Myrcella Urban Studio

Overall, it is clear that this place offers excellent value for money in terms of location and cleanliness. However the daytime young female staff member’s attitude and customer service are very poor. While I don't expect 4star or 5star hotel service, her complete lack of basic greetings and overall rude behavior have really spoiled my experience here. On the other hand the young male manager and night shift team were very polite, professional and friendly. *Update* The hotel's reply says my review was about late checkout fees. It was not. My review was only about the daytime front desk staff member's lack of greeting and basic courtesy toward an older guest. On my previous stays, the owner and manager kindly allowed free late checkout. This time, as a loyal guest who has stayed here since the hotel opened, I politely asked in advance with the room availability in mind. When told it wasn't possible, I accepted it and checked out at 11:30, before the standard 12:00. The issue was never about fees, but about how guests are treated. I hope the daytime staff member can show warmer, more cheerful hospitality and a more flexible, adaptable approach, as is expected in the service industry. I also found the mention of refusing future bookings unnecessary in response to an honest review.

Comfortable toom, quiet central location.. Friendly staff. My wife and i enjoyed our stay. Thanks

This Place was Amazing Kind people very helpful. Clean Room Hot Water and Always asking if you need more towels bottle water or toiletries!! Would definitely Recommend.

This place truly felt like home. I cooked almost every day using the kitchen and loved having a fridge and laundry machine available. The staff were friendly and made the stay even better.
