Great location and very attentive staff. The only drawback is no pool even though it's advertised as having one. Mr Brian, Ms Mina, Mr Harry and Ms Anna were all super helpful and made everything easy. Thank you.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely hotel. The rooms were beautiful and clean, and the bed was nice and spacious. The breakfast was also very tasty and varied. The staff was great and friendly. Tom, Anna, Mina, and Brian took excellent care of us.

I had a lovely stay in the Star Grand. I found the room on booking.com for an excellent price. When i arrived i was immediately made to feel welcome by the staff who greeted me and looked after me. Mr Brian and Angela were super helpful and helped me find recommendations and sort out any issues i had. This was the perfect stay for a first night in Vietnam

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. Mr. Brian treated us very good. The room was nice and on the day we left we got extra services, like luggagestorage and the use of a room for showering before we went to the nighttrain. We can't wait to come back on the 23th of july!

Great experience for our two day transit we were upgraded to a room with balcony view which was very nice. Breakfast very good. Desk staff speak good English and are so friendly. Angela was excellent and made sure we were well looked after at all times.
