Joyce did an amazing job planning our entire trip! Everything was seamless—from our airport pickup and cruise transfers to our overnight train to Sapa. Joyce was always quick to respond and remarkably detailed with every part of the itinerary. Surprisingly, we were able to sleep really well on the overnight train, so we arrived in Sapa refreshed and ready to explore! Sapa itself was absolutely beautiful and breathtaking. Joyce arranged a fantastic local guide named May for our two days there. May was full of great information, took us to wonderful spots, guided us through local villages, and helped us shop directly from local artisans. We also enjoyed delicious traditional meals—the pumpkin dish and fried spring rolls were definite highlights! I couldn't have asked for a better planned trip. Highly recommend booking with Joyce!

My wife and I originally booked the Hera Grand Luxury Cruise but the morning we were supposed to leave I had a medical emergency and we were unable to make it to the dock. Thanks to Mia I was able to substitute another similar cruise that left the very next day. Throughout the entire process she was able to quickly reply to any questions I had and was always well informed. I was worried the transportation to the dock might need to be rebooked but she was way ahead of me and had already taken care of everything.
