75 Mins Body Massage (Aroma/vietnamese/deep/hot Stone)

It was a refreshingly rejuvenating experience.

My friend and I had the most wonderful couples massage, it included a body scrub, 90 min massage and 60 min facial Incredible value for money, calming room and private The staff were lovely and I couldn’t recommend this enough

This was such an amazing experience. We had very good service and everything was perfect

We had a wonderful time celebrating my girlfriend’s birthday; we’re now feeling very relaxed, and we highly recommend this place—the staff are professional and, above all, very gentle.

Thao and Ngoc, Thuy were also so insanely talented and professional and kind. We had an awful message experience recently at another fancy hotel so we were nervous but I can not praise them enough I feel like I am on cloud 9!!! Best massage ever thank u so so so much

Amazing couples retreat massage! It was everything we needed and more. It was almost 3 hours massage and facial plus body scrub and shower. I will definitely come back if I’m in Hanoi again.

One of the best treatments I have ever had. Highly recommend!

Beautiful experience, so luxurious and such kind staff.

The sauna and steam room were both really clean, relaxing and well maintained. The facilities were excellent

Very enjoyable, friendly staff, clean & nicely decorated amenities

We did the Indulgent package and it was worth it. 20% off promotion for most of the day and the whole package was over 3 hours including body scrub, massage and facial.

After long travel days and the Ha Giang Loop. This was the most perfect way to end my time in Hanoi. The facial, saunas, massage- I could spend hours here.

The therapist was extraordinarily skilled. Highly recommended!

10/10 experience! My body felt so much more relaxed after my massage

I was staying at the hotel and thought id check out the spa. Highly recommend it! I got a facial, and felt amazing after it..im sure I fell asleep a couple of times during the treatment, that's how relaxing it was, and my skin feels amazing after!

Absolutely phenomenal. From the second we stepped in, it was amazing. It smells great, very clean, and amazing service. We got the body scrub and a facial and it was very relaxing. Thuy was amazing as our customer service rep and my masseuse Ngoc was extremely talented. I was extremely relaxed throughout the whole process and it felt amazing! Highly recommend!

Great experience- I really enjoyed the foot message I got!

Amazing! Best massage I ever got! Seriously highly recommend especially when off from a long flight

Had a wonderful experience. The spa was clean, calming and the massage was 10/10

Amazing experience! Feeling very calm and relaxed.

The spa was beautiful. The massage was a perfect amount of pressure and very relaxing. The masseuse was professional, kind, and listened to what I needed.

Amazing deep tissue massage. Started with a lovely herbal tea. A lovely clean, relaxing spa with friendly staff. Highly recommend

Very good massage and worth every Dong! 😉 She had such a good feel for my tension and I will come back for sure if my travel plans allow it!

Incredibly friendly staff, overall incredibly relaxing experience. Nice and clean areas as well. 10/10 would recommend!!

The staff was professional and super attentive.

Amazing massage! Very relaxing, they had amazing oil options. Attention to detail, and always checking if I was ok. Delicious tea before and after. Facilities are really cosy.

Massage was amazing!! Staff were professional and courteous! Definitely recommended!!

I absolutely loved this experience ✨ From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel so welcome and cared for. I had a 75-minute facial spa treatment that also included an amazing body massage, and honestly it was one of the most relaxing and luxurious experiences I’ve had in Hanoi. Everything was perfect — the atmosphere, the cleanliness, the attention to detail, and especially the kindness and dedication of the staff. They even gave Felipe, who was just accompanying me, the same massage treatment which we truly appreciated 🥹 The place is beautiful, elegant, and incredibly relaxing. You can really feel the care they put into every client. I highly recommend this spa to anyone looking to relax and enjoy a high-quality experience in Hanoi ✨ Thank you again for such a wonderful experience, I will definitely come back 🤍

Excellent service, an incredible massage, my body feels brand new. I'll be back very soon.

Very very good thankyou, please

Very professionnel. They were all kind.

The spa manager was delightful to correspond with, all arrangements were made prior on email. The establishment is 5 stars, the treatments relaxed, professional and regenerating. We booked a Tranquil Duo Retreat Package (230 minutes – for 2 guests) which was spectacular. Special bonus was to enjoy a drink by the rooftop pool. Don't hesitate to book this wonderful spa experience.

Fantastic in every way! Amazing service combined with an excellent deep tissue massage. Firm and covered every muscle group so well. So relaxing!

I had a facial that was very nice and ended with a shoulder massage that felt great.

I had a wonderful massage today all staff were amazing and incredibly kind and helpful

We had such a wonderful experience here after a long flight from Oslo. The facial, sauna, and massage were exactly what we needed to relax and recharge. Everything felt so calming and well taken care of. A special thank you to My and Thuy, they were incredibly skilled, professional, and made us feel completely comfortable throughout. We truly appreciated their care and attention. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a place to unwind and treat yourself!

Absolutely amazing spa! Had the best time.. I did a facial, aroma therapy, Vietnamese therapy and enjoyed all 3! My partner tried foot massage and back, head and shoulder massage and enjoyed it a lot too. Definitely recommend visiting it, especially if you are staying at the Méritel or nearby! The ladies working there are so lovely and welcoming too, we felt like coming back home :)

The experience end-to-end was excellent- very welcoming and complete. They provide corn chips and hot tea upon arrival and post-treatment. The environment was calming and very clean. The massage was very nice.

Great service- highly recommend

Great spa, relaxing escape from the big and busy city.

Very nice to have the sauna juat for our use during the 40minutes. My Vietnamese massgae was deep and my wife was massagrd next to me with an aromatherapy massage. Both were vdry good.

Superb aromatherapy massage and relaxing sauna - just for the two of us. We were looked after so well by all of the staff and would certainly recommend this - a real treat!

I had a massage here in Hanoi with therapist Yen Linh. The space was clean and relaxing. She was professional, adjusted the pressure well, and focused on tense areas. The experience was comfortable and worth it. I left feeling more relaxed.

I had a spa package of a sauna 40min and 90 minute massage The spa itself is very nice the decor is beautiful, clean and well appointed. I loved the spa music it included soft water and bird sounds as well and was very relaxing. You were greeted with a nice tea and snack and a cool finger cloth as you relaxed and chose you oil scent for your massage (5 to choose from ) you are given slippers, robe a silk gown to change into and there is also a shower , towels, combs , hairdryer etc at your disposal to use after your sauna. Mystic was my massage therapist and she did a wonderful job the pressure was just right and very professional. The lobby in the hotel is beautiful and there is a great rooftop bar to have a cocktail afterwards!

The staff was friendly, interior was very quaint and cute, it was a nice touch to be greeted with some tea and a snack before and after the massage. And it was absolutely the best massage I've ever had. The pressure was perfect. And there was even a foot scrub before the massage

We visited this spa for the second time during our visit to hanoi they are amazing we truly enjoyed our experience both times

Both me and my grandma really enjoyed the massages here, such a relaxing experience!

I’m a frequent massage client, have had many, all over the world. This was one of the very best I’ve had! Skilled therapist (Soa) in a clean, relaxing environment. I extended for more time as I didn’t want the bliss to end! The reception was professional as well. From the moment I walked in, until the warm tea at the end—perfect!

Really pleasant experience from start to finish. Nice touches with tea to start and fruit to finish. Hot stone massage was great.
