What an amazing place to stay put. But far from the hustling bustling old quarters, but nevertheless bang on west lake. Very close to lotte mall. The executive suites are a must try. They have got an amazing lake and city view. Very friendly and super courteous staff.

I can't recommend it highly enough! The Heart of This Place: It's the people who make all the difference. Everyone here radiates such genuine warmth and friendliness—you can feel their pride in this hotel pouring out in every interaction. It's absolutely clear they love what they do, and that passion is contagious. A special shoutout to Sam and Adriana for their incredible energy and for making me feel so at home! The Perfect Location & Setup: Situated right on West Lake in the peaceful Tay Ho district, the views from the top-floor bar are stunning. Having a massive mall and great restaurants within walking distance is a huge bonus. I also love the apartment-style room—the small kitchen with an electric cooker and microwave has been a lifesaver for cooking my own meals when I want a quiet night in. Breakfast with a View: Every morning, breakfast is served at the rooftop bar with that gorgeous lake view. Everything is freshly made by the chef—not your average buffet! They even change the main dish daily. I'm totally obsessed with it. Final Verdict: Whether you're here for a relaxing getaway or exploring Hanoi, this place is a true gem. Highlights of the Stay: Stunning Sea View: The sea view from the room was absolutely breathtaking and tranquil. Waking up to such a beautiful sight in the morning was truly magical. Private Jacuzzi & Swimming Pool: The absolute highlight of our stay was having access to a private Jacuzzi and swimming pool. Relaxing in the private Jacuzzi after a long day was pure bliss! Delicious Breakfast: Breakfast was included in our package, and the spread was wonderful. Excellent variety, top-notch taste, and great presentation. Exceptional Service: The staff was extremely polite, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay. The entire check-in and check-out process was seamless. This is a wonderful hotel. From the outside, it looks large and luxurious. The rooms are clean and smell fresh. Although breakfast is not a buffet, it’s quite delicious and filling. The hotel also has a rooftop sky bar with a beautiful and romantic view. The staff are very friendly and helpful. If I have the chance to return, I will definitely stay here again
