We had an amazing time. The boat on the picture ended up not being the same one that we went on but it was still a nice boat. Food was a lot and good. Crew was nice.

We did a 2-day boat tour in Cát Bà and it ended up being one of the best experiences of my Vietnam trip. We cruised through quiet, untouched areas of Lan Ha Bay, far away from the crowds. The scenery was breathtaking the entire time. The crew was friendly and professional, and everything felt smooth and well organized. The food on board was great: fresh, varied, and way better than I expected from a boat kitchen. We kayaked through hidden lagoons, and had plenty of time to relax on the deck. The overnight stay on the boat was peaceful, with calm waters and a nice sunrise view through the clouds the next morning. It really felt like we had the bay to ourselves. Overall, the tour was the perfect way to experience the beauty of Cát Bà and Lan Ha Bay. If you’re looking for a quieter, more authentic alternative to Ha Long Bay’s crowded routes, this 2-day tour is absolutely worth it.

We had a great trip. Jack is a great guide. Pick up was always on time and the food is nice. Crew can be a bit more active, however, this does not apply to jack. He was always on top of things.

I really enjoyed the trip. Jack was a great tour guide. And he put in a lot of effort. Rooms were comfortable with separate beds and bathrooms. WiFi was not working on the boat. The pick up and drop off was well arranged and timely. Thanks again for the great trip!

The cruise itself is okay, the scenery is beautiful and the ship comfy enough. As of the « cooking class » … well they take 10 minutes to show you how to make a spring roll. I was expecting something more elaborated than that. Now you know what to expect for. Then the skid fishing. I was hoping for a nicer setup. We fished old school with bamboo sticks which is okay but the spot on the ship to fish is really not comfortable at all. Note that the ship does not have heating in the cabins so bring warn clothes if temperature is cold or cool . We asked for additionnal blankets cause we were freezing that night. The food is great and the alcohol is complimentary. Staff is great

5 star experience, our guide Nan was very accommodating and friendly, from the moment we met him. Food was excellent and we got two fabulous lunches, breakfast and dinner. All activities were very fun and the whole trip was very relaxed and easy going with no pressure to do anything. The boat route was also very quite not meeting many boats.

100% recommended! We had a great time. It was a small group so we had the chance to really connect with everybody. Lovely lovely tour.

We were only in Hanoi for a few days, so adding this trip was a no-brainer—it was a fantastic way to explore a unique and beautiful landscape, distinct from the city. The cruise was clean, comfortable, and we docked in a calm bay, so there was no rocking while we slept. The food offered a great variety; however, as a vegetarian, I found the lunches to be just okay, while the dinner was spectacular. I highly recommend this trip; you won’t regret it—just book it!

A truly amazing experience. We were blown away by the stunning scenery of Lan Ha bay. Loved the activities organised by our guide Linh, who was truly fantastic. Our boat was a lot of fun - Swimming, kayaking, happy hour and karaoke. The crew were great. The tour to the Viet Hai village was a bike ride through lush limestone cliffs - very pretty. We definitely recommend Linh and this tour.

Linh was a great guide for our boat. He made the night we stayed full of fun times and was great in explaining the meaning of things around Halong bay. We would recommend this tour for anyone as the views were spectacular and the activities were super fun.

The tour was amazing itself but this need to be mentioned, an agency named Loi and he was just AMAZING!! He went beyond and did absolutely everything to make sure my trip goes smoothly after recommending me change from Ha Long Bay to Cat Ba tour.. Even make sure my transport change and all of that. I wish I could give him bunch of Stars as he really deserved it!

My cruise around the islands in Vietnam was fantastic. Our guide, Linh, was excellent, and everything was well-organized from start to finish. I started in Cat Ba, which is where I was already but some people started in Hanoi, the company picked me up there and later dropped me off in Hanoi, which was very convenient. Company can arrange your location of start and end if between Hanoi or Cat Ba I think The cruise itself was wonderful, with comfortable rooms and beautiful scenery. Activities included kayaking, swimming, and a great dinner on the first day, and a tour of the islands with options for biking or riding a motorcycle on the second day. The food was great, and we had two lunches and one breakfast. The crew was friendly and provided excellent service. Highly recommended!

From the views, rooms, itinerary, food and our awesome guide Brian - everything was perfect!! We cannot thank the staff enough. They helped us with everything we needed. In the beginning, there was miscommunication between our hotel and the tour as I‘m a vegetarian & the hotel did not properly forward the info. Brian took care of it in an instant and I was spoiled with food cooked just for me in a matter of minutes!

My brother and I are only half way through our Vietnam trip, but this cruise will probably be the highlight. It seems that most people try to go to Ha Long bay, but this tour goes to Lan Ha Bay. The scenery is indistinguishable from Ha Long bay (and stunning) and it’s less crowded and polluted. The meals were enjoyable and the itinerary was a blast. Swimming in the warm water of the bay was our favorite part. Hai did a great job guiding our trip from our pick up in Hanoi all the way through our drop off back in the city. The additional staff on the boat were friendly and helpful as well. I strongly recommend this tour. Wish it could have been longer.

Very Nice tour,very well organized. Everything went y very smoothly from the start. Pickup at hotel in modern minibus, transfert to boat with small group (12 total). There we had great sightseeing, and Many cool activities. All this with the great and kind support from Brian our guide. I highly recommend it😀😀

Everything was so great! The sea, the sun, the food, the landscape, the boat, the kayak, the fishing, the guide, the cooking class, the Karaoke, the biking. It was perfect!

The Guide Hai spoke really good English and was fun to be around. The acitivies were fun and as advertised. The boat was cute and for around 20 people what kept the trip quite private. :) We also were lucky to have really cool other travellers with us!

I highly recommend this visit. We made two days one night cruise. The experience was very cool, the crew was very nice and we have a lot of fun with them and with the other groups on the boat. And of course landscapes are excellents.

Amazing nature, Hai is a really kind and knowledgable guide with good english, food are good and plenty, the room and bathroom is clean with a balcony.

Great tour guide (Hái), activity was well organized and very enjoyable. Improve on the music system (have some karaoke machine) ans some tables and chairs on the.deck.

Really enjoyed this trip from start to end! We were completely immersed by the limestone islands on our boat. ‘Hi’ was very good at getting everyone on the trip to know eachother and explaining the local culture! Fun activities were planned throughout the two days also!

What an amazing experience! Hai our tour guide, had excellent English, excellent info and excellent humour. The actuvities provided made me feel alive and were great fun. The crew helpful and friendly, accomdation clean and our food was yummy. The people we met were friendly and all solo travellers which made us connect. And main attractions...the views.... wow spectacular!!
