07:00 You will be collected from Hanoi Old Quarter to Beo Harbour (in Catba town), where we arrive at around 11:30. 12:10 Transfer by tender to the Venezia cruises (After finishing all cruise papers). 12:15 We welcome our guests onboard the cruise and then check in, enjoy Welcome Drink, receive cruise brief and safety instruction by crew member and Cruise Manager. 12:30 We have lunch before continuing our journey via the islets. These amazing limestone karst formations rise up out of the sea in an impressive manner. This area is untouched, as not many cruise ships use the route via the Cat Ba Island – Coc Ngoi islet – through Cua Dong to Ba Trai Dao area. 14:30 The Cruise sails through Lan Ha Bay. The area is surrounding of extraordinary limestone karsts landscapes. You can start your journey to visit Ba Trai Dao Beach area and islets by kayaking which is a wild and mysterious beauty in the middle of the World Heritage, enjoy swimming in the crystal clear waters of the Bay.
15:20 Just enjoy a swim. This is a great experience, immersed in the crystal clear waters of the bay. 17:15 Returning your Venezia Cruises boat you can watch the magnificent sunset over the Gulf of Tonkin. Onboard you may join a traditional cooking class. Our chef will instruct you in the making of some Vietnam dishes. In the early evening the boat has it’s Happy Hour deal. 19:00 Dinner is served. Enjoy delicious local food prepared and served for you by our wonderful onboard catering staff. This is a delightful meal in an intimate romantic setting. 21:00 Enjoy the landscape of the bay at night up on the top deck. Relax whilst enjoying drinks from the bar. 06:00 Begin your new day with a Cup of coffee , taking photos, or enjoy the sunrise from your cabin window. Enjoy a light breakfast in the delighted and peaceful beauty of the bay 08:00 Transfer to a tender to visit Viet Hai Village on Cat Ba Island and hop on a bicycle ride (electric car also available) through a rainforest tunnel that leads to a village nestled in a valley deep in a national park. Meet, visit a traditional house, and greet local inhabitants doing their daily work, see their homes and the village school. Return to Venezia Cruises boat for check-out procedures. 10:45 Whilst cruising back you can enjoy a delightful lunch. 11:45 We return to the quay side in the south of the bay, where our visitors disembark. 12:00 We bid farewell at the port, this is the end of the program. We travelled with 3 families (11 people) Tung our guide was amazing. We had a great time. Swimming, cycle to village and kayaking. The scenery was so beautiful. The food was also great and lots of it. All the staff were very nice too. Rooms were very clean
Trung is a nice and thoughtful tour guide. He speaks English fluently, and knows the history of Ha Long Bay well.
Lapaci is good cruise compare to 3stars cruises, i’ve been on many cruises and explore lanha bay and lapaci gave me all the things i need for relaxing. Recommended

I read the 5 star reviews prior to booking.... I'm really not sure if I was on the same boat as the other people. It was not all bad, the transfers were good, Huan was awesome and made the trip fun for the kids and the kayaking and jumping from the boat was lots of fun.... but unfortunately that's where it ends. The food looked amazing but tasteless. My husband's and my room had unbelievable boat fumes and even with the Windows open it didn't go away. Upon telling the staff about this, they said to leave it with them... to which they did nothing about and my husband and I had to move into our children's room and share 3 single beds amongst 5 people. Whilst eating dinner, I noticed that the staff actually had 2 rooms on the second floor with a balcony and no fumes.... but they did not offer these to us... needless to say we didn't get any sleep. My children and I then decided to get up at 530am for the Tai Chi session and headed up onto the deck at 6am... only to have no one turn up and a staff member tell us that the teacher was sick... (We saw the staff running through the boat during the night drinking alcohol so I should have known!). This was followed by a simple breakfast and then back to the dock. I have done many reviews on trip advisor and feel it is necessary to tell people the truth so they don't have to go through what we did when you are paying a decent amount of money. Once we had docked we were approached by our guide who offered us 500,000VND.... AUD$30 for our troubles. This can't be classed as a 4 star cruise... for almost $1000 AUD for less than 24 hours of cruising... not sure where the money is going. Pay the extra!
