Your tour guide will pick you up at your hotel lobby either at 8:00AM or 13:00. We'll then head to our Bicycle store to choose suitable bikes for you. After getting a safety briefing and feeling comfortable with your bike, we'll begin our ride. Our Hanoi city bicycle tour starts with a visit to Long Bien Bridge, a symbol of the strength and resilience of the Hanoian people. This iconic bridge, built by the famous Eiffel Construction Company in 1902, offers a stunning panoramic view of the Red River below. Next, we'll ride through Red River Island, passing peaceful banana and corn farms that are hidden away from the busy streets where local farmers grow an array of fruits and vegetables. Despite its central location, this farming island is often overlooked by travelers, making it a hidden gem to discover on our Bike Tours Hanoi.
Continuing our cycling journey, we will follow the banks of Westlake and pause to admire the breathtaking view from Thanh Nien road. This is an ideal spot to witness the contrast between the historic and charming Old Quarter on one side, and the modern skyline on the other.
On our bicycle tour, we will immerse ourselves in the vibrant atmosphere of Hanoi, exploring bustling local markets and taking in the city's sights, sounds, and smells. Next, we'll cycle to Huu Tiep Lake in Ngoc Ha Flower Village to see the remains of an American B-52 aircraft that was shot down during the Christmas bombing in 1972. Then we’ll head out for our ride!First we cross the Red river by Long Bien bridge – the oldest one in Hanoi built over 100 years ago under French colonial time to enjoy the panoramic view of the Red River, watch the boats float underneath and see the green vegetable farm on the island.
We had a prefect morning with Bryan, cycling through Hanoi and outside to the countryside. We were accompagnied by two motorcyclist which made it a very safe trip. We had an awesome series of experiences.... a hotel pick-up by motor bike (!), good bikes, cycling in hectic Hanoi traffic on significant roads, major road crossings, all cared for by our two guides, one on bicycle, the other on motorbike, local lunch food, Brian's explanations, Kai's humour and stories. Even though we had reservations about peak hour Hanoi traffic, never once did we feel unsafe. Highly recommended unique experience!
Very nice and professional tour led by Brian and his two assistance who pick you up from your hotel (by scooter - this is as well an experience!) and takes you through the city. You see a couple of highlights and get for a quick tour away from the city. Cycling in the city is fascinating and you always have your two support scooters around you who make even the busiest crossing look easy.
We enjoyed the bike trip very much. Emma speaks very good English, has lots of humour, and is very well informed. Biking in Hanoi is challenging but fun.

We had an amazing bike tour with Brian and Finn!! They picked us up from our hotel and drove us on their scooters to the starting point of the bike ride - what an experience to ride through the busy streets of Hanoi at morning rush hour!!! Brian led the tour - he was very friendly and so knowledgeable about the city of Hanoi, stopping regularly to explain the important historical and cultural landmarks. Finn was beside on his scooter to help us navigate some busy intersections, for which I was very grateful. Fantastic experience with Brian our brilliant guide. Easy biking, you don't need to be fit, but the streets of Hanoi are pretty chaotic for traffic. Well organised tour and you get to see a side of Hanoi that you would never see otherwise. I would recommend this tour to my best friend.

This is an incredible way to see Hanoi particularly if you are a confident cyclist. You are so well supported with a guide at the front then a scooter rider for every tour participant between you and the traffic. Whilst Hanoi roads are busy, there is a flow and the guides help you navigate every situation calmly and safely. It was actually incredibly satisfying. We chose to taxi rather than motorcycle to the bikes and Brian was very flexible and understanding. We loved seeing Hanoi by bike.
We were picked up from the hotel well in advance by Summi (our guide) and a colleague. It was a fantastic experience riding on the back of a scooter right through chaotic Hanoi to the meeting point where the bicycles were waiting... Summi (our guide), together with Hung and Tuong, took us safely everywhere... Summi is a fantastic guide who has a lot to share about the locations we visited... Summi and her team took great care of us! We had so much fun learning about the city and biking as a group. Our group ranged from experienced to beginner bike riders. The team followed up diligently and made sure that we were able to navigate through the chaotic streets of Ha Noi. It was very clear that Summi researched a lot about Viet Nam’s history and shared so many great stories with us. At the end of the trip, we were surprised to have authentic, local, delicious bun cha and kumquat tea. We were also provided a quickly edited highlights reel of our trip by a designated photographer that sped ahead to take videos during our bike tour. I cannot recommend them enough. This is a must do when you’re in Ha Noi!

Very nice staff. When youre cycling, there are scooters going with you as ‘bodyguards’. They stop other traffic and look after you. So its very safe for you to travel around the city. They tell you alot about the history of the city. And you go to places you wouldn’t have visited when youre travelling by yourself.
Hoa, Bong, Thuong and Hung gave us a wonderfull tour. They guided us safely through natural and by cultural pearls of Hanoi. Hoa's explanations and stories (in perfect English) left us in awe for the Vietnamese culture. He even changed the tour to better meet our interests. The boys succeeded in getting us to feel save on our bikes through the streets, while seeing so much more than on a regular tour. This is an experience you do not want to miss!!
The experience of a bicycle trip in Hanoi couldn’t be better. Our guide and her team of scooter guideners were very friendly and helpful, they showed us some wonderful highlights. We attended with a family of 4 (two teens of 17 and 11). We’re from the Netherlands and experienced cyclers. In the traffic chaos you need to be very attentive, but with help of guides who lead you it is also a lot of fun!! I would definitely recommend this tour.

This is a very good tour- Brian and Lee picked us up at our Hotel on their scooters and the first stop was for Lunch at a very local restaurant. Then we proceeded to the bike shop for the Tour to commence. Pleasant and quite an easy ride through Banana island and then into Hanoi. Brian did a great job with leading the tour and Lee was a great chaperone on his bike through the busy streets of Hanoi. Highly recommend this.

We got a great overview of the Old and French Quarter plus government district. Had a fun time with Brian and Fong(?) who kept us safe in the traffic of the city. The Chicken Pho for lunch was amazing as were the Mano smoothies in B-52 park.

This morning, we did a very nice bike tour in Ha Noi with Brian (and his colleague). Brian speaks excellent English and showed us some interesting places in the centre of Ha Noi. We had the most amazing experience with Summi, Minhba and Thuong! After a smooth pickup, they guided us safely through the busy roads of the city, covering the main attractions the city provides. As we went on, we got to know the history of Hanoi and Vietnam in particular. I would 100% recommend these amazing people to discover the city in a different way.
We went on the bike trip with one other couple. The mountainbikes were in a proper state with gears. Our guide Sammy and the other 4 persons from the team made sure we could navigate safely through the hectic trafic of Hanoi. It was slippery as it had rained that morning so I fell once from my bike when stopping. The team disinfected my light wounds and made sure I was okay. I loved that we went to banana island ans saw the agriculture there. Lunch was good, I had the vegetarian pho.
We had the most wonderful bike tour today. Emma our guide gave us lots of information at every stop and we saw many things we would never have found on our own. The whole crew were incredibly pleasant and worked to keep us safe as we made our way through the streets of Hanoi. We finished up with a lovely lunch! I would absolutely recommend this trip! A truly wonderful way to explore Hanoi !!
We loved our bike trip around Hanoi with Hoa, Hung and Phong! They were great at guiding us through the crazy Hanoi traffic safely. Hoa provided great commentary along the way. We stopped at train street for egg coffee which was excellent and had a nice Pho lunch at the end. I would highly recommend this experience with this crew if you have some intermediate bike skills.

An excellent afternoon with Brian and his team of scooter outriders who made sure we felt safe as we cycled through Hanoi traffic. Was great to see a bit of the countryside just outside of the city where so much fruit and veg is grown. Coffee at Train Street was fun and the stop at Trấn Quốc Pagoda was interesting. Brian sent some photos and a shot video straight after the tour which was a lovely touch.

It was a fantastic tour! Summi explained so much, including the history. The bikes were in good condition, and we were protected by the company's scooters. We finished at a real local noodle shop that was very clean and delicious. The tour is highly recommended!!
