A nice sailing tour and the boat very practical for both good and ,as we had, bad weather. Food was excellent and staff very nice. The many stops had too little time to enjoy properly, too many other boats with people so lines to see the sights were long. Communicating with company and guide excellent and smooth pickup

Mr. Son is a funny and knowledgeable guide. He handled the day really well for us. We found ourselves amidst rains and storms- he helped handle the chaos.

The Halong bay tour has amazing views and Mr Ben 10 is making it crunchy with his descriptive commentary from the start in morning till the end of the tour at night. It consists of TiTop island 50 minutes hiking for Bay views, kayaking, speed boat, bamboo boat ride in lagoon, caves, views and the delicious lunch with the different nationalities are best for the Leisure.

Food was great, and the boat was lovely. Our tour guide Alex was fantastic - very enthusiastic and helpful, and he had great English. Downside was the weather and the litter in the sea - it’s probably prettier when it’s sunny. Our boat wasn’t hugely social, but that may be preferable for those not solo travelling.

We booked this trip from Klook and it’s one of the best decisions we’ve made. Hassle-free trip from the hotel pick-up to drop-off. Operators were on time and made sure we are well informed on the itinerary. The guide, Tiger/ Thinh was very knowledgeable and accommodating as well. Booked through Klook 1 day cruise to halong bay route 2 :) Was very surprised that the bus is pretty comfortable and new! Given water at start and finish. The cruise was small but prefer it that way as its cosier:) Food was good as well, sufficient and no need to fight :) they even give fruits and crackers + drinks at sunset! Luca the tour guide was one of my favorite tour guide too! Funny and helpful! Can tell that he does care bout his job and love to share more bout his country and the attraction! Gave some funny interesting facts bout Vietnamese too! Overrall, really like the experience only if halong bay was not so crowded haha.

We were picked up by our hotel at the exact time in the schedule. Our tour guide, Alex is very accommodating. He always ask us if we are doing okay the whole trip. He also good in speaking english and give us some interesting stories along the way. He’s jolly and enjoy to be with. The food is delicious and the servings were a lot. Halong bay is as beautiful as it is and the cave as well. We are really satisfied and happy.

Not only was Mr Ben an incredibly knowledgeable about the sites we visited, but he also infused the tour with humor, making it both informative and enjoyable. Beautiful Halong Bay to visit with beautiful natural landscapes. However the tour booked with Go Asia Travel was poor. Long exchange time for confirmation of stay, higher price charged than other agencies (comparison with other participants of the trip whose price was less expensive with options included). The guide Mr Ben was kind and funny, spoke clear English but is more an escort than a guide, no explanation provided about rocks, places, history... He wasn't present on deck to explain the excuse. The meal was very mediocre served cold. Clogged toilets, very dirty, flooded... The bus was full, my son had to sit in the back, middle seat and without belt!! Long live security (of course between us, exchanged places). To conclude, I do not recommend this agency or this organization. You find better elsewhere.

We have made the choice to anticipate our booking with go asia travel. We regret this because in the end local providers can offer you much cheaper and with options included... for the same boat and the same circuit. We didn't like our guide who was more of an escort than a guide... No comment on the remarkable stones, no comments in the cave, visit of titov island at the pace of the race, basic boat ride... The buffet meal of the cruise is not good and many dishes are lukewarm or cold... The only positive point will be this magnificent halong berry that makes forget these inconveniences...
