Amazing tour with a very good guide
We recently returned from an incredible trip to Vietnam, and it was truly a seamless experience which we will cherish for a lifetime 👍 Thanks to Alex and the team at Crossing Vietnam. From start to finish, the itinerary he curated was absolutely wonderful and hit all the right notes for us. We recommend them as they are well-organized.and very punctual to time. Incredible Support: Alex was always available to answer our questions or handle requests accordingly. Having that peace of mind while traveling is priceless. We were super happy with every arrangement made for us and wouldn't change a thing. Our family enjoyed every bit of the trip as it was our first International trip we were very excited for it. If you are planning a trip to Vietnam, please consult them as they are the best travel advisors. We will definitely be returning to them for our next visit! Thank you, Alex for making our holiday so memorable! 🙏🏼 We also thank all the guides Zack, Neay, Tae and Jaanu who very proactive and guided us well at each of the given destination. We were equally impressed by the genuine honesty and hospitality of Vietnamese people. We will definitely cherish those moments for a lifetime. From: Sunita,Neha, Tanvi and Aryan
We traveled from Hanoi to Sapa on the overnight train, and it was a great experience. The journey was comfortable, and arriving in the beautiful mountains made it even more special. Sapa was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking rice terraces, incredible mountain views, and a peaceful atmosphere. It was one of the highlights of our Vietnam trip. A very special thank you to our amazing tour guide, Zozo, for being so friendly, knowledgeable, and making our trip unforgettable. We highly recommend this tour!
I truly appreciate Ms. Kim for taking such great care of my clients during their stay in Vietnam. Her kindness, patience, and dedication made their trip smooth and memorable. She always listened carefully to every request and did her best to accommodate all their needs. Thank you for your amazing service and genuine care for my clients. Highly recommended!
Excellent stay at a bungalow and nice tour guide. Highly recommendable tour. The people were amazing and friendly. It s for true adventurous travellers
It was an excellent trip. We had good weather in sapa . The two main activities visiting the beautiful mountains and the ethnic villages were excellent. The guides were very good especially for the ethnic villages. The agent who sold us this package was very well organized and on top of things .
Mia was incredibly approachable and easy to get in touch with, and she took care of everything for me. I highly recommend this agency!
Harley our organizer was the best thing in Vietnam, soted so many things for us he was absolutely AMAZING, he even pointed out our airline had booked us on the wrong flight! Respnse time supurb day or night. 11 stars out of 5.. The tour was also awesome, Khu or treaking guide was friendly knowledgeable and helpful, Sinh took us up Fanispan, he has climbed it for 17 years (well before the cable car we took🤣) loved his local knowledge and his manor. Just an awesome experience overall. I just wish I had another day in SaPa it is gorgeous. THANKS AGAIN HARLEY!!!!
Thank you Daphne, you did the best job. Booking with you is perfect. So wonderful experience here in Vietnam. We do Halong, Sapa and Ninh Binh.
We had a wonderful time in Sa Pa on this tour! The night bus was smooth and quiet, but about 4-6" too short (I am 6'2" / 1.88m). Be sure to take advantage of the rest stop bathroom breaks! The scenery on the village trek was spectacular and it felt very immersive at times to be walking among the terraces, buffalo, and villages. What broke the immersion however was that the village women will accompany you on the trek and hawk their merchandise during breaks - be prepared to say "no" a lot because if you buy from one the rest will swarm you. The funicular and cable car to Fansipan was a gorgeous ride overlooking and crossing the valley below. Despite the fog on the summit blocking views from the top, there is an impressive set of shrines and pagodas on the way from the terminal to the summit. The cool weather was a nice respite from the heat and humidity in the valley, and it is neat to bag an easy country highpoint. Our consultant Harley Pham handled all the logistics for our trip - coordinating the sleeper buses, providing a hotel, and organizing the two separate day tours. She was very responsive to our questions and even booked us an afternoon tour of Hanoi on short notice when we had an extra day, which was extremely helpful. The service and hospitality we were provided exceeded my expectations! Thank you for a great trip!
The experience using this tour operator was much better than expected. I was very fortunate having Harley as my advisor due to she was the most diligent, precise agent tour from all over Vietnam. Thank you Harley for your support all the time.
The crossing Vietnam representative was ٠Harley accommodating and very considerate. She planned my trip as I wanted it to be. The recommended hotels by her were above expectations. The activities and places we visited were more than we had expected. Thank you Harley you are excellent travel agent 😀 👍
Lana (crossing Vietnam staff) thank you for serve us on this trip. Your patience to help and respond us while this trip make our holiday memorable and we enjoyed it! also our tour guide in sapa, mr. trang (i hope the name is right) so patient waiting us while take a thousand photos 🤣 and eric our half day guide in hanoi, very interactive n i got many information about tran quoc temple, HCM mausoleum, and st. Joseph cathedral ❤️❤️ Hopefuly next time can come back :) thank you ❤️❤️❤️
Amazing tour. The guides were fantastic. The homestay was amazing, with a super kind family. Do recommend! Thank you Zua
We will remember this tour for the rest of our lives. It was beautiful and our guide Ai was very friendly and helpful.
Absolutely loved this tour! More specifically, our local trekking guide, Jozua, was fantastic! She was able to easily accommodate the various trekking speeds our group required and even helped me bargain for the best price on some local items. Would book again!
We had booked this trip for November 2022, but the cable car to Fansipan was closed. Crossing Vietnam contacted us to have the trip changed to a 2 day Sapa trekking tour. They arranged a night bus for us, and changed the schedule to fit, so we could walk in the morning and afternoon. It was very well arranged. Our trekking guide, Thao Mu, was lovely. Her English is amazing, and she was eager to show us around and tell us about the different villages and tribes that inhabit the mountains around Sapa. We definitely recommend her. One thing to note is that the villagers send children to make some money, so you will be bombarded with small groups who will try to get you to buy from them. Also, on some of our treks, some villagers joined randomly, walking along, until they also try to persuade you to buy something. They were not too pushy but if that's not your cup of tea, Sapa may not be fully your thing. Other than that, great trip and great guide.
The tour was an interesting experience for us. We started the day with a tour and I went with my mum who is generally weaker and the tour was able to cater and slow down pace when required so she has more time to rest. As the trekking is a private tour with the tour guide who is very friendly explaining the culture and practices of the villages. The 2nd day was to the Fansipan mountain where we went ourselves with the tickets provided. Overall, I appreciate that we have time to ourselves yet at the same time being able to understand the village in greater detail. We also have some free time where we get to explore the city. The only disadvantage was that we find the sleeping bus quite cramped to squeeze 2 people in a double cabin for the journey back to Hanoi. However, the guide has been really helpful arranging transport back to the hotel.
We did a ‘From Hanoi: 2-Day Overnight Sapa Tour by Bus’ tour. The tour itself was alright, tour guide was friendly and on-time. Our bus arrived late at around 230pm, so on the first day we only visited Cat-Cat village (didn’t involve walking on the rice fields) and our day ended at 530pm. However, the hotel we were given (Sapa Vista Hotel), supposedly a 3-star hotel, was unfortunately below expectations. The comforter was yellowish, the bedsheets were stained with seemingly shoe stains, and the toilet mat was more muddy than white. We asked for a change, and the results were still the same, just that the black stains on the bedsheets were now yellow patches. To the staff’s credit, they were accommodating and tried their best to cater to our requests but was unfortunately below expectations. The only upside of the hotel was the amazing view of the rice fields. We ended up booking another hotel and didn’t stay the night here, and neither did we have our meals there.
Well organized tour. The guide was knowledgeable, tailored our hiking to our desires and abilities. The hotel was nice and the room had a beautiful view of the mountains and the valley. The food was simple but delicious. We truly enjoyed our experience!!!
This is more of a travel agency than an actual tour. They book a tour of the valley for you, which is great, and your Fansipan tickets, but you don't have a tour guide present for the whole thing. They just hire a lot of different people to pick you up and take you to each thing, so it feels a little like being man-handled. Although the hotel they booked, SaPa Relax Hotel was amazing and the tour guide for the valley trek was also fantastic. If you were interested in booking everything yourself you probably could for cheaper. Also, did not particularly love the overnight bus. You're not going to get much sleep on it.
Our family of 4 went on the 1 night, 2 days tour to Sapa. The rain played a spoilsport on our trip but otherwise it was an excellent opportunity to see the nature at its absolute best. The rice paddies, the Cat Cat village, the cable car up to mount Fansipan; it was all an amazing experience. What made the trip even better for us was the excellent customer service provided to us throughout our trip. Trang from Crossing Vietnam was unbelievably helpful. She made time for me outside her working hours to collect payment from me as I couldn't organize currency exchange in time. She came to the Saturday late night markets to make the transaction happen. She then personally organized and oversaw our transfer from our hotel to the train station (yes we took the overnight train). She also provided us the direct contact details of our tour guide in Sapa. The accommodation in Sapa was yet another example of great customer service. We got 2 x connected rooms. This gave ample space for our kids while giving us some privacy and space to continue our planning activities. We returned using a sleeping bus after staying a night it SaPa. Overall it was a great experience and I can't thank Trang enough for going above and beyond her responsibility.
Jenny was a great tour agent, effective and good organisation, she adapts the tour for us according to our planning. Bai tu long Bay was really nice not too much tourists luxury Cruise but we would have prefer to do more outside activites. Sapa tour was amazing beautiful landscapes meet mongs people, nice hôtel and sleeping bus, our farmer mong guide Mia was perfect ask for her. Hiking was amazing for us but you need à good level not adapted to eledery people or none sportive people.
Jenny was very responsive and helpful. The hotel stay was in front of the trekking start point. Sa pa is a must when visiting Vietnam.
I really had great two days in Sapa! I can recommend that experience for everyone traveling in Vietnam. Sapa is just such an amazing part of this wonderful country and the trip with my super friendly and funny driver Trang was just a highlight!!! Many thanks for those memories :)
The tour guide Ly was really nice and very fluent English. The trek was beautiful albeit a bit tiring in the heat. The staff was always ready to help out and accessible by WhatsApp in case there was any issues. Would definitely recommend this tour!
The guide of Pillow was totally friendly, competent and explained everything really well. The food was also mega delicious – I enjoyed every meal. Can only recommend!
The tour has been very exciting, worth going to Sapa. The Guide was also very nice and fun, highly recommended!!!!!
Buena experiencia. Buen servicio, puntualidad, atención y vistas increíbles. Hicimos kayak por la bahía y visitamos una de las cuevas.
Recommended experience. Harley was in charge of managing all the activities and at all times we knew we were going to do and fit them perfectly. Very happy we have returned from Sapa and with good taste in the mouth! :)
