I had an excellent experience with this SIM card and airport transfer service. Even though my flight was delayed and I arrived about 2 hours later than expected, the team was incredibly accommodating and helpful. A special thanks to Trung, who was very friendly, professional, and welcoming. He got my SIM card working within a minute and made sure I had a taxi ready to take me to my hotel without any hassle. Everything was smooth and stress-free despite my late arrival. I truly appreciate the outstanding customer service and would highly recommend this package to anyone visiting Vietnam. Thank you, Trung, for making my arrival so easy!
