Everything was very well managed right from our arrival to Hanoi airport , from their transfer, hotel stay, sightseeing , city transfer, guides and venue tickets, foods everything. We didn’t even had to remind anything everyday before 7PM next day whole plan along with guide name , driver name number times every other serials were on my mobile. O must say LVP guys are very professional and disciplined. And services were top notch , also every other promised over itinary has been fulfilled. Since they were local they were able to managed itinerary very well as per my need. Thanks LVP for the wonderful experience and will surely recommend to others

Our 9-day journey through Vietnam—covering Hanoi, Ha Long Bay, Da Nang, and Ho Chi Minh City—was absolutely unforgettable. Vietnam is such a beautiful and welcoming country, full of vibrant culture, stunning landscapes, and incredibly kind people. In Hanoi, we loved the charming Old Quarter and the delicious street food on every corner. Ha Long Bay was simply breathtaking, with its limestone karsts rising out of emerald waters. Da Nang offered beautiful beaches and a relaxed atmosphere, while Ho Chi Minh City impressed us with its energy, history, and amazing nightlife. Throughout the trip, we had a fantastic guide and a very professional, friendly driver who made everything smooth and stress-free. The hotels were comfortable and well-located, and the food was outstanding everywhere we went—from fresh pho and seafood to tasty banh mi. We especially enjoyed the local draught beer, which was not only refreshing but incredibly affordable! Even the laundry service was cheap and convenient, making travel so easy. Vietnam is truly a wonderful destination, and this 9-day tour was the perfect way to experience its highlights. Highly recommended! 🇻🇳

We booked our trip to Vietnam with LVP Travel after acquaintances had a really good experience with them on their Vietnam-Cambodia-Laos trip recently. We were interacting with Jenny to plan our trip, and were regularly in touch to fine-tune our itinerary, and for any questions/suggestions. She provided us with multiple options for places to see, activities, itinerary, and hotels, and worked with us to ensure we got the best experience. We finalized an all-inclusive package, which included hotels, logistics: airport pick-up and drop, in-city travel, flight bookings for travel within Vietnam, tickets at points of interest, and guides at each city. (We only did the international flight tickets and applied for the visa by ourselves). All the arrangements were top-notch; be it at hotels, in-city travel, tickets, or airport transfers - the service quality was excellent and we didn't face any challenges anywhere. Since we travelled to four cities within Vietnam, the driver / guide at each city reached out to us well before our arrival, and everyone was always on time, prompt and very courteous. Jenny was also available for any questions throughout our trip and promptly responded to them. They arrange for guides at each city: all our guides were proficient in English, very knowledgeable about the area, and very friendly/enthusiastic in ensuring you thoroughly enjoyed the place. They helped us with recommendations and tips so we can make the most of our stay there. Overall, LVP Travel managed our trip extremely well.

We visited all three major cities from North to South Vietnam - Hanoi, Da Nang and Ho Chi Minh City - and important tourist and historic places near these cities. The tour was planned very well. Support from the company, particularly from Nolan, was very helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed the trip. Got enough time at all the places visited and sufficient time to rest in between.

We were so happy we travelled with LVP Travel! Our visit to Vietnam and Cambodia was a slightly modified version of this tour, with flights between places and some other sites and stops were included. We had a major issue with my wife's visa to Vietnam, and we weren't allowed to fly from Kuala Lumpa, but a quick call to LVP and the issue was taken care of, and we rebooked the travel into Vietnam for later in the day. This was great as we didn't have to rebook any of the tour, we just arrived a bit later. The tour was a mixture of joining larger day trips and travelling by ourselves in cars. The hotels were well chosen, and everything went like clockwork. We were able to visit all the places we wanted to, and LVP answered any questions straight away on Whatsapp. I thoroughly recommend this company for booking tours through Vietnam and Cambodia.

Splendid! We had an amazing experience and more than happy and satisfied to book our family trip with LVP travels. We booked directly from India (without indian tour operator in between) and from planning Itinerary to final execution stage everything went very smoothly. We are pure vegetarians and before reaching to the next destination, they sent us indian veg. restaurants list nearby our stay, pick up and drop off facilities were perfect. Ms. Quinn and Ms. Jenny were 24x7 available for us. Even their local tour partners were also very helpful and cheerful. Three cheers and kudos to Ms. Quinn, Ms. Jenny and LVP travels.

WEe planned the entire trip with the help of LVP Travels. Alice was very helpful and patience we got the iternary customised and made so many changes but she was very patient and helped us in the best way. It was an awesome experience end to end right from booking our tour till the end. All the attractions were good, especially the cruise. Alice was our coordinator and she took care of everything throughout. She has planned everything to perfection. One of our morning flights was cancelled during the tour, she has ensured to book flight again and booked us a hotel to stay until our next flight.

It was an amazing experience. Jenny was super helpful with coordination and was always responsive. On top of that, our tour guides on each excursion were excellent. Each day in the first half of the tour was full of different activities. We toured through the major sites to see in Saigon, Hoi An, and Hanoi. Feels like there wasn’t anything we missed. Alice Do planned our trip to Hanoi, Danang and Hoi Chi Minh in a customised format. She was very supportive at every step and always gave prompt replies. This was an excellent trip. We enjoyed every second of it. I wish we had time for a 20 day trip with LVP travels. We were helped by Steve Tran. He was helpful, resourceful, polite and always available. I am sorry I pinged you so many times Steve!! But Steve was always available to answer my questions. I have to say that our expectations of the trip were somewhat moderate. But each day surpassed the previous day. After day two we started wondering how will they top the previous day but we were never disappointed. We had an unfortunate incident before leaving (personal reasons) that made us change our trip by two days. Steve handled it like a pro and accommodated it. The hotels were all nice and the car guy was always on the time promised. Events in Hanoi, Ha Long Bay, Da Nang (Ba Na Hills) and Mekong river delta were each amazing. So many photos to sort through :)

Amazing service by LVP Travel. We were two familes and spent around 10 days in Vietnam, roaming around Ho Chi Mihn, Hoi Am and Hanoi. The entire itinerary was planned by Jenny Pham from their team. She was super active in planning and providing all the inputs for the itinerary. Best time was she was available throughout on WhatsApp. You coule just ping her and she would reply immediately and make the changes/suggestions for the tour. All the pickup/drop vans were luxurious and tour guides were very friendly. Even their prices are very competitive as compared to any other agency. I would definitely recommend their services for Vietnam tour. They also help in urgent visa processing for Vietnam. So, overall a win - win proposition.

A very disappointing trip and endless after-sales service We traveled to Vietnam and Phuket with two couples, and from the beginning, the stay was marked by total disorganization: – no reception at two airports, -A travel book for two couples, – absence of air tickets and reservation for transfers, – whole days lost, – visit to Saigon cancelled the day before, – permanent stress to catch up with Club Med mistakes, – and a resort in Phuket in a very degraded state, far from the standards announced. Upon our return, we filed a full claim as early as November 20, 2025. Club Med has acknowledged its wrongdoing and has committed to repaying us. Yet, *more than three months later, despite several reminders, calls, written commitments and documents to complete, we have still not received anything. Between a cheque supposedly sent but never arrived, an erroneous document with a wrong address, and the total lack of clear tracking, after-sales service is as disappointing as the trip itself. We are still waiting for the promised refund. An extremely frustrating experience, both on travel and on file management.
