Our guide Lynn was very professional, friendly and energetic. She spoke english and it was easy to follow her instructions. This was one of our top experiences in Vietnam. The food was excellent - so so good. The class is very well structured and the whole process is very clean. I learnt a lot.

Our instructor Emmy was amazing and very funny. The class itself was really interesting and a good way of getting into Vietnamese cuisine, especially if you haven’t had any before.
We had Hazel as our teacher. She was great explaining about the ingredients to be used, the preparation and cooking the dishes. They were all delicious. I would recomend this class to anyone who loves food.

We had a wonderful cooking experience with Emy! We started with a visit to the local market, then learned to make mango salad, spring rolls, BBQ pork belly, and BBQ ground meat. We enjoyed them with a good dipping sauce and noodles and fresh vegetables We had a refresging welcome drink and we started the meal by toasting with apricot wine.Everything was delicious! We also enjoyed persimmon, and Emy prepared a fantastic coconut coffee for us—a lovely finishing touch. It was such a fun and memorable learning experience. Highly recommend her class!

A lovely evening learning how to cook traditional Vietnamese food. Hailey was amazing, took us around the market to buy items for our dinner. Told us lots of interesting facts and answered any questions we had. The actual food course was great. There were only 5 of us which was nice. We made 5 different dishes and got to have a feast at the end , I would highly recommend this activity! Thanks Hailey you were fab

This cooking class was a highlight of our whole trip. Lynn was absolutely amazing the way she juggled everything and was able to show and explain everything we did!!! Very impressive. It all came together for an amazing meal at the end I can’t believe we even made. Even got to make friends with the classmates! 100/10 would definetly recommend we’re just as excited to make these dishes at home and couldn’t have done it without Lynn! Thank you again!!

A great experience, Emmy took us from the kitchen to the local market to buy some of the ingredients and explain how the street works with each vender being specialised and what their average day looks like. After we returned to the kitchen we began the cooking, Emmy did a great job walking us through the process, pho, spring rolls, bun cha, salad and egg coffee. Her team was friendly and super helpful keeping my area tidy as i fumbled my chopsticks. $60 nzd for a 3 hr hands on class that you finish you get a recipe book amd certificate not many better things to take home to remember your trip.
We had a great time with Emmy this morning. We started out with a market trip, then cooked several famous dishes for lunch with an egg coffee. Everything was delicious and we were well looked after. Emmy was very friendly and explained what we were doing and about the food supply chain in Vietnam. Definitely worth doing (and you get a delicious meal and a cookbook so you can recreate at home. We did the first class of the day and we're very lucky to have the class to ourselves
This is a fun interactive activity. Hazel had so much knowledge and enthusiasm. She guided us thru the preparation of each course. Hazel spent time on the ingredients, especially the spices, which some were new. At the end we sat down for a five course traditional meal. Delicious.
