Booked direct for tour during an 18 hour stopover and was very impressed with the excellent communication before and after the tour. We had a private driver and tour guide and both were excellent very friendly and knowledgeable. We had been a little concerned how easy it would be to undertake a tour and ensure we were back at airport for our connecting flight, but we needn’t have worried pick up was prompt and returned in plenty of time for flight with no stress. Would highly recommend this company if you have a stopover and want to explore Hanoi or a little further out ❤️

I booked it without mua caves as i had already gone there, but we were clubbed with people going there and were made to sit outside waiting for them to come. Most of the trip, we were waiting for others who seemed to have no common sense about other people waiting and ended up going back to town very late inspite of just getting to cover 2 places. The guide and driver were good but could have been more strict.
A real fun day worth trying. Very well organised and really nice people. I would highly recommend it
Everything was good from luxury bus to very understanding guide and even vegetarian food was very good
Zoo was our guide. Lovely man with a few too many comments about peoples looks and his wife at home etc. Doesnt go down well with westerners. I realise English is a second language but perhaps some cultural understanding of appropriate jokes is important. Also, his knowledge about exactly what he was taught but couldnt really answer questions outside of the square. Also some facts incorrect. Vietnam is not, for example, 80 per cent Buddhist. Needs more knowledge. But very sweet.
Probably I were there a few days ago so now I’m writing down some my experiment trips to Ninh Bình. First of all I drove a motorbike and rent a room in a village home stay the owner is so friendly. Nicely I went to Trang An and Bai Định pagoda in the morning of my first day trip These places are incredibly beyond my limited experiencing, they are so heartbreaking, like you are visiting the ancient city. I hope you have an opportunity to visit to Ninh Bình soon. Have a good day, guys
Awesome guide Quynh- funny and very knowledgeable. Visited beautiful Bai Dinh Pagoda- largest pagoda in South East Asia- very impressive- 500 Buddha statues. Learned a lot about Buddhism. Did not get a great view of mountains due to rain/mist. Then visited Trang An cave complex on a Sampan boat. Lady rowing the boat must be so strong- 4 people in one boat- we did do some rowing to help her along. Boat ride was 1 1/2 hrs long so quite a distance and went through some beautiful caves. Gave this 4 stars for the 2 stops. Buffer lunch was not good at all. The only good thing was the watermelon , unfortunately
Guide was chirpy and did a good job in ice breaking. Despite we had rainy weather, spirits were kept high, paddling in the rain in poncho and conical hat made us feel like a local and our cycling trip was substituted for a nice trek up a hill in Trang An to visit a temple.
The trip is very good organised. They came for us in the minute they was said. Limousine bus is very comfortable and have a good WiFi. The pagoda is amazing! It's new, but very beautiful and you must see the statues. Boat trip is breathtaking. Amazing views! Just don't go in the weekend or any holiday in Vietnam. We was in Tet New year holiday and waited for the boat trip more than hour. Most of the people in the line was local. Just be sure it is a working day for locals. Our guide Peter Pan was smiley boy with good English(Vietnam standard;-) Perfect driver! On the way back was terrible traffic, but he found small road and we arrived almost on time. Definitely recommend this trip and this company. Thank you, Kevin!
The nature part of this trip is amazing but the temple is a newly built pointless place. The guide was nice and the buss very comfortable and with Wifi which is needed when you travel with teens. The lunch place is atourist trap type buffe and we would much rather have just ordered directly from the restaurant as on the first floor they clearly serviced quite nice food! The driver should have a star as he clearly saved us alot of time by truly knowing what he did and what route to take to avoid traffic
One of the amazing full day tour i had in Hanoi, Bai Dinh and Trang An. I have booked a day tour from my hotel lobby in 35 Usd (1,666,000 VND) which includes pick and drop from hotel, all entrance fees, Bai Dinh Pagoda Visit, Gondola ride, Trang An, Kong Island Visit, buffet lunch at Local restaurant and English speaking guide. Our pickup was on time and we reached our first stop BAI DINH PAGODA in around 3 hours after exploring the main attractions we move towards Local restaurants for Buffets Lunch in which you find all varieties for Veggies and Non-veggies. After that we moved further towards Trang An where we settled in different Gondolas in the group of four in each Gondola. We took the ride in Trang an for almost more than 2 hour and visited four different amazing caves caves and Kong Island (where KONG SKULL ISLAND MOVIE were recorded). The trip to Trang An was really outstanding you will get crazy when you see big beautiful series of Green Mountains and green water while riding your Gondola. Must Must visit place in Vietnam.
A must! Tour very well-organized. Stunning views and monuments. Boat tour is breath taking. Highly recommended.
If you’re in Hanoi and you’re looking for an adventurous tour, book this one! There are so many activities included! The biking was awesome! You go through such a tranquil area! The boat trip was so relaxing and beautiful! A very big thank you to Kevin for his communication, I felt at ease the entire time as he was very thorough with the pick up times etc. Also a big thank you to Chung our tour guide, for being so friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend the tour!!
There were very beautiful views, relaxed time and great guides there!! If you are going to Vietnam for the first time, I recommend that you take this tour. You'll have a wonderful time just like I did. Thank you Kevin and more guides!
This is my first time visit Vietnam, Hanoi. I don't know which day trip to pick therefore I decide to choose this day trip to Trang An. The agency manager Kevin has quickly added me in the contact and advise me the proper attire to wear when visiting temple and earlier timing to wait for the transport as our hotel is outside of the old quarter. Tour guide Ciang is cute and chatty throughout the trip. We have nice mixture of tourmates as well from Korea, Philippines, Cambodia and Vietnam. Temple, lunch, boat ride, bicycle or 500 steps then back to Hanoi. Weather is hot but still bearable. I be back to Hanoi again and will definitely Choose the same agency for my day trip to Sapa. Hope to meet up with u Kevin when I am here next time :)
Had a great day in Ninh Binh. Other than the heat we were still able to do everything we set out to do. Our tour guide was awesome! Very warm and friendly and also very knowledgeable of the surrounding area. Would definitely recommend the tour to other. Van was nice and luxurious with unlimited water supply. Price was also very reasonable.
The trip was good, not too fast paced and with interesting stops on the way. The bus has air-conditioning. Pickup and drop off for those living in the old quarter is convenient. Otherwise need to arrange own transportation, what I did. It took a little more than half an hour to pick everybody up. The day I went was luckily cloudy, so despite the humidity not too unbearably hot. They generously gave out water bottles to the tourists. However, the bottles were small 350ml each, better buy or take a big 1,5 liter bottle with you. They also gave a Vietnamese hat as a souvenir. And it was really needed at the boat trip in the Thang An area, the second touristic spot we went after the Bai Ding pagoda. In the Thang An we went rowing, visiting caves and the Kong skull island where king Kong 2 was filmed. Very good the tour guides let us know at the boat trip you have to pay 20 000 vnd as a tip to the boat driver. So good to have some extra money with you. There was a lunch buffet included, only drinks need to pay. Looking back I think it was a successful day. The tour guides were helpful, not rushing and considerate to own's needs. Whenever you are tired like I was with a headache, I could change my original plan and not climb up the mountain instead do a different activity: see the Phuong An village. That was relaxing :-). I would recommend this travel agency and in the future I am thinking to book again with them for a different tour.
We booked this tour very last minute and were so very glad we did. Rose our toir guide has extremely helpful and generous with drinks and snacks and so lovely and genuine. The trand an site itself is massive and we went during the week so it was very quiet. The buggies are a life saver as it's a long sweaty walk before you even get to see anything. Only suitable for the abled as there are quite a lot of steps. The temples themselves you do need to dress modestly for but the outdoors you are fine to wear whatever you please. The pagoda you cannot miss going up. It's 50000 vnd with approx 40 steps and then an elevator pretty much to the top with breathtaking views even on a cloudy day. Really highly recommend. The second stop was the grottos which were so peaceful and beautiful. We have travelled a lot and never seen such beauty. A real unspoilt gem. I couldn't recommend the your more and you aren't pushed for time and rushed around like many a tour group. Thank you very much.
Beautiful discovery. The pagoda visited with the hundred statues and temples, a real wonder. A nice little bike ride. Then the boat ride on the terrestrial halong bay was really sublime. The view to the top of a mountain was nice but lots of steps. The guide was friendly and very smiling. Must-see if you have a day.
Nice trip, the weather is very hot but the view is good, highly recommended! It's not stuck, the bus is good. The food is delicious and plenty of choice! Unfortunately we didn 't ride because it was too hot .
