I always stay Supercandle hotel whenever I am stay in Hanoi on business. The room rates are reasonable and the staff are always friendly. What I like most of all is the wide variety of delicious dishes on offer and the excellent security.
Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for the price. I stayed in a studio for 5 nights at around €196, which I found very reasonable considering the experience. The hotel itself is impressive, with breathtaking views — especially at night — and exceptional service throughout my stay. The room service was high quality, and the food was among the best I’ve had at a hotel. The shower water quality and plumbing also seemed very clean, so a shower filter was not necessary. That said, there are a few areas that could use improvement. The rooms would benefit from more thorough cleaning, particularly under the furniture. After moving the couch and table slightly, I found a significant amount of dust as well as some old socks left behind. While guests normally may not notice this, it did affect my impression of the room’s cleanliness. In addition, the gym and pool facilities appear outdated and could use renovation. The photos shown on the website do not fully reflect the current condition of these amenities. Despite these shortcomings, the overall experience was still very positive thanks to the outstanding service, beautiful atmosphere, and good value for money. I would still recommend this hotel to travelers looking for an affordable stay with great views and excellent hospitality.
We spent the final days of our journey through Vietnam at the Super Candy Hotel in Hanoi, and it was the perfect way to end our trip. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Spacious & Luxurious Living We stayed in a very spacious serviced apartment that felt like a home away from home. The housekeeping was impeccable; the room was cleaned every single day and replenished with fresh towels, toiletries, and bottled water. A major plus was the air conditioning, which worked excellently and kept the room perfectly cool. Additionally, having two bathrooms, both equipped with luxury Japanese toilets, added a high-end feel to our stay. Top-Tier Facilities & Service The hotel truly offers everything you need for a comfortable stay: • Breakfast: The buffet was very extensive and everything tasted delicious. • Amenities: We made full use of the great facilities, including the swimming pool, wellness area, and fitness center. • Customer Service: The helpdesk was incredibly responsive. Any questions we had were answered almost instantly. Final Verdict We are extremely satisfied with our stay and would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Hanoi. It provided us with the comfort and relaxation we needed after a long journey. A true 5-star experience!
Overall, I would not recommend this hotel if you have other options available. I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The room I was given was smaller than what I had originally booked and expected based on the description. This was quite frustrating, especially after a long journey. What made matters worse was the lack of support from the front desk staff. When I raised the issue, they were not helpful and did not make any effort to resolve the situation or offer an alternative. The customer service felt indifferent and unprofessional. Additionally, the cleanliness of the room was not up to a good standard. It did not feel properly maintained, which further affected the overall comfort of the stay. Also Agoda didn't offer any help, as they said is nothing that they can do in this situation. That being said, one positive aspect worth mentioning is the breakfast. There was a good variety of options available, and the quality was quite decent.
