Reviews
We had an amazing stay at Narcissus Hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, kind, and helpful. They made us feel comfortable throughout our entire stay and truly went above and beyond to make our experience special.
The rooms were beautiful, clean, spacious, and very comfortable, which made it easy to relax after a long day. Everything was well maintained, and we really appreciated the attention to detail.
Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend Narcissus Hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi. Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so enjoyable!
I wish I had found this place earlier and stayed for more nights. It was so lovely. The receptionist was very helpful even though she didn't speak much English.
The place is like a little apartment, everything you need is here. The shower had good pressure and the water was warm. The bed was comfortable and I slept very well. There is Aircon and a separate fan. The view isn't great, as the buildings are so close together, but I'm not here for the view. It's very quiet at night and during the day.
The nicer train street is a 10-15 minute walk away and there's also a lovely big park. The Train station and No. 86 bus (airport bus) is only a five minutes walk away.
Very near to the railway station walking distance. The room is very clean and everything there is like a 5 star hotel, value your money. The only disadvantage is the car cannot drive to the entrance so calling crab you have to meet out on the road. Very friendly boy who attend to us 🙏🙏
We stayed at this hotel, and while the reception staff were very friendly, we didn't like it at all because the room wasn't cleaned very well when we returned, and the service price was quoted by some woman, not the receptionist. We felt the laundry service was very expensive; the woman doing the laundry even gave us wrinkled clothes. For that price, we could have had it laundered at a cheaper laundry shop.
What an accommodation! This apartment hotel was one of the best places that we have stayed in Vietnam.
The location was great, and made it easy to get to anywhere in central Hanoi. There is a bit of construction on the road entering the area near the hotel, but this caused no issues at all.
The family who run it are very kind and welcoming, always smiling and willing to help. Our sleeper bus arrived late at night, but this was no issue for them.
The apartment was clean and roomy, and for the price was amazing.
If we were to return to Hanoi, we would definitely come back!
