Bad attitude - tour guide Tham (loud, too talkative, like to repat stuff, rude and insensitive) - cruise staff (not courteous, loud, rude) - no water provided (even plain glass of water) during meals. Guests are forced to buy and if your bring your own water, you will be scolded - too much activity packed and guests cannot relax and chill out

Cozy Bay cruise was a good cruise with a small group. The staff were really well organized and were very efficient in their role especially our tour guide Mr Tam. He was very polite took good care of the group and had excellent knowledge of the places we visited. The food served on the cruise was good. The cabins were a bit too small but all cabins had a sea view. I had opted for a 1N2D option and was quite satisfied with the service. I will recommend Cozy Bay cruise for small group tours and families as well

We had a fantastic over night tour of Halong Bay with Dong as our wonderful tour guide. Dong was great in his knowledge of the area and explaining everything. We had a great night.

We had a wonderful experience in Halong Bay thanks to our amazing tour guide, Tam Chuc. His clear and informative explanations, combined with his great sense of humor, made the trip truly enjoyable and full of laughter. Everything he shared felt genuine and natural, which helped us feel comfortable and connected throughout the journey. We feel very lucky to have had him as our guide and would love to see him again in the future!

The boat is Cozy and perfect for group booking or if you don’t want a big boat with lots of people. The staff Bang and Tim were awesome very funny and very obliging. We had karaoke and drinks and it was such a great night on the boat. The whole trip was amazing. Visiting cave, swimming, kayaking, foot spa, great food and great atmosphere. Highly recommend

The crew were amazing, very accommodating and friendly. Beautiful food and such a cute and cozy boat!! The rooms were nice and the beds comfy! The karaoke was the high light of the night as well making the fresh spring rolls! Highly recommend :)

My decision for booking an overnight cruise with this company was based on the reviews. I guess I should have looked a little closer to realise they have bundled together the 5 star day trip cruise experience with two 3 star over night experiences on completely different boats. This is misleading as all reviews are bundled together. Eric, the guide for our boat was pretty average and didn’t seem to care about what he was doing most of the time and his broken English was very hard to understand. He didn’t convey information about what we were doing and at what time adequately which meant half the time we had no clue what was going on. He needs more training! Not a good tour guide. The service crew on the boat also didn’t speak a word of English either which made it very hard for everyone on the boat to communicate with the bartender and the waiters and Eric again didn’t seem to care or try to assist with translating. All in all an average experience

This was our third time in Ha Long Bay. The tour was really well organized and James was a great host! Lots of fun activities and a great way to see the best parts of Ha Long Bay!

Our cruise was calmer and just what we were looking for. No party or karaoke until midnight as on some of the other boats. Food and activities were as good as one can expect for the price. We are very satisfied.

The cruise was very well organised. Our guide Phuong made sure to contact us before hand on whatsapp to pick us up in Hanoi. The intenary was clear and the food was excellent. The room was compliant to the description and the crew were helpful. All spoke good english and communication was good!

An amazing experience! Smaller and easier managed group for a more personalised experience. Tuan, our guide was very attentive and knowledgeable and was easy to understand. Great boat facilities and comfortable rooms with helpful staff. Itinerary was well thought out to avoid clashing with other large groups.

I start from positive things. The guide Tony was really nice! The food was really nice. Negative things. Brining you to a tourist pearls shop trap to make you spend money. Not worth. When going on the kayak, you will find yourself surrounded by plastic bottles, plastic bag, and other kind of trash. Really disgusting. The worst thing in my opinion was that after 20 all the cruise members just DISAPPEARED leaving us without anyone for the bar or activity late night. We grabbed few drinks from the bar writing them on the list there was in the counter so we could have paid the day after. Those people don't have anything, it's not our intention stealing from them, let's be serious. Well the young bartender guy just appeared saddenly and was really pissed off, chargingus like 5 times what we got and at the end he slept behind the counter of the bar. Absolutely embarrassing and not needed even if we explained we signed everything we drunk. The rest of the visit it's ok, but those guy behavior ruined all my experience. Not worth imho.

Tim was a very good guide. The itenary was good (same as every company) but it wasn't too packed for 2 days, the time to relax was there. The boat and room were very clean and we both slept well. The downside, during the transfer we were told the boat was full and we were being 'upgraded' to a bigger boat. We refused as we wanted a smaller group. They managed to keep us on the boat but it was a little stressful. The catering was very good but far too much, it was sad to see so much food waste.

As part of pur 25th wedding anniversary we decided to do this overnight cruise. We were looking for a relaxing time with some experiences to remember. Our expectations were more than met - although we were spoilt with the most outstanding tour guide STICKEY RICE! What a man! He was attentive to everyone on the tour. He knew each place we visited & provided relevant information as well as keeping us entertained. The vessel we were on was old, but it was very clean & all staff were professional & attentive. When I say old too, for us it was part of the experience & not detrimental at all. All of the meals were above par, and there was plenty of food to enjoy. The tours & activities were relevant, interesting & engaging. One of the outstanding things about this tour company us that they do smaller groups. The amount of time this saved at the tourist sites warrants going with this company. We have no hesitation in recommending this company for your next vacation. You should ask for Stickey Rice though - he was very good.

the staff were friendly and attentive, in particular out guide “Sticky Rice”. we went as a family of 4 and took two rooms. while ours was great our children’s were unable to enjoy the view from theirs. this was due to the tender boat being moored alongside which blocked their view. as staff were congragating in the tender boat the majority if the time tge had to keep thwir curtains closed. very disappinting considering the cost of the trip.

Ha Long Bay was absolutely beautiful to cruise around for two days! As other reviews have stated, the boat is a little dated but the cabin was comfortable. The food on offer was so lovely as well. Our tour guide Tony was very knowledgeable about the Sum Sot cave and friendly. The cooking class in the evening was great, learning how to make summer rolls was fun and drinking with the Vietnamese group we had on board was also an experience! Some of the excursions did however, feel rushed. TiTop Island was either a run up to the viewpoint or a swim on the beach with hundreds of other tourists/tour companies all being there at the same time. It just felt like a tourist trap. The kayaking in the morning also stated on their website that you would see the Luon Cave but this didn't happen. We kayaked around the pearl farm/rubbish. Speaking of rubbish, there's loads of it in the bay which was so sad to see, as this is a UNESCO world heritage site. We did see part of the crew actually throwing his rubbish into the water and laughing about it, which is really sad. I would recommend seeing Ha Long Bay as it was definitely a beautiful sight to see but be aware, parts of this tour are packed with other tourists all doing the same thing and you will be rushed.

Beautiful nature and nice boat. But we also went to places on our trip where there was a lot of tourists and it seemed like tourist traps that we just had to get over with. Also, some of the staff threw trash in the ocean, which was very sad to see due to the fact that there’s already a huge problem with trash and plastic in the bay. Our tour guide was very nice and friendly.

Best trip for the best value. Me and my wife took the 2 day 1 night trip and they pack a lot of activities into this amount of time. Beautiful rooms and Luka mixes a great cocktail.

Very nice intimate cruise out to Ha Long bay. Smaller group made the experience more enjoyable. Great tour guide Sticky Rice took the extra effort to avoid the crowds so that the group could have a good experience. It's not luxury, but it will be a special experience indeed.
