kate was a great tourguide! Even though it was really hot and it was a lot of walking , it was very enjoyable. I really liked biking along the riverside to the pagoda. I was definitely tired out by the time we got to the last stop but it was worth it to get to the top and touch the dragon. The trip home was a long drive but I slept the whole way.

The trip was all well organized. The ship is a one time life experience. The food is super luxury open buffet with refilling all the time. The inside is clean and modern. Its vip level all over. The service was amazing. The vibes are nice. I wished the dj was there all the time not only the last hours of the trip, and also if it was little longer for sunset time would have made it best. Communication with agency was great : punctual & well organized.

We had a fantastic day visiting Bai Dinh, Trang An, and Mua Cave. The itinerary was really well-paced and we had plenty of time at each stop to explore without feeling rushed. This was a great trip. This is the 3rd time I came back to Trang An and Bai Dinh pagoda. Highly reccommend to go to Trang An within Mar-Apr to avoid rainy season. To me everything was great. The staffs have experiences and take care us well.

Booked this day tour to Cao Dai Temple and Black Virgin Mountain, and overall it was a great experience. The journey from Ho Chi Minh City to Black Virgin Mountain takes around 2.5 hours, with a washroom break provided along the way for convenience. We had about 2 hours of free and easy time at the mountain, which was perfect to explore and enjoy the surroundings. I chose to take the cable car (450,000 VND), which I paid separately to our tour guide, Danny—it was absolutely worth it for the views. Both destinations are beautiful and meaningful, offering a deeper insight into Vietnamese culture and beliefs. The tour operator, Mikey, managed everything smoothly and sent clear departure details a day in advance, which was very helpful. Our tour guide, Danny, was knowledgeable and informative throughout the trip. Complimentary mineral water was as well as delicious vegetarian at a local restaurant lunch were also provided. Lastly, special thanks to the tour limo captain for ensuring a smooth and comfortable ride despite the traffic. Overall, a well-organized and enjoyable tour—highly recommended!

The bai dinh pagoda and trang an boat ride was amazing. The mua cave was extremely crowded due to all the tours having their last stop there. Very tiring to climb/hike and a lot of tourist on the way. Elise the tour operator was very communicative about information on transportation. The tour operator was very nice and explained all the places clearly. I did not feel rushed in any of the places.

Our tour leader was very friendly and wonderfully conscientious and helpful... especially in trying to guide the group ahead of and around any crowd, making my return drop off the Old Quarter instead of the opera house, etc., etc. Any reservation I have is strictly limited to the visited sites. I wish the biking component had been longer, more challenging and more iinvigorating. And I wish the hike up Mua Cave wasn't so crowded at the very top, that I had to turn back just 10 or 15 feet from the top because it was a complete bottleneck. Maybe start out 30 minutes earlier, or carve out one rest stop en route, to get there earlier?

I travel with one friend and we very much enjoy the trip. We are Indonesian, i'm from Bali and my friend from Jakarta. We get picked up at our hotel and it was on time, first point of good impressions for us. The bus was comfortable and clean, another plus point coz we kinda neat freak. Kate the guide was great, speak fluent English with cute Vietnamese accent. Kinda feel sorry for her coz it seems she wasn't quite well that, her voice was a bit raspy. Yet another plus point, she did very well during our tour. Very professional, informations delivered clearly and she's funny as well. We went to each destination on time, our favorite was the cave boat ride. Surprisingly it was quite a while. We rode with 2 chillean friends from our group. They were hilarious, we exchanged our travel trips. Buffet lunch also great, many options with local delicacy. The tour ended on time as well, they dropped us off back at the hotel. Overall this is a very recommended tour. Top notch!!

I’m refering stictly to the support of the tour guide Kate because I lost my Airpods in the bus and she didn’t help do get them back. I was locating them in my "Where is?" App. They were located in a mobile repair and sell shop called Toản Hằng Mobile, adress: 3HVP+MH7, Thôn 6, Phúc Thọ, Hà Nội, Vietnam. I also wrote a review that they should contact me, but they didn’t, of course. We went there by Grab by our own. This cost us another 600'000 Dong. The people there, of course said, they know anything and that I should buy new ones. Yes, sure. I’m going to buy new ones because I can afford it. But it’s not about affording, it’s about being honest. I would even gift my Airpods to someone who needs them, but like this? No. I’m not generous, sorry. Ah and the tour? Boring and terrible food at the buffet.

We joined a one-day tour to Ninh Binh (often called “Halong Bay on land”). We chose the itinerary with only two attractions instead of three. The main reason was that the third stop, Mua Cave, requires climbing about 500 steps, which would have been too tiring for our family, so we decided to skip it. One advantage of choosing the two-attraction option is a more relaxed schedule—we were able to return to Hanoi around 6:30 PM. If we had chosen the three-attraction tour, we would have gotten back closer to 7:30 PM. In the morning, we visited Bai Dinh Pagoda instead of Hoa Lu Ancient Capital, mainly because we are more interested in Buddhist culture. The pagoda complex is still under expansion, covering an area roughly equivalent to two Yonghe Districts. To get into the main area, visitors usually need to take an electric shuttle, which costs about 150,000 VND per person. It feels a bit expensive, but given the size of the area, it’s quite necessary. Lunch was a buffet (drinks not included) featuring local Vietnamese countryside dishes. The selection was very abundant, and there were plenty of vegetarian options, making it very vegetarian-friendly. The highlight of the trip was the two-hour boat ride in the Trang An Scenic Landscape Complex in the afternoon. The weather that day was cool and comfortable, making the experience even more enjoyable. The river was lively, filled with small boats, and visitors would greet each other as they passed by, creating a friendly atmosphere. As the boat entered the limestone caves, the scenery became absolutely breathtaking. The combination of narrow waterways, low cave ceilings, and natural light created a truly unique and unforgettable experience. Overall, this trip was definitely worth it.

Tour was good. Guide was on time to pick us from our hotel. Tour Guide Name is duc who is amazing and sweet. All included but for bai din pagoda u need to buy a electric car ticket for 150.000 dong per person. And in trang an there is no option to choose a map they already chooses and we just go to boat station and pick a boat for 2 hour. And in buffet there is Fruit and Noodles and one to three more dishes available for vegetarian but for non vegetarian there is lot of more dishes. But over all good experience

It was a day worth to try. They pick you up and drop you off in your hotel. The lunch buffet was so good. What amazed me was the Trang An. The guide also was so helpful and kind. The admission was free except for the trang an boat entrance

The tour was beyond my expectations. I’ve been to SaPa Funsipan, so I was expecting similar experience. But Black Lady Mountain blew it out of the sky. There is so much to see and the facilities were amazing. Unfortunately, because of the distance from Ho Chi Minh City, we cannot explore the whole complex with the limited amount of time. Maybe a separate tour just focusing on the Black Lady Mountain would had been better.

If you're in Hanoi, don't hesitate—book these tour packages. The team was super responsive and cooperative. Thanks to them, I made it back to Hanoi to catch my flight to another city on time. Highly recommended.

The staff of the tour agency ELBIEE OPERATOR is really thoughtful and kind, reminding us the pickup time and every detail information so we can easily get up on the bus. The trip was also intresting, worth a try, lunch is so-so, but since the trip is cheap, I won't ask too much.

I am sharing this review so future travellers can have full clarity before booking. I booked and paid for a 2-point tour: Bai Dinh Pagoda and Trang An only, deliberately excluding Hang Mua because I had fixed New Year’s Eve plans in Hanoi and needed to return by around 6 PM. The return timing was the main reason I chose this option. Before the tour started, the guide sent me an itinerary that included Hang Mua. I immediately contacted the agent, Le Linh from STT Vietnam, and clearly stated that I wanted only the tour I had booked. I was confirmed in writing that my package was Bai Dinh Pagoda and Trang An only. Despite this confirmation, during the actual tour I was placed on a 3-point itinerary. After completing the two places I booked, instead of returning to Hanoi, I was given two options: pay 100,000 VND to visit Hang Mua or pay 50,000 VND for transport to another hill. Even though I never booked or agreed to a third stop. Because of this, I was dropped back at my hotel at around 9 PM instead of 6 PM, which caused me to miss planned New Year’s Eve commitments and restaurant reservations. Traffic was mentioned, but I had intentionally chosen the shorter itinerary to avoid a late return. To be fair, the New Year’s Eve surcharge and electric car fee were disclosed and are not an issue. The problem was the mismatch between what was booked, what was confirmed, and what was actually delivered on the day. On a positive note, I also did the Cu Chi Tunnels day trip with them, which was very well organized and a great experience. I hope the same level of coordination is maintained consistently across all tours. Overall, good experiences are possible, but I strongly recommend double-checking itineraries and return timings if you have time-sensitive plans.

The itinerary includes Bai Dinh Pagoda, a boat trip in Tam Coc (also known as "Halong Bay on Land"), and a climb to Mua Cave. The itinerary is quite physically demanding, so elderly or young children with mobility issues may need to consider this. Overall, I really enjoyed this itinerary. The magnificent pagodas and the beautiful natural scenery were amazing. If you are planning a trip to Northern Vietnam and have more days available, I highly recommend allocating a day to experience this.

We opted for the small group tour in a Luxury D-Car, and it was one of the best travel decisions we’ve ever made. A standout feature was the lunch quality.
