What a great way to view the old quarter while experiencing fantastic food. Our guide Brian took us around the street to selected small restaurants that made simple food taste great. Would recommend the tour and Brian to anyone wanting to get a real taste of Hanio.

Great tour to see the life of locals. Only thing I would change is the pre ordered food selection at the predetermined restaurant. It would have been nice to be asked what we'd prefer or rather what not to order. Chicken fried rice I can cook at home.

We were greeted at our hotel by ‘Hay’ (real name Hieu) who took us on foot to a selection of street-food vendors in the old quarter of Hanoi. The food choices were excellent with three main courses, a desert and egg hot chocolate to finish. The tour was interesting and informative and Hay was a perfect guide, full of charm, enthusiasm and local knowledge - we saw a lot more of the old quarter than we would have done if we had explored it ourselves including some interesting ‘back streets’ -It was great value too, lasting just over three hours - we can highly recommend Hay for any tour of Hanoi.

Had an absolute incredible time walking the food tour. Nam kicked off the tour with a real surprise dish and that set the mood for the whole tour. Nam was super friendly, provided a lot of information about the food, Hanoi and Vietnam in general. We really loved it.
A lovely experience, we had only a few short days in Hanoi and this was a great way to get the most out of our time here. Plenty of delicious food and interesting new knowledge. This street food experience was superb overall! Linh (our tour guide) came to pick us up at our hotel on a short notice. He was very easy to talk to and answered all of our questions. He showed us amazing street food spots in the Old Quarter. Dietary restrictions were taken into account throughout the tour! Highly recommended :)

I highly recommend this agency for walking tours of Hanoi. Our guide Ryan was knowledgeable, friendly, connected well with your family and was really a delight. We learned a lot during the tour, enjoyed delicious "egg" coffee and "egg" chocolate (a must to try) and had an engaging and eye-opening conversation with Ryan. The route of the tour was very well planned out, very efficient, no time wasted, overall - excellent experience!
It was a fantastic motorbike trip to Hanoi. Brian - Tung took us around always explaining clearly and with humor the places we visited. Between one tour and another he made us try the authentic and good Vietnamese cuisine. We had a lovely time walking through old quarters and other places in Hanoi. We learned some vietnamese, got a visual history, and ate delicious food. Our lead guide Linh was charming, helped us learn how to cross streets- which is Not easy in Hanoi - and took us to the decorations street as it was near lunar new year. What a great experience.

nice tour guide! very fun. it is sometimes hard to decide which places to go to so it is nice to try a little bit of a lot of different types of foods. i was so full by the end. the ice cream sticky rice was delicious. I am very happy with my ending
The food walking tour by Martin was amazing. We were amazed by the different types of foods we tasted. Personal favourit was the bun Cha. Really nice to top it of with a great tasting egg coffee in the end, I don't think we will be getting any better in Vietnam. Thanks for a great experience!

Had a great time on the walking street food tour with our guide Linh! He was very knowledgeable and took us to some great places and showed us different types of food we would never have ordered or come across! Everything we tried was delicious and finished the night off in a secret coffee shop! He also gave us the history of the different parts of the old quarter. Was a great experience to try the great food Hanoi has to offer!

Tim shared 7 typical dishes in Hanoi and I liked all of them, the pillow cake, bun cha and sticky rice ice cream left the most impression on me. They were all things we had never tried before. Thank you so much Tim, we will definitely come back and try more dishes
We had the best guide in Tony . He arrived spot on time at our hotel explained the idea behind the tour and off we went. The tour is meant to help you taste the food local people eat not the usual food like Pho that we normally associate with Vietnam He was super helpful and selected places that because I am a vegetarian and allergic to shellfish I could still eat. I was not sure I could eat much but I ended up very full He even popped on to a flower shop and bought me a red rose after he saw me admiring the beautiful bouquets outside just to make me smile ( over and above customer service ) The tour was fun and informative ( just ask your questions and he will take time to answer and explain) and at the end I felt I’d really got a good grasp of the area it’s food and culture . He help us navigate the traffic the busy streets and we saw a lot ate a lot and id do it all again Highly recommend you try this tour and Tony himself is a great asset to the company. 5 ⭐️
