I had such a wonderful time during my recent stay and truly felt welcomed. The highlight of my experience was the exceptional service provided by a truly dedicated staff member "BAC". They were proactive and incredibly thoughtful in making sure every detail was perfect. I felt so well taken care of throughout my entire visit. It is rare to find someone so genuinely eager to ensure guests have the best time possible. I am already looking forward to my next trip back to this lovely destination! 🏨✨ #TravelDiaries #Hospitality #ExcellentService #MemorableStay #TravelGoals 🌍
We had a comfortable stay at Wyndham Garden Hanoi. The room was ok, while the bathroom was modern, spacious and well maintained.
The highlight of our stay was Bac (Bevis). He was exceptional throughout, always proactive, thoughtful and genuinely eager to help, including supporting our navigating of the local area. Nothing was ever too much trouble, no matter how small the request. His warm and attentive approach made us feel truly valued as guests, and he is a real credit to the hotel.
My sister also enjoyed a facial at the spa and had a wonderful experience with the spa team, who were professional, friendly and welcoming.
Although the hotel is a little outside the city centre, we actually appreciated the location. The area is still busy as it's on a slip road from the main road, but it feels much less hectic than downtown. Grab was affordable and easy to use, making it simple to get around the city.
Overall, a fantastic stay in Hanoi. A special thank you to Bac and the team, for making our visit so memorable.
Outstanding Stay at Wyndham Garden Hanoi ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
As an Accor ALL Platinum member from Australia who travels extensively around the world and has stayed at many five-star hotels, resorts, and international brands — including Wyndham properties — I wanted to take a moment to share some genuinely positive feedback about my stay at Wyndham Garden Hanoi.
What really stood out was the warmth, professionalism, and genuine care from the team. In particular, Bach, Huy and Katie were exceptional.
Especially helpful during our stay & Their hospitality, attentiveness, and willingness to help made our stay feel very welcoming and personal.
A special mention also goes to the kitchen and buffet team. The service was tremendous, and the staff consistently went above and beyond. It is these small touches and the attitude of the team that make a hotel stay memorable.
Having experienced many high-end hotels and resorts around the world, I can honestly say that the people at Wyndham Garden Hanoi are one of the strongest aspects of the property. Their service deserves real recognition.
There is certainly some room for improvement around the spa and massage areas, and I believe enhancing that part of the property would make the overall experience even better.
Overall, though, we had a very enjoyable stay, and I truly appreciate everything the team did for us.
A big thank you to the entire Wyndham Garden Hanoi team, especially Huy, Hui, Bach, Katie, and the buffet/kitchen staff. 👏
We would definitely return to Wyndham Garden Hanoi on our next visit to Hanoi. Highly recommended! 🇻🇳❤️
The room can get better maintenance, carpets looks old and floor bumpy, the shower was fine on day one but water moving so slowly, and drainage also very slow. Breakfast menu ok, it’s more like place to stay for business trip than holidays, otherwise you might not enjoy. The entrance is pretty and staffs are very kind and helpful.
I stayed at the hotel in April this year and I was very impressed with the hotel's elegance and beauty. But what particularly impressed me was Ms. Thoa at the restaurant, who always greeted me with a bright smile whenever I came down for breakfast. She always knew what I needed and served me very attentively and professionally. This hotel is so lucky to have staff like her. I will definitely return next time I come to Hanoi for work. Thank you very much.
