The Bloom Ha Noi

We loved our stay here. The rooms are large and have everything you need. The staff is very friendly as well! There's a spa in the hotel that is quite nice. Also, the breakfast is good (but gets repetitive for long stays)

Keywords: ROACHES & Surface Cleaning. I rarely leaves reviews but this one I had to write. At first glance it was okay until further inspection. On night one we found THREE roaches, so naturally in the morning we told them and they said they would come- re clean and spray repellent. Every single night we found ROACHES! My grandmother was so scared one would crawl on her we slept with the lights on. We asked the property for a partial refund and they offered us a lunch voucher which we declined then a free ride to the airport which we took. This is the type of place that “surface cleans” as we were moving things around we found dust and debris. They did not care about our comfort just our money. This is to say, PLEASE spend the extra money and find a better/cleaner hotel. Also if you get the free food option. You can only pick one item off the menu. We tried getting more and they said no. Mind you we were okay with paying for extra if need be. TERRIBLE stay.

Pictures from Agoda are accurate! I love it here. one of my bests of money well spent collection.

Stayed here a couple of times now for work. It's a basic hotel with everything you need for a longer stay. The room sizes are good but the layout can be hit and miss. The staff are polite and helpful. Quick reply on Zalo and accomodating extra requests. The breakfast is ok and the coffee is great.
