We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The breakfast each morning was delicious, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff were so helpful, friendly, and kind, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The pool and cocktail service were excellent, and we especially enjoyed meeting two lovely couples from Australia, which made our experience even more memorable! The only downside was the paper-thin walls, as we could hear noise from other rooms. Aside from that, we had a fantastic stay and really enjoyed our time here. We would definitely recommend this hotel!

Friendly helpful staff with great hospitality. We were greeted by welcome drinks and dried candied fruits. I loved those snacks and wondered where I could get them, the young gentleman at the reception was helpful and patiently show me where I could get some in the nearby shops on Google maps. 😃 Room size was small and they used classic decor with dark furniture made the room look dark. 😏 Avoid connecting room as the walls were thin, if you stayed next to aggressive guests, they’d yell at you from the other side of the room. 🫤 Breakfast was ok, not many choices but was sufficient. Some mains and special coffee was available on a separate menu. 🙂
A Wonderful Stay at Peridot Hotel Hanoi I had a wonderful stay at Peridot Hotel Hanoi, located at 52 Bat Su Street. The hotel has a great location, making it very convenient to explore the Old Quarter and experience the atmosphere of Hanoi. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed. The staff were also incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. I really appreciated their warm hospitality and attention to detail. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at Peridot Hotel. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Hanoi, especially if you want a comfortable stay in a convenient location with excellent service. I would happily come back again!
I booked this hotel at the last minute for a one-night stay. The room was quite small and located on the first floor. Upon entering, I was greeted by a musty, damp smell instead of a fresh and welcoming atmosphere, the hotel is relatively new, this was surprising. I also noticed signs of dampness in some areas, and the dim lighting made the room feel even darker and more humid. And it was super noisy at 6 am in the morning like someone was moving big containers in front of my room door. The bidet spray in the bathroom was broken and did not work at all. The shower area also did not appear to have been cleaned thoroughly, which was disappointing for a hotel of this standard. Breakfast was basic and lacked variety, falling short of what I would expect from a five-star hotel. The only highlights of my stay were the comfortable bed—although it became a bit uncomfortable after sleeping on it for a while and caused some back pain—and the warm, attentive staff, who provided excellent service throughout my stay. The room rate was quite expensive for the quality and experience offered. Unfortunately, this stay did not live up to the expectations I had for Peridot.
We had the Junior Suite for three nights. The location is amazing and everything in the old quarter can be reached by foot. The staff was super friendly and helped us booking tours/further trips. The room is nice and clean. Shower is a bit difficult, the bathroom was quite wet afterwards.. but otherwise highly recommended!!
