We had a wonderful stay at The Lapis Hotel in Hanoi. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was very convenient for exploring the city. The pool was also fantastic and a perfect place to relax after a busy day of sightseeing. We would gladly stay here again!
Great location, middle of Hanoi. Great family room and amazing breakfast. Infinity pool on roof with incredible views and a fully stocked gym.
I have booked 2 rooms for 2 nights , my experience was ok, I have booked superior rooms with city view, but at the time of check in , they refused….this is not done, as I was with family and my parents are senior citizens, no options in breakfast for Indians also, they must have to look into this…overall experience was satisfied
Maybe not the fanciest hotel in Hanoi, but definitely one of the best when it comes to price-performance ratio.
Located right in the French Quarter and still close enough to easily walk to the Old Quarter in around 15 minutes, it is a very solid base for exploring the city.
The rooms are a bit old school and robust in style, but spacious enough and absolutely do their job perfectly for a city trip where you mainly want to discover Hanoi instead of sitting inside the hotel all day.
The rooftop pool unfortunately looked a little neglected during our stay and the breakfast was, for Vietnamese standards, sadly far below what this country is normally capable of offering when it comes to breakfast culture and food quality.
But once again - considering the fair pricing, it is still a very good overall deal.

Great, welcoming, hotel for our family with teens. Good location but was too hot to walk to the old town. Not expensive to use grab though. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Be aware we had no window but the plus is that no road noise so a very good sleep!! AC was good, bathroom clean, breakfast varied but not overwhelming and with fresh egg/waffle/pancake station. Pool area is a bit small if you plan to spend a while there but ideal to cool off after a day sightseeing.
