My wife and I had a wonderful trip! The crew was friendly and attentive, making us feel truly special. Suy was especially kind and helpful. We also enjoyed our dining experience and appreciated Victor, and the massage therapists. Everyone helped make this such a memorable experience. We would definitely do it again!

Very good experience, the view was amazing and the rooms very comfortable. It was my first night on a boat and I could not have expected better. The Bai Tu Long track is far from all the boats at Ha Long Bay, which created such a unique experience. Tina at the restaurant was so nice and helpful, I am vegetarian and she made sure I had everything set to my taste.

The crew was really kind and helpful. Tina our waitress is very attention and have the sense of details. Thank everyone

We had a fantastic and relaxing time with CYCAD the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Mikey was great. Tina was a gem! She made sure all of our food needs/allergies were taken care of at each meal, always with a beautiful smile!

100% recommended- especially for allergen travelers. Tina was the absolute best! She watched over me and made sure I was taken care of with gluten free delicious food the whole trip. We also had a nut and pepper allergy. She prepared each plate carefully and was an absolute delight every day!! Everyone was fantastic and we would highly recommend this cruise to anyone. The only downside was the beds are very hard but the massages are great!

Went for our 20th anniversary and had a blast! We had Tina at our meals and she was the best! Remembered all our allergies, and made sure we had everything we needed the whole trip! The boat was very clean and luxurious, food was excellent and the activities filled the day nicely while still giving you some nice downtime. I highly recommend going for 2 nights. I’d go again tomorrow.

This was a lovely trip . Beautiful luxury rooms and very clean . Every comfort and spacious. The food was very good and the staff went out of their way to find alternatives . The staff were exceptional - kind friendly helpful - all were lovely but our waiter and waitress -Mikey and Tina - made our trip exceptional . The excursions were well planned but did vary from expected as in there was no swimming on our trip . It was a beautiful way to visit the bay which is stunning in itself

Amazing experience in Halong Bay and Bai tu Lon bay. All the staff are amazing, Tina was wonderful ensuring all my meals were gluten free, wonderfully friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Mikey, Anna and rest of the staff were also amazing. Such a beautiful location and people, highly recommend.

We have had a great time on the cruise, the day activities were good fun and the transfers to the day boats organised well. Mikey and Suy were excellent servers who made the meals and drinks enjoyable. Would recommend.

Top experience with Suy during the trip

Everything was great! The ride from Hanoi was long, but the transport was comfortable. All of the food and drinks on board were spectacular! The seafood was incredibly fresh and there were plenty of options to do an excursion or relax on the boat.

We spent quite a while deciding which cruise to book, and honestly, we couldn’t have made a better choice! Everything was absolutely wonderful, from the beautiful boat and lovely rooms to the incredible service. It didn’t felt touristy as we were mainly the only boat in sight! The entire staff was so welcoming, kind and attentive, always here to make sure we had the best experience. A special mention to Suy, who was absolutely amazing! Everything was really well organised. Honestly, a 10/10 experience from start to finish! We loved every minute of it and genuinely couldn’t recommend it enough. Nothing to complain about just wonderful memories!

Really relaxing, and not crowded like other cruises. Food was delicious and staff was very friendly. Tina, the head of food and beverage, was attentive and ready to accommodate any dietary need. Son was the main tour guide and was very knowledgeable and kind. Overall great experience. Length of stay was perfect, did not feel rushed and had to to just sit on our room balcony and enjoy the views.

We did a 2 day /1 night cruise and it was the perfect amount of time. All the food aboard was delicious and the sunset and sunrise of Bai Tu Long bay was incredible. The staff on board were all nice, friendly, and attentive. Our guide, Son, was knowledgeable and did an amazing job. Tina, the restaurant manager went above and beyond with the food. Highly recommend.

This was a wonderful experience. We did 2D1N Cruise. The staff was really kind and helpful, especially Suy who assisted US during the trip. The shop was clean and in perfect conditions and the food was amazing. Would absolutely recommend.
