Reviews
Would rate the place pleasent overall but the staff is very selfish they're polite n sweet until the check in time later on they don't provide the same treatment as they do before as soon as i checked in the staff was very kind to take.my baggage to the room and help me up with the the formalities but as soon as before the checkout time even started the card was invalid nearly around 10am when the check out time is 12 pm the staff didn't help with any formalities like sending a bell boy for collecting luggage etc the staff is kinda mean n selfish but overall the hotel is good
Room was very clean and no smells. Bed was quite comfortable and the setup was very nice. Good breakfast spread and the team was very nice. Ms. Anh Vũ and Ms. Chau were very helpful
We had a wonderful stay at 5 Residence Hanoi. The property features a great ambience and is exceptionally neat and clean. Having access to an in-unit washing machine and dryer was incredibly convenient. Additionally, all white goods were spotless. A special mention goes to the pillows—they were the perfect balance of soft yet supportive. Highly recommended
Very clean room, very efficient and friendly service. Great location and great buffet. Overall, a wonderful 4-day stay for a party of 5 for a 3-room apartment. Highly recommended. Very pleased with our stay. Keep up the great work and customer service experience.
My stay at The Five Residences Hanoi was absolutely wonderful, made even more memorable by the exceptional service at reception. I want to give special praise to Mai Anh — she is genuinely one of the kindest, most professional, and attentive receptionists I have ever met. From the moment I arrived, she welcomed me with a warm smile, handled every request quickly and efficiently, and always went the extra mile to make me feel at home. Her positive energy and professionalism truly stand out. Thank you, Mai Anh, for making my trip to Hanoi so pleasant! I’ll definitely be back.
