Our 2-day trip to Ha Long Bay was absolutely unforgettable. The scenery was breathtaking, with endless views of towering limestone islands rising from the emerald water. Everywhere we looked felt like a postcard. One of the highlights was swimming in the warm water and kayaking through the peaceful bays. Exploring the area by kayak gave us a unique perspective and allowed us to enjoy the beauty of the bay up close. The entire experience was relaxing, adventurous, and incredibly scenic. If you’re visiting Vietnam, a 2-day cruise in Ha Long Bay is definitely worth it. The stunning landscapes, fun activities, and peaceful atmosphere made this one of the highlights of our trip.

We had a wonderful time during our week-long holiday in Northern Vietnam! Crossing Vietnam Tours really impressed us with the itinerary as it allowed us to experience many fabulous places during our stay, including Hoa Lu Trang An and Mua Cave, Sapa, Cat Cat Village and a cruise around Halong Bay. Our travel agent, Lana, helped us through WhatsApp every step of the way. We initially had an issue with a Vietnam evisa and Lana walked us through the requirements to get us back on track. Crossing Vietnam Tours did a fantastic job with scheduling the individual day tours and coordinating each guide. If we had any questions, we sent text messages to Lana, and she was quick to answer. We were busy throughout the entire trip and met some lovely people along the way. We experienced breathtaking scenery during our holiday and have many splendid memories that will last a lifetime! I have to say this was amazing. Certainly something I would not have done on my own had it not been for Miss Kim and the team at Crossing Vietnam. From the Transportation to the cruise to the food, everything was exceptional and top-notch. I will be coming back in six months with my wife and we will both be doing this all over again.

Harley was fantastic!!. Visited Vietnam last min with no set plan for my 7 days stay. Harley helped with a plan which included activities in Hanoi (3 days), da nang/Ha Noi (2 days) and Ho Chi Minh (2 days). The staff of Crossing Vietnam Tours are really professional and they book really wonderful tours. Apart from the Ha Long cruise, we also booked tours to Nim Bimh and perfume Pagoda through them both of which very lovely

We really enjoyed the trip. Tour guide picked us from our hotel which was great, he was really helpful with everything and cared about us. The only con is that room was kinda smelly. Bad it doesn't have a window which can be opened. But we stayed on a sundeck mostly:) Everything was really clean and the ship crew deserves a golden medal for their hospitality :)

The 5-star tour and 2 days 1 night stay in Ha Long Bay (Lan Ha Bay) was very good. The nature of Ha Long Bay is fascinating. We had a great time with the comfort of the hotel and very delicious food. We are grateful for the advice of the tour company representative Lucy.

the ship was very nice and clean, room was spacious and well facillitied. the stuff was polite and provided a great service. a great trip. the weather was much better than we expected. would recommend a 3-day tour if schedule allows.

Huyen (Alice) was amazing!! She gave us great tips on local places to eat and things to do in Hanoi which really made our short trip special. She booked us a tour to Ha long bay... which was great. However, it was her communication and willingness to go the bit extra that sets her apart. Our visit to Hanoi would not of been the same if we had not met Huyen.

Honestly this was one of the best trips we did in Asia. Super well organized, clean boat, excellent food and service. My mom and I loved every second of our adventure ! We wish we had spent more days on the boat ! My partner and I visited Crossing Vietnam simply because we were walking past and wanted to get an idea of the prices of trips to Halong Bay. Lucy was so fantastic. She gave us all of the information we needed about the different options and was so friendly. Lucy gave us ideas for further travel in Vietnam too. She wrote everything down for us and was not pushing us to commit to booking the trip at all. She was genuinely happy to help us find out more. We booked through Lucy because of this, she was just so helpful and her English was excellent. Lucy checked in on us via WhatsApp throughout our tour and checked in to make sure all of our transfers were ok. We were very pleased with her service and really enjoyed the Halong Bay your and our following time in Ninh Binh as recommended by Lucy.

We came to Vietnam on a very tight schedule for 3 days. We didn't know if we really could see a lot. The travel agent Alice works magic, she was able to organize our itinerary so we could see Ninh Bình, then go to Halong Bay for 1 night, then we could come back to Hanoi and chill before we head to the airport. 5 star travel agency ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.

My partner and I stayed last year in October visiting Vietnam. On our way through Hanoi we went to inform this Enterprise for our trip to Ha Long Bay and we were attended by Alice. A lovely girl who helped us at all times, even informing us of things that had nothing to do with our trip, was very helpful. I sincerely advise all those travelers who go to Vietnam and still have to tie some ropes, come to this agency and attend them. We were delighted with the hospitality we were offered at cost 0€. We booked the 2-day trip to Halong Bay on the Cozy Bay Cruise with Tracey in Hanoi. Tracey gave us great advice and gave us her contact details so we could always contact her. We had a great time on the ship and after returning we were able to deposit our backpacks in the agency until our night train departed for Hue. Tracey also took over this booking and accompanied us to the train terminal. Super friendly & accommodating! Thank you Tracey!

We booked the tour with Jenny, she advised us well and after she gave us information on every possibility we decided on the 3 star tour which lasts one night. Jenny gave us her personal contact details so we could contact her directly if we had any questions or difficulties. The tour itself went smoothly, kept what it promised, even if the accommodation was a bit run down, but it was just the 3-star tour. So if you want luxury you should take one of the more expensive ones:) All in all we felt in good hands and would book a tour there again at any time.
