Reviews
All the staff here are so friendly and helpful. Nara helped greatly with recommendations and anything we wanted.
The hotel is a grab taxi away from the hustle and bustle of the old quarter and is set away from a main road, which is great with a leafy bar /restaurant outside .
Nesta has everything you need just on the doorstep.
The Spa was also fantastic. Would recommend it !
My husbands birthday was celebrated with the room being decorated beautifully and a cake !
Thanks Nesta resort and spa
A nice budget stay hotel in midst of city. The Campus has a spa, big restaurant and relaxing park in front of the hotel. Staff very helpful and courteous.
We started our Vietnam trip in Hanoi at the Nesta Hotel & Spa.
After arriving very early from our overnight flight, the very lovely Phu’ong welcomed us and ensured we were very well looked after for our entire stay.
Phu’ong went above and beyond to assist our enquires and even organised our day trips for us.
We will definitely stay at the Nesta Hotel and Spa the next time we’re in Hanoi.
The location is in the center and it takes 10 to 15 minutes for driving to the Old quater, the staff here is very friendly and helpful. I book executive and have been upgraded to suite with balcony. The view is coffee garden and a lot of trees. Definitely would come back here for my next stay! Thank you so much for the reception team!
We came for our honeymoon and were truly amazed! The hotel prepared the most beautiful bed decoration we’ve ever seen — fresh flowers, heart shapes, candles, and a sweet welcome message. It felt so romantic and personal that we were genuinely surprised and touched. The room was spotless, cozy, and full of warm light. Staff members were kind, smiling and very attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. The whole experience was magical and made our honeymoon unforgettable. We are deeply thankful and will recommend this hotel to all our friends in India!
